Episode 16 Is Always Wrong

Alex painstakingly swallowed his saliva, really at this time he was confused as to what to answer.

"You're the same Thomas, are you not sorry for Stevi? is that woman your new secretary!" yell Papa Bobby.

Again Alex could not answer, his lips suddenly mute.

"Jawab Alex, don't shut up!" snapped Papa Bobby.

While Linda was sitting in a chair with tears, Linda was not completely confused with the behavior of her two sons.

"Why did you become like this? Mama was ashamed of Stevi's parents, Stevi was a good woman but you and Thomas steadfastly hurt Stevi" exclaimed Mama Linda with tears in her eyes.

"Ma, Alex please don't cry."

Alex doesn't like to make his mom cry, especially this is the first time his mom cried and it's all because of him.

From dawn, many of Papa's business associates contacted Papa asking for an explanation about the video that spread. You son don't know yourself, Alex!" snapped Papa Bobby.

Alex tried to dodge, she was really afraid that her Papa was already angry like that.

"Well, if that's not you now you change your clothes and hold a press conference. Explain to everyone that it's not you because it concerns the good name of the company and also the family" growled Papa Bobby.

Alex went straight to his room to take a shower and change his clothes, Alex was really very confused as to what he should do at the moment.

Meanwhile, Stevi was not at all bothered by her Papa-in-law's screams that it might have a medicinal effect so Stevi slept very well.

Not long after, Alex was ready..

"Where's Stevi?" ask Mama Linda.

"Stevi's still sleeping, maybe soy sauce. Just let Bi Wati wake her up later" said Alex nervously.

"Yes, it's better now we go to the office and have a press conference there. Thank goodness the problem was sorted out before Stevi woke up out of pity for her" exclaimed Papa Bobby.

Bobby dragged Alex back, the three of them went to the office and in the office there were already many reporters waiting.

Meanwhile in Stevi's room, she started moving her body. His fever had healed and his head was not as painful as last night.

"Gosh, it's late in the afternoon I'm up where I haven't prepared breakfast yet" Stevi murmured.

Stevi came out of her room and headed straight for the kitchen.

"Non Stevi's cured?" ask Bi Wati.

"Alhamdulillah already Bi, oh yes I woke up late so did not have time to prepare breakfast."

"It's okay, Non, after all, Mr. Alex has gone to the office."

"Huh, have you left?"

"Yes, the great Lord and the great Madam came here even Mr. Alex was beaten and scolded all out as the great sir."

"What's? but why?" stevi asked in shock.

"Auntie doesn't know, but the big lord turns on the tv and scolds Mr. Alex."

"Bi, I'm taking a shower first."

Stevi immediately ran to her room, she quickly took a shower and changed her clothes. Stevi rushed down the stairs.

"I'm leaving first, Bi."

"Non, don't you have breakfast?"

"No Bi, just later."

Stevi got into her car and started driving to Alex's office.

At Brasco's family-owned company, Alex is being questioned by reporters and Alex is at a loss to answer if he can only lie and play it safe.

"You're wrong look, it's not me any more that the video looks blurry how can you just conclude that it's me?" furious Alex.

"But some see that the suit that man wears is the same as Mr. Alex's suit, even many grapevine if Mr. Alex has been playing with your own secretary, is that true?" ask one of the reporters.

Bobby and Linda could only bow their heads, they were so embarrassed by the behavior of her son.

"It's not true, I have nothing to do with my secretary so you don't make such cheap gossip" Alex lied.

"That rumor isn't true?"

"No, it's all cheap gossip" Stevi exclaimed.

As everyone turned to Stevi, Alex and Alex's parents were shocked by Stevi's arrival.

Stevi advanced forward and stood beside Alex.

"My husband cannot betray me, because my husband loves me so much. The video problem, I dare to guarantee that it is not my husband because last night my husband did not wear the suit" Stevi exclaimed.

Alex looked straight at Stevi, he could not believe Stevi's words. Stevi took her phone and showed me a picture of herself with Alex that she took last night in a hotel room.

"Look carefully, last night my husband was always with me and the suit my husband wore was not the same as the suit in the video, so it can be concluded that it was not my husband!" firmly Stevi.

All the reporters nodded in signs they believed Stevi's words.

"You're not curious anymore, are you? so now you better disperse and don't make cheap gossip before you know from the source. And I'm asking you to delete the video and if there's still a television station showing the news, I'll report it to the police" Stevi said.

Stevi decides to leave and Alex follows Stevi.

"Wait!"

Stevie stopped his steps. "What else is it?" ask Stevi.

"So this is what you told me to change clothes for last night? you know what's going to happen? that's why you're doing all this so I feel guilty and thank you" Alex said.

Stevi frowned, Stevi did not think she was grateful, Alex instead accused Stevi who had planned all that.

Stevi pointed at Alex's chest with her index finger.

"Why are your thoughts so petty, brother? last night I accidentally saw Brother and Maya doing a disgusting thing without you noticing that there was a cctv there, that's why I told Brother to change clothes and photos together because I knew it would be a problem" Stevi said.

Stevi's eyes have started to tear up. "If last night I hadn't helped you, it's certain that right now the good name of the company and the family of the older brother would have been destroyed. I didn't expect a thank you from Big Brother at all, but at least don't accuse me carelessly."

Stevi stared intently at Alex, then Stevi quickly got into her car and left Alex's office. No matter what Alex thinks, he always thinks negatively of Stevi.
