Episode 14 Corporate Birthday

Two days later...

Tonight is the anniversary night of the Brasco family-owned company, all the owners of the company in the city were invited.

The event was held in a star hotel and very luxurious. Alex kept looking at his watch while standing on the side of his car waiting for Stevi to come out.

"Gosh, what's that woman doing? long time," Alex annoyed.

Actually Alex doesn't want to go with Stevi but he realizes that he and Stevi are married now and both of Alex and Stevi's parents will definitely suspect that they didn't go together.

Not long after, Stevi also appeared with a very beautiful appearance. Alex raised his head, Alex gawked to see Stevi's appearance even his phone almost fell but Alex realized.

"What are you doing inside? it's too late" Alex joked.

"Sorry, I've been waiting a long time."

Alex went straight into his car, Alex slightly loosened his tie looking at Stevi's appearance which he thought was very beautiful and graceful.

It is undeniable, as a normal man Alex admits that Stevi is a very beautiful woman but Maya's words make Alex disgusted to Stevi and think that Stevi uses her beauty to seduce many men.

Stevi came in, Alex started driving.

"Remember, at the party we have to pretend to be a married couple because I don't want everyone to think badly of me" Alex exclaimed coldly.

"If you don't want everyone to think badly of you, you have to take care of your attitude. Although Brother does not like me, but our status remains as husband and wife so if you do things like that, it will affect the good name of your own brother," said Stevi.

Instantly Alex stopped his car making Stevi surprised and glared at Alex. Alex clasped Stevi's face and looked at Stevi with a sharp look.

"Don't teach me, I know what to do. Instead, you have to be nice because if everyone knows who you really are, me and my family will bear the shame of being married to a cheap woman like you" Alex exclaimed.

Stevi threw Alex in the hand, Stevi's tears dripped back but Stevi quickly wiped them off.

"Stop calling me a cheap woman, Big Brother may hate me but Big Brother has no right to insult me like that because as long as you know, both my parents educated me very well and my pride was very much on my guard so Big Brother don't insult me like that" Stevi said.

Alex smiled cynically. "Your game is so neat that everyone always praises you as the perfect woman when in reality you are no lower than trash!" alex Hardik.

Stevi slapped Alex very hard to make Alex emotional and re-grasped Stevi's arm very tight.

"Let go, brother, sick."

"How dare you slap me!"

"Take me off and put me down here" Stevi exclaimed with tears.

Alex quickly locked the car. "Don't expect you to get away from me, Stevi. You've started your game so you'll have to finish it."

Alex threw Stevi's body, then with emotion Alex returned to the car. It didn't take long, they arrived at the hotel.

Stevi tidied up her makeup, she didn't want to until her parents saw her eyes rubbed. When he finished, Alex got out of his car and waited for Stevi.

After Stevi's exit, Alex violently pulls Stevi's hand and forces Stevi to embrace her arm.

"Smile, don't make all the reporters suspect that your sad face looks like that" Alex exclaimed coldly.

Stevi also began to smile despite seeming forced and it turns out, the reporters immediately stormed Alex and Stevi. They were competing to take photos of Alex and Stevi, Alex who did not like the photo chose to break through the reporters.

Maya is acting formally because there are both Alex and Stevi's parents.

Everything was advancing forward, Maya looked extremely annoyed and jealous. Bobby starts introducing Stevi as his son-in-law and the cameras of the reporters race to take photos of Alex and Stevi.

Business associates from both families were envious because they had long wanted to match their children with Stevi and it made Maya even more angry and chose to go out of the room.

Alex who saw Maya go into a panic. "I'm sorry, excuse me for going to the toilet first" Alex exclaimed.

Without waiting any longer, Alex immediately went running after Maya. Alex is lost, feeling that there is no one, Alex quickly pulls Maya's hand and takes her into the hallways to the toilet.

"Where are you going?" ask Alex.

"Did you think I should just shut up when I saw your brother's affection with Stevi? why can't you keep my feelings?" mrs Maya with her regret.

"I can't do anything baby, if I don't pretend to be friendly everything will be suspicious."

"But I don't like it, you rich friend."

"I'm sorry baby, but you don't worry because my love for you is for you with Stevi just pretending that no one is suspicious" Alex said.

"I'm jealous, brother."

Alex brought his face closer and within seconds, his lips were back together. Alex doesn't realize there's a cctv and if the Papa finds out, Alex could be in danger.

After a long time Alex and Maya do something, Alex also feels very calm because Maya has begun to understand.

"I beg you tonight you must understand me yes" cried Alex.

Maya nods her head, Alex invites Maya to leave. In addition to cctv, they also did not realize that Stevi had peeked and knew what they were doing.

Alex mingles with his business partners again, Alex dizzy looking for Stevi's whereabouts.

"Gosh, where's that woman going?" inner Alex.

Stevi takes Alex into a hotel room, but Alex refuses.

"Why did you get into a hotel room?" ask Alex.

"Just enter, Brother don't worry I won't do anything disgusting to Brother."

Alex finally complied and entered the hotel room. Stevi took a new suit stel and handed it to Alex.

"Change Brother's suit with this" cried Stevi.

"Make what? you don't want to beat me up" Alex annoyed.

"It's for the good of Brother's name and Brother's family, because if you don't change the suit, I'm afraid that tomorrow everyone will blaspheme you."

"What do you mean?"

"Here you go, just follow my words."

Stevi sits on the sofa, while Alex still feels very confused by what Stevi told him but Alex finally obeys Stevi's words even though in his heart Alex still wonders.

Moments later, Alex came out and had already changed his suit. Stevi approaches Alex and unceremoniously invites Alex to take a photo. Alex was a little surprised because Stevi's position was very close to him and it made Alex's heart beat very fast.

"It's safe, now we better get back to the party venue" Stevi exclaimed.

Stevi quickly exits the hotel room leaving Alex, while Alex is still stunned.

"Basic strange woman," murmured Alex.
