The Schedule 2

"Lia, get out!"

It was still early in the morning and there was already a scream from outside the room. Lazily, I opened the door to greet the guest.

"Congratulations. uh!"

Haven't had a chance to say hello, Chely has already directly pulled my arm out of the dorm. I think he wanted to talk about yesterday's problems.

Arriving at the spot Chely was heading to, we stopped for a few minutes to rest. I tried to calm him down who seemed to be panting.

"I. want to. give. you.. it.. know.."

Every word he spoke made no sense at all. He said it was clear, but if used as a sentence will be a sentence that is not united.

"I don't know what you're saying."

"Look at yourself.."

Chely pointed at the school library. There were many people gathered there.

"What the hell is going on in there?"

"Huftt.the library's been closed!"

"What?!"

Surprised by what Chely said, I immediately broke through everyone there.

"Hey, Son. You're forbidden to come in here."

Apparently, I had mistaken. They are not visitors, but professors who are doing research. I retreated from there and went back to Chely.

"How is this?"

"Hm, I think we should get in by sneaking."

"W-are you crazy? Can't be, Lia."

"could. I'm certain. Come on, come with me!"

I rushed to the back door of the library, followed by Chely. I've heard about the secret door to the school library. I've never been there, but I know where the door is.

"El, this way."

"Do you intend to enter through a hidden door?"

We walked into a dark hallway. The passageway pierced straight into the back of the bookshelf near the guard table.

"What are we gonna do now?"

"I'll come out when they don't see. You went to the shelf where the book was found before."

"Ehm. Careful, Lia."

I walked slowly to the table. I gestured for Chely to have him throw the book at me. When I got the chance, the book got caught by me.

"St.. Lia."

When Chely got close to the bookshelf, I returned the book to him. But without me realizing it, the book was not perched where it should be.

"Oops.."

The book shifted in another direction and touched the guard's desk.

"Wine.."

I signaled Chely to pick up the book immediately. But, he looked terrified as suddenly someone was standing right beside him.

"Don't move.don't move.."

I waved at him so as not to make the slightest movement. Still with the same position, the person did not move at all.

"El, what are you doing?"

I saw Chely take his hand out from under the table to grab the book. I tried to ban him but he still did not want to pull back his hand.

"El, stop."

I closed my eyes, hoping nothing would happen.

"St.. Lia."

Finally, Chely managed to retrieve the book. I feel relieved now.

"Hey, look. What'sthat?"

One of the professors was seen approaching. I glanced at the table where the book had fallen. A piece of paper looks printed there. It must be one of the pages of that ancient book. If he takes it, then my existence here will be discovered by him.

"Oh, how's this..?"
