While in the hospital...

"Mother Ayu looks like I have to go through Cesar's delivery later." 

"Because there will be a great risk that the mother bears later if she still wants a normal delivery." The doctor told Ayu.

But the woman still wanted to do it, and she wanted the normal delivery to be done. The doctors can say nothing more, they will pray and try as much as possible to help the mother and her child. Her mother-in-law who heard Ayu's words cried and hugged her daughter-in-law, and Ayu asked Rani and her mother-in-law to shut up or not to say anything to her husband Dion.

Ayu went home with her in-laws and Rani, arriving at their home for lunch together and Ayu rested after taking her vitamins and medicine. Her in-laws were very worried about the decision that Ayu took while in the hospital earlier, making her think of morning, noon and night. Even she could not sleep about it, but her mother-in-law had promised to keep everything from anyone.

"Assalamualaikum, baby. How was our baby healthy the doctor said?" Dion asked this question when he got home from work.

"You cough, baby?" Dion was a little surprised.

"Not just a little" said Ayu who wanted to sit after lying down.

Ayu wants to serve food for her husband and take a glass of cold drink to enjoy because her husband has been working all day and tired. Ayu still saved herself to stay strong to be able to be normal later. And all was prepared by Ayu, just waiting for the baby in the womb that gives a sign that he wants to come out.

Three days already...

"Have you given birth?" Rani spontaneously panics and calls Dion but is not picked up.

"What about this?!" Rani is getting panicked and doesn't know anything.

Rani calls the ambulance and calls Dion's mother to tell him yes. And soon Dion's mother came to the house, not long after the ambulance also came to the house bringing Ayu quickly to the hospital.

Ambulance sounds are heard everywhere, walking free of obstacles so that it is easily fast to the destination.

"It hurts!" Ayu continued to groan in pain.

"Mother calm down and keep praying, I will try to save both" said the doctor.

The doctor came in and took off his hand from his mother Dion, the door of the room was closed and labor began. Doctors from the beginning have advised Ayu to immediately operate, but she still wants to give birth normally and take a big risk. Dion had arrived at the hospital shortly, and approached his agitated mother waiting outside the room.

"Ma, what about Ayu?" Dion asked his wife's condition.

"Let's still inside and handled by the doctor, son...?" mother explained.

And not long ago there was the sound of baby crying from inside the room.

Dion was very happy after the sisters came out of the room and gave Dion her son to the Adhan. A very cute and adorable baby boy, Dion's mother was thrilled to see her grandson born safe and sound. After that, the baby is brought in by the nurse into the baby's room which is right next to the mother and child's room.

Before long, the nurse came out in a hurry running like a panic, taking something from another room and re-entering. Dion's mother felt very strange and a little worried, as well as her art that had known the risks that would occur to her employer Ayu.

After enough effort, the doctor could do nothing more. The doctor and nurse came out of the room, with a heavy heart to give the news to the patient's family.
