Arnold took a series of tests, after an hour of the results came out, a nurse asked Arnold to change clothes because the operation would be done immediately at ten.

Before the operation Arnold met his mother, and said."Mam, if there's anything with me please give this to Cia."

Maria received the Pink envelope, her eyes looking at her son and saying."Remember there's Cia waiting for you, son."

Arnold smiled and said."Mam, I'm sorry if all this time I've never been your pride like big brother."

Mary hugged her son tightly, which mother did not hurt her heart as her son compared to his brother. The Great Lord looked at the two so loved ones while wiping his tears.

Arnold unraveled the embrace of his mother now he looked at his Papa who he had always bothered.

"Pa." Arnold was unable to continue his words. 

"Don't say anything, son."The Great Lord hugged his second son while rubbing Arnold's shoulder.

Maria came and gave her phone to Arnold.

"Your sister wants to talk" said Maria.

"Hello" said Arnold.

Arnold's eyes widened when he heard his wife's voice that he so longed for.

"Cia" said Arnold.

"Hi, why surprised. Don't you want to tell me, sir," teased Cia while chuckling even though she knew Arnold didn't see her.

A smile rose on Arnold's lips, seeing that Maria and Great Lord Setyawan looked at each other.

"Cia maybe later I'll call you less often. But trust me if I'm okay." Arnold didn't want anything to happen to him after the surgery, and his wife would look for him.

"Whatever happens, keep me informed!" cia Pinta.

"Surely dear," said Arnold. 

Arnold smiled at his mother's phone, the smile was transmitted to both parents.

A nurse came in and asked Arnold to enter the operating room immediately. Arnold hugged both of his parents in turn.

"Pray all smoothly, Pa, Ma." Arnold immediately walked in following the nurse into a room.

A cold chill began to be felt on his skin when he saw Andreas was already in the same room with him. He looked at the pale face and said."Good luck, brother, if there's anything with me I'll take Cia."

Marsel's doctor rubbed Arnold's shoulder and allowed the man to lie down. Arnold stared at the ceiling of the operating room closed his eyes to remember the one name in his heart Velicia who was now also struggling for her own recovery.

Outside the operating room Maria looks so agitated, as well as the two people not far from her Grand Master Setyawan and Shinta also look so worried about Andreas and Arnold.

Cia smiled faintly, if she remembered for three years that she had wrongly married a man. However, that did not make his love change to Arnold. Aura looked so frustrated, when the girl was contacting Shinta suddenly she was surprised by Velicia's voice that looked so agitated.

Aura immediately approached Cia and woke her up." Sister ... Brother."
