Extra part 3

Kanaya is still sitting on the sofa while rubbing her stomach is getting sicker, the other hand she uses to scoop up the sofa to neutralize the pain she is feeling.

Kanaya was so limp, she still tried to contact Melvin since then but got no answer.

"Nay, you better go to the room and rest." Mami Yuli advised.

Kanaya tried to get up from her seat, she cried again and shook her head.

"Hiks .. I can't rest until I hear about Mas Melvin, Mi." Kanaya replied as she wiped her tears.

"Hiks ... Mas Melvin is fine, right, Mi?" kanaya asked, crying even harder.

Mami Yuli and Papi Heryawan looked at each other, they looked sorry for Kanaya who looked so sad. 

"Kanaya, better--" Papi Heryawan's speech came to a halt as Kanaya suddenly grimaced.

"Akhhh .. Mi, my stomach, hiks .. Mommy my stomach!!!" ringis Kanaya rubbed her stomach which felt like it was squeezed tight.

"Naya, why are you Nay?" mami Yuli asked in panic.

Kanaya was still grimacing, she lowered her head as she felt something flowing from her feet. The phone in Kanaya's hand just fell, her vision began to weaken.

"Jeez, Kanaya!!!!" mami Yuli shouted in surprise to see fresh blood coming out of her daughter-in-law's birth canal.

Kanaya's body was so limp, coupled with the blood flowing from her legs at this moment. Kanaya almost fell slumped if someone did not immediately hold her body.

"Dear." Call Melvin in a hurry.

Kanaya looked at Melvin with a weak look, the woman tried to reach for her husband's face but could not get away because she was immediately unconscious with blood flowing.

"Vin, take your wife to the hospital now!!!" papi Heryawan said as he went out to prepare his car.

Melvin bemoaned his own stupidity, intending to give a surprise birthday to his wife instead making Kanaya depressed and resulting in her womb as well. If anything happens to Kanaya and their baby, Melvin won't be able to forgive himself.

"Darling, open your eyes. I'm sorry," said Melvin, patting his wife's cheek slowly.

Arriving at the hospital, Kanaya was immediately treated by an obstetrician. Melvin looked so panicked that he was unwilling to let go of his wife's hand at the time. Melvin's white shirt looks dirty with his wife's blood.

"Mi, if anything happens to Kanaya and our son, then I won't be able to forgive myself." Melvin said, pulling his own hair.

"Silence, Vin. We pray that Kanaya and the baby will be fine" said Mami Yuli, trying to calm down, although she was quite panicked.

Suddenly Melvin's phone rang, he immediately picked it up.

"Where's the surprise, okay? I'm the same Nadia otw there." Reno's voice looked carefree.

"Kanaya's in the hospital."

"WHAT?!! How come?" asked Reno looking surprised.

Not yet Melvin answered, his ears immediately greeted by a shout from his brother-in-law.

"Where can I go to the hospital, Lo apain?!" cecar Nadia's across there.

"Mother's jewel hospital." Instead of answering, Melvin instead told the hospital where Kanaya was being handled and then hung up the phone unilaterally.

Along with that, the door of Kanaya's room was checked open. The doctor is seen coming out followed by the Sister pushing the gurney with Kanaya lying unconscious on top of her.

"Sorry, Sir. We have to have a delivery operation on Mrs Kanaya, she's bleeding heavily and needs to be treated right away." Said the doctor and gave Melvin a letter of approval.

"Doctor, but my wife's gonna be okay, right?" ask Melvin lirih.

"We will try, sir. Please sign it so we can take action immediately!" replied the Doctor.

Melvin stared at his wife for a moment, took a deep breath and then softly scorched her. With a heavy heart Melvin finally signed the letter of approval, he gave it back to the doctor.

"Do your best, Doc." pinta Melvin who was replied nod by the doctor.

Panic was increasingly felt when the lights above the operating room door never went out, Melvin was repeatedly seen wiping his tears that felt so sorry to have made his wife like this.

While still waiting, Reno and Nadia came in a hurry. Nadia came straight to Melvin.

"How's Kanaya, Vin?" tanya Nadia made Melvin look up.

"When she had surgery, she had bleeding." Answer Melvin lirih.

"Nadia, you pray that Kanaya and the baby will be fine." Mami Yuli said she saw Nadia looked surprised and scared.

"Yes, Aunt." Reply Nadia nodded her head.

While Reno seemed to be patting his best friend's shoulder gently, he could feel his friend's worry as he had also been in a position like his. Waiting for a wife to give birth is the most stressful thing of all.

"Gue knows your wife is strong, I'm sure she'll be fine." Reno said as if encouraging.

Not long after Reno and Nadia came, Rey and Vina also came after getting news from Nadia.

"What about Kanaya?" vina asked with a breath of breath.

"Still a doctor." Nadia pointed to the operating room.

"Vin, I know you must be guilty of yourself. But honestly yes, this is not your fault, you just want to give a surprise to Kanaya alone, there is no way you want to make your wife like this." Rey approached Melvin who was still silent.

"Stay still, Rey. If I hadn't thought of scaring Kanaya with my plan, she'd be fine and wouldn't be bleeding gini." Melvin Lirih.

"That Rey said was true, Vin. You can't blame yourself. Now we pray that your wife is okay" said Papi Heryawan who was also sad to see his son.

After almost 2 hours, finally heard the sound of crying baby that was so awaited earlier. I don't think the room was open. The doctor came out in a typical green dress while on duty inside the operating room. Melvin moved from his seat directly to the doctor.

"How's my wife, Doc?" melvin asked in a hurry.

The doctor smiled. "Congratulations, Sir. Your daughter, healthy and very beautiful. And for Ms. Kanaya, she is currently in intensive care. We'll have regular checkups, "the doctor replied, keeping Melvin's mind and heart a little calm.

Melvin glanced at the gurney pushed by the nuns, Kanaya lying still unconscious while the last Sister came out holding the bloodied baby.

"Congratulations, Vin." Reno and Rey take turns.

"Pi, we have a granddaughter." Mami Yuli smiled with tears welling up in her eyes.

"Alhamdulillah, Mi. Now we pray that Kanaya will recover quickly" said Papi Heryawan with a warm smile.
