MARRIED DUREN SAWIT

MARRIED DUREN SAWIT
Eavesdropping

Aleana was still watching Linda who looked so different from the first time they met at Reyhan's house when she came making a troublemaker. Aleana felt that something had happened to the mother of her stepson. Seeing the look on Reyhan's face looking upset, Aleana decided to talk about it after they arrived home.

Soon, Reyhan and Aleana arrived at their home. Reyhan helps Aleana get out of her car. He embraced his wife to enter their room upstairs.

"Rest, baby!" Reyhan sat Aleana on the edge of the bed.

Reyhan was about to walk away from her, but Aleana quickly held her husband.

"Rey, where are you going?" Ask Aleana.

"I still have some work, so I'll do it in my study." Legally.

"What's up, baby? Do you need anything?" Reyhan asked as he gently stroked Aleana's face.

"Rey, sit next to me there's something I want to talk to you about." Aleana Sahut.

Reyhan sat down next to his wife and was ready to listen to what she wanted to say.

"What's up, baby?" Ask Reyhan.

"Rey, but you have to promise me you won't get angry if I talk to you about this." Aleana.

"Well, I promise I won't scold you." Sahut Reyhan's.

"Rey, it's about Linda." Aleana's words made Reyhan's face then turned upset.

"Rey, you promised me you wouldn't get mad if I talked about this, would you?" Aleana said again.

"Why are you so busy taking care of that woman? You don't even know her very close!" Reyhan said he tried to speak as calmly as possible when his heart was upset about talking about his wife.

"Rey, I don't know Linda, and I've only had a few conversations with her! Are you not aware of his condition? I compared the condition of his body when he first met the current one! I see her body so thin." Aleana.

"Then why do we take care of it? I don't care what happens to her anymore." Sahut Reyhan insisted he did not want to have any relationship with his ex-wife.

"Rey, isn't she your son's mother? If there's anything to Linda, then Farrel will be sad!" Aleana said again.

"Farrel will never recognize his mother! That's not necessary, Ana! You're his mother now." Reyhan said firmly.

"Rey, listen to me! I understand you're hurting with her, but as bad as Linda was she was ever willing to give her womb to conceive your son and fight to give birth to your son." Aleana said trying to make Reyhan not constantly have feelings of hatred for Linda.

"Rey, I know what it's like to have a baby! I feel sick, tired, weak and sometimes I feel uncomfortable with this big stomach condition." Aleana said again.

Reyhan still looked silent with his face down.

"Rey, I think something happened to Linda! We met him at the hospital. Don't you think he's sick?" Ask Aleana.

"Eitherway! I never thought about that woman again, Ana." Sahut Reyhan's.

"Rey, would you mind a little about him for your son's sake?" Ask Aleana again.

Reyhan was still silent and seemed to think about what his wife said.

"Haaaaah, okay Ana! I'll find out what happened to him, but all this I did was for Farrel's sake and because of your request." Reyhan finally obeyed Aleana's wishes.

A few days later, Reyhan tells someone to find out about Linda and everything that happened to her. Didn't wait long for the man Reyhan ordered to come with news about Linda.

"Sir."

"Hows it? Did you get what I told you?" Reyhan asked while talking to the man in his study.

"It's sir."

"Sir, Madame Linda is being treated at the hospital."

"ill? What pain is he?" Ask Reyhan.

"According to the information I got, Madam Linda has cervical cancer in her womb and her condition is getting worse and worse."

"What's even more sad, none of his family found him there."

Reyhan let out a long sigh and fully understood how his ex-wife was doing. From behind Reyhan's door, Farrel was standing there listening to everything Reyhan had to say with his man. The 6-year-old boy was shocked to learn that his mother was ill.

"Darling, what are you doing here?" Aleana asked while patting Farrel on the shoulder.

Farrel looked back and looked terrified as he was caught eavesdropping on his father's conversation. Aleana looked at Farrel then smiled at him.

"What you're doing isn't good, baby." Aleana stroked her cheek.

"I.I just....

The door of the room opened and Reyhan looked at his wife and son.

"What are you doing in front of my workspace?" Ask Reyhan.

Aleana glanced at Farrel who looked down her face. Reyhan also looked at his son. He crouched down and clasped Farrel's hand.

"What's wrong?" Ask Reyhan.

"Daddy, sorry!" Farrel.

"Why? What's wrong with you?" Ask Reyhan again.

"So I eavesdropped on daddy's conversation." His heart admitted his actions.

Because his son dared to confess his actions, Reyhan only smiled and gave good advice as a father.

"So you heard everything?" Ask Reyhan again.

Farrel nodded but still lowered his face.

"It's okay, next time you can't do something like that again! Eavesdropping on other people's conversations is not good. Soon you'll be a big brother, so you have to show your sister how to be nice. You have to be a good role model for your sisters someday." Reyhan said he was giving advice to his son.

"It's night now and you should go to bed soon. You're going to school tomorrow." Aleana said to Farrel.

"Yes, mommy." Farrel was so obedient to his stepmother.

After Farrel left, Reyhan brought Aleana into his study.

"What's up, Rey? Why does your face look so tangled?" Ask Aleana.

"I've heard about Linda." Legally.

Reyhan looked at Aleana looking so eager for her husband to continue his words.

"Linda's sick." Connect Reyhan.

"ill? What's the pain, Rey?" Ask Aleana.

"Cervical cancer and now she's being treated in the hospital." Sahut Reyhan's.

"Oh, my God! It's so sorry for him." Aleana said surprised at the disease suffered by the ex-wife of her husband.

"How is he now?" Ask Aleana.

"The conditions are getting worse and worse and more sadly there's no one to look after him there." Sahut Reyhan's.

"Did he have no family?" Ask Aleana again.

"I know that both of his parents have long since died and he only has that brother in prison. Linda has so much conflict in her family." Reyhan said he understood Linda's true identity.

Aleana thought for a moment to find a way out regarding the thing Reyhan had just said.

"Rey, shouldn't we take care of Linda here?" Ask Aleana.

"Huh? Are you crazy, Ana? I wouldn't approve of your crazy idea." Reyhan said annoyed and refused.

"Rey, do it for Farrel! I don't think there's any point in preventing Farrel from meeting his mother." Aleana Pinta.

"Ana, since when have you had a heart like this?" Reyhan protested.

"Rey, I've also had a family with a deadly disease and no matter how much we tried to save it, we couldn't. People who have the disease can only survive but not for long. Do you have the heart to see Farrel never touch his own mother if something happens to Linda later?" Aleana said trying to make Reyhan understand.
