Magic In Love's
5. Mint Aroma

The hill looks so green filled with so many kinds of trees on the left right of the path that there are flat rocks arranged neatly.

The wind seemed to bring a fresh scent of mint and blow away the dried leaves that fell from the top of the tree.

Apart from the ends of the twigs and then blown by the wind that blows slowly, which eventually fell to the ground and also the road where now Ali was passing.

The sun in the sky shone quite brightly, even the light felt so warm when it touched the skin of Ali's arm and also Ali's face.

Ali continued down the path and up the hill. Far away there seemed a small dot like a castle.

Yep...

A manor colored like a sparkling blue gem on its peak.

Greenish blue, like the beautiful color of Jamrud's gem.

"My poor son

where are you, baby

I miss thinking about you

spring has arrived

mom's still the same cooped up here

unable to search

unable to meet

my poor son

my poor son

where are you...

where are you..."

Ali walked slowly while listening to the humming of the voice of a woman who was out of nowhere.

His voice was softly carried as a breath of fresh mint-scented wind.

The wind that was running down from the top of the hill, carried the scent of mint and also...

Ali stopped his steps for a moment.

His eyes stared at the small dot of the building like a castle that was like a greenish-blue gem.

Could it be that sound from there?

Whose voice is there?

Who's there now?

Ali sharpened his audience, trying to digest the sounds he heard whether it might be the voice of someone he knew.

But...

No. gabe.

It looks like Ali didn't hear it anymore.

Although the wind smelled of mint again blew, but he could no longer hear the voice of a woman humming about her son anymore.

Whose woman has lost her child until she hums that much. Batin Ali's.

Ali will continue his steps again, when suddenly...

Tok tok...

I heard another sound, like a knock on the door or something.

Ali opened his eyes, and so open the cleavage, now all he saw was the ceiling of the room where he lived in Japan.

Ah...

Ali woke up, for a moment he sat down while rubbing his face with both palms.

Tok tok...

"Young master Ali, the food has been prepared."

The voice of the butler sounded outside the door of the room Ali was staying in.

Ali stared at the door of the room for a moment, then replied,

"Yes, I'll be out in a minute."

"Miss Zizi has been waiting in the dining room with her husband, are you still a long time?"

Asked the butler to make sure, it seems he should be clear when conveying it to Zizi later.

"It's okay if Zizi's sister has to eat first, I'll take a warm bath."

Said Ali.

The butler made no sound anymore, he must be outside the room nodding and leaving.

Ali took off her socks.

He would just take a shower to make his body fresher.

**----------**

"He didn't eat?"

Zizi asked the butler who came to tell Zizi that Ali was going to take a bath and it might take a lot of time to soak as well.

"Maybe it will still eat, it's just that the Young Master wants to soak first."

Said the butler.

"All right."

Shane, Zizi's husband smiled, currently Shane is learning to eat meat, only meat, and even half-cooked roasted without any seasoning.

He could only eat it, no food could enter his mouth let alone his stomach.

As a half-monster, of course Shane is actually very difficult to try to live a normal life like most humans.

He tried not to give up with his condition which has so far experienced more progress.

"Frankly I was always worried about Ali's situation if he was in this house. But it seems like he really likes Hokkaido, he also really likes this house."

Zizi.

"There will be nothing, don't worry too much about something that isn't necessarily going to happen."

Shane told Zizi.

Zizi sighed, then nodded her head, then,

Aunty Maria, a beautiful, barbie-like ghost of the Dutch none floated through the walls of the room.

She joined Zizi and her husband for dinner.

"Where's Aunty from?"

Ask Zizi.

"I sat on a Sakura tree near where Ali lived. From there I could see the crescent moon hanging beautifully in the skies of Japan."

Said Aunty Maria.

Zizi drank water from a glass,

"Ah Zi's."

Aunty Maria looked set on a serious face,

"I was breathing the scent of mint grass from inside the building where Ali lived. I felt like I had smelled that scent, but I forgot where."

"The scent of mint grass?"

Zizi asked frowned, looking at Aunty Maria who was now nodding.

Zizi looked at Shane for a moment, then looked back at Aunty Maria.

"Is there anything suspicious at Ali's place of residence? Something dangerous? Something that could hurt Ali like the other day he had to deal with Shilba Dolores?"

Ask Zizi.

Aunty Maria shook her head unable to be certain,

"Either Zi, I can't answer for sure because I don't feel any energy, I just feel the smell of mint, like the smell of wind-blown grass and let out a fresh mint scent."

Zizi will stand up out of curiosity and want to prove, while Shane's hand quickly reaches Zizi and holds Zizi back from leaving.

"Nothing's happened yet, don't overdo it."

Shane.

Zizi shook her head,

"Of course it's not an exaggeration, brother, we're only a few days in Japan, we can't be sure Ali will be safe to continue here, if there's anything suspicious I can find right now, I better make sure as long as I'm still here."

"But Ali doesn't necessarily want you to do it Zizi."

"Why not? I'm his cousin, I'm also the one who best understands whatever he's going through and he's thinking."

"I think Shane is right Zi, so far Ali is fine, if your attitude is excessive, even safe to make Ali uncomfortable."

Aunty Maria.

Shane nodded in agreement, agreeing with Aunty Maria.

Zizi sighed, looking at the two creatures who were now in the same room with him.

The new zizi will take another tablespoon to scoop up the soup, when suddenly he feels nauseous again.

The young woman immediately stood up and ran away from the room.

"How many days has he been?"

Maria asked Shane who was also standing and was going to follow his wife.

"Since going to Kuala Lumpur the other day."

Answer Shane.

"Take Shane to the doctor, or call him a private doctor, he's in danger of getting sick."

Said Aunty Maria.

Shane nodded, just as the door of the room was slid open from the outside, Ali appeared with a relaxed appearance but was already looking refreshed.

"Sir Zizi, where is he?"

Ali asked who didn't get Zizi was there.

"He's not feeling well, we'll be back."

Answer Shane.

Ali sat on a pillow around the Japanese short dining table, turning to Aunty Maria.

"That mint scent, is that your parfum?"

Aunty Maria asked Ali,

"Minthe?"
