Melvin's Silence

After returning from campus Kanaya decided to play to the house of the brother, a bag of fruits he brought to give to Nadia just take it with him.

Kanaya knocks on the door of the house that bears witness to her life with Nadia, a house that she will never forget.

"Assalamualaikum, Brother Nadia??" hail Kanaya while continuing to knock on the door.

Before long the sound of a key being played, Kanaya smiled as she saw Nadia come out while folding her hands on her chest.

"My beautiful sister." Sapa Naya with a wide smile adorned her face.

"Hmmm, it's good now to forget the same brother," said Nadia as she entered the house.

Kanaya immediately followed Nadia's steps, she matched her brother's steps and gave the fruit she brought.

"What, thank you!" said Nadia girang while looking at the contents of the bag that Kanaya brought.

Kanaya nodded, she walked into the kitchen to get a glass of drinking water and took it back to the living room. Kanaya sits next to Nadia who is watching television.

"Well, what's the job?" kanaya asked glancing at the Brother.

"Hmm .. Not yet Nay, it's not that easy." Nadia was sad.

Kanaya rubbed Nadia's back, she felt the sadness that Nadia experienced, hoping to graduate directly to good work was difficult.

"Please brother, I'm sure Brother will get a job soon." Kanaya said she got a nod of the head from Nadia.

While continuing to talk, Nadia frowned when she saw reddish patches on some points of her sister's neck, she who was not innocent certainly understood what it was. But what Nadia is worried about is that Melvin is only using his sister's body with an alibi 'husband' wife'.

"Nay, can I ask you a question?" ask Nadia slowly.

"Of course, Brother, say." Kanaya answered and then sipped the rest of the drink.

"Lo happily married Melvin, he's sick of you what's not?" nadia asked seriously.

Kanaya was silent for a moment, she was confused to answer Nadia's question with what because in fact she herself did not know. Melvin's nature is always fickle, sometimes good and vice versa, which is why he does not have a definite answer.

Kanaya's daydream was scrapped when she felt her hand held by Nadia, she looked at her brother deeply.

"Say Nay, is he sick of you or not?" nadia asked repeating.

Kanaya smiled, shaking her head in response. "So, Sister Melvin is good with me and the baby in my womb." Kanaya answered despite being peppered with lies.

"Lo didn't lie to me, did he?" nadia asked who was answered by Kanaya.

Nadia was quite relieved to hear Kanaya's answer, she prayed that what Kanaya said was honest.

"Yes, my sister, it's getting late and I'm afraid Melvin's coming home, so I'm going home, brother." Kanaya glanced at the clock on her wrist.

"Yes, brother, it just so happened that Abis came straight here." Kanaya answered, shaking her head.

"Oh yes, thanks for the fruit." Nadia then hugged her sister's body.

"Say me if Melvin is evil." Nadia's whispers made Kanaya chuckle but still nodded her head.

Kanaya is greeted by Mami Yuli who is waiting for Papi Heryawan and Melvin to come home, Kanaya is grateful because she came home first before her husband, otherwise she will get angry again from Melvin.

Before long the people who were waiting finally came, Papi Heryawan and Melvin came home together, Kanaya smiled when she saw Melvin but the man was silent.

"Pi, I'm tired. I'll just go straight to the room, 'yeah?" melvin said to leave immediately after the permit.

"Yes, go!" mami Yuli nodded.

Kanaya who saw her husband go to the room, then hurriedly followed, she was confused to see her husband who looked so sad mixed with fatigue and emotion.

"Sir, what's wrong?" kanaya asked as she closed the door to Melvin's room.

"Son, I'm fine. Please prepare my clothes," Melvin replied as he massaged his temple.

Kanaya did not believe it, although she should not care but still she could not keep looking at Melvin who looked moody.

"Are you sure you don't want a story?" kanaya asked as she rubbed Melvin's shoulder slowly.

Melvin lifted his face, he looked at Kanaya deeply, looking at the face of the beautiful woman he always hurt, but also always willing to serve her both born and inner.

"Nobody should be told, it's better to just prepare clothes for me." Melvin turned his eyes.

"Yes fine." Timpal Kanaya then moved from her place to prepare her husband's clothes.

Kanaya put the clothes she took on the edge of the bed, but Melvin was still silent instead of getting out of his place and taking a bath.

"Are you still nauseous, want me to make you something?" tawar Kanaya slowly.

"I want to eat out, so be prepared." Melvin answered and went into the bathroom.

Kanaya frowned, she just shrugged her shoulders without knowing the reason for Melvin's silence, better she prepare to accompany Melvin to dinner than the man was angry with her again.
