Episode 26 The In-Law Request

Thomas's room was right next to Alex's, Alex was so emotional. Maya gets Alex some water. "Sister, this is a drink first" cried Maya.

Alex gulped the water down the toilet, his breathing seemed to hunt indicating that Alex was very angry with Thomas.

"Relax, don't be emotional" cried Maya.

"You don't interfere, it's my business and that damn sister!" snapped Alex.

Maya returns to pull out her nurse to draw Alex's sympathy, Maya's eyes begin to glaze over.

"Why did you change? lately Brother has become very emotional and often snapped at me, even though before Brother was so gentle with me," Maya exclaimed with tears in her eyes.

Alex sees Maya crying, getting emotional. "It's May, you don't have to be happy. I'm dizzy, don't add any more trouble!" snapped Alex.

"Bad brother."

Maya quickly exits Alex's room, Alex does not chase Maya. Alex no longer cares about Maya, at first Alex will melt to see Maya's tears but somehow at this time the feeling does not appear precisely Alex is increasingly upset to Maya who he thinks is too lazy and spoiled.

Maya walks into her room, she blushes her tears violently.

"Badly, this is all because of Stevi and I have to make a calculation with Stevi," Maya growled with a clenched hand.

Meanwhile, every day Stevi's job is getting more and more since Maya leaves, no one helps Stevi.

"Gosh, it's so exhausting like I have to find a new assistant" Stevi murmured.

Suddenly Stevi's phone rang, and there was the name of her mother-in-law there. Stevi quickly picked up the phone from her mother-in-law.

📞"Hello Ma, what's up?" ask Stevi.

📞"Darling, you're home from work at what time?"

📞"It looks like Ma's night, Stevi has to be overtime because Stevi's a lot of work."

📞"You don't overtime, just go home late because Mama and Papa miss you want to have dinner together. Can you, you come home late in the afternoon and go home to Mama's? Mama wants you to stay here one night only" whined Mama Linda.

📞"Okay, how ya Ma?"

📞"Come on, please."

Stevi was silent for a moment, she was confused as to what to answer. On the one hand, she did not want to disappoint her excellent mother-in-law but on the other hand, she did not want to meet Thomas at all.

📞"Honey, how?" ask Mama Linda.

📞"Well Ma, Stevi will stay there."

📞"Alhamdulillah, yes Mama wait."

Linda disconnects her phone, Stevi rubs her face. This situation made him uncomfortable, having to meet people he hated so much.

At 17:00 p.m., Thomas quickly walked out of his room because he wanted to go home and go back to Stevi.

Thomas bumps into Maya who just came out of their respective rooms.

"Aw," cried Maya.

"Oh my God, can't that be a look around? don't know if I'm in a hurry" Thomas said.

Thomas is upset to leave Maya, Maya is still sitting on the floor even Thomas did not help Maya first.

"Basar insensitive guy, notya please just go away," annoyed Maya.

The door to Alex's room opens, Maya feigns pain hoping Alex will help her as Alex can at least see Maya hurt.

"Sister, help me" whined Maya with a face made of pain.

"Gosh, you're a big boy, can you stand on your own? I'm in a hurry here" exclaimed Alex.

Once again Alex leaves Maya and Maya gets upset with Alex.

Alex quickly drives his car to Stevi's office, Alex does not want to lose to Thomas. He will also continue to try to apologize to Stevi.

Stevi has just arrived at the home of Alex and Thomas' parents.

"Assalamualaik."

"Vaalaikumsalam. Oh God Stevi, Mama misses you very much, son" exclaimed Mama Linda as she hugged her beloved daughter-in-law.

"Stevi misses Mama too, Mama and Papa what? you guys are okay, right?" ask Stevi.

"You don't worry, Mama and Papa are fine. What Papa is worried about is you, are you happy? has Alex always been rude to you?" ask Papa Bobby.

"No Pa, Alex's brother was never rude to Stevi" Stevi lied with a smile.

"Darling, how come Mama saw you're a little thin."

"Maybe Ma's kecapean, because lately Stevi's work is very much," said Stevi.

"Yes, now you just rest in Alex's room, Mama wants to cook first for dinner later."

"Stevi help you, Ma."

"Don't kid, you must be tired."

"No, Stevi's not tired."

"Yes, it's up to you."

Stevi helps Linda cook, and Thomas returns home soon after. He was so out of focus with Stevi's car that he was there, because the thought he currently wanted to quickly take a shower and go to Alex's house to see Stevi.

Thomas walked so fast that he had just climbed two stairs, his sense of hearing catching the voice of the woman he had been missing lately.

Thomas paused his intention to go up to the second floor, slowly stepping into the kitchen. Thomas peeked out from behind the kitchen door, and was shocked to see his mother cooking with Stevi.

"Stevi," inner Thomas.

Thomas watched Stevi who looked happy accompanying his mother cooking, Stevi laughed and it was very much Thomas missed.

"I miss you so much, Stevie. Forgive me," inward Thomas.

After watching Stevi for a long time, Thomas decided to take a bath. Thomas was very happy because there was Stevi in the house, Thomas initially wanted to see Stevi but unexpectedly, Stevi was in his house.

Thomas is getting excited especially when Alex is not around, so he can later talk freely with Stevi.

Unlike Thomas who is currently happy, Alex just arrived at Stevi's office. Alex immediately approached the receptionist to inquire about Stevi's whereabouts.

"Sorry Mba, which room is my wife in?" ask Alex.

"Oh, Mrs Stevi is home sir."

"Huh, home? when?" ask Alex.

"About half an hour ago."

"Ah well, thank you."

Alex got back in his car. "Sure Stevi's home" Alex muttered.

Alex also quickly drove his car, it did not take long finally Alex arrived home.

"Bi, is Stevi home yet?" ask Alex.

"Not Mr, Non Stevi hasn't come home yet."

"Well, where's he going? I followed her to her office, she said she was home but there was nothing at home" Alex exclaimed.

"Maybe go home to his parents, sir."

"Ah yes, it could be. I'll take a shower then."

Alex heads to the second floor and into her room, she plans to take a shower and after a new bath she will follow Stevi to her in-laws' house. Alex thinks Stevi is coming home to her parents, but Stevi is currently in her own home.
