Upon arriving at the clinic, they were greeted by Megan's doctor and her husband.

" Good morning Sekhu, why didn't you tell me I was coming?" Megan shakes hands with Sekhu.

" I'm sorry doctor Megan, this is sudden because I have to get to Surabaya this morning." Saying Sekhu together with the arrival of Adhi Megan's husband and immediately greet her.

" He's your wife, Sekhu?" Adhi looked at Naima.

" Yes, she's my wife." Said Sekhu staring at the silent Naima.

" I'm like I've seen it, but where is it?" Inner Adhi smiled looking at Naima.

" Why don't you invite me to your wedding ha.." Megan's protest pinched Sekhu's arm.

" Ah, I'm sorry doctor Megan had her show so suddenly."

Naima just smiled at Sekhu's familiarity with Doctor Megan's family.

" How, is your wife pregnant?" Megan said as she walked alongside Megan.

" Kirana is no longer a wife, she and I separated a few weeks ago. Kirana was pregnant but her pregnancy could not be saved."

" Whata, you're divorced and Kirana miscarried?" Megan was surprised by Sekhu's statement.

" yes, I came here to check on Naima's bladder."

" Oh, well I'll check it out first. You can talk to Adhi." Megan looked at Naima who was silent.

" Come with Dr. Megan, I'll wait here." Sekhu's words made Naima nod and follow Megan.

Doctor Megan invites Naima into the USG room to check her uterus.

" Line down, Naima." Megan said softly.

Naima then lay down and let Megan undress and started applying a special cream.

" Everything looks normal and good, the heart rate is good too. Do you want to see her gender?" Megan stared at Naima, who was focused on the monitor.

" Naima?" Megan cried when her words were not heard by Naima.

" Haa.., sorry doctor.." Naima said feeling stunned as Megan called out to her repeatedly.

" I know how happy it is to be a mother to Naima's first child, you're lucky to have Sekhu and your baby-to-be."

" Thank you Doctor Megan." Naima gets off the brnahkas then sits in a chair along with Megan who is writing a vitamin recipe for her.

" Where did you meet Sekhu, then how did Kirana and Sekhu get divorced?" Megan muttered without taking her eyes off the paper she was writing.

" Me and Sekhu met an unexpected doctor, for Kirana I have no right to say anything because it was Sekhu who did it without my intervention."

Naima's words made Megan look at him with a sweet smile then handed him a piece of paper that she had already written with so much of her.

" This is your vitamin recipe, leave this to Sekhu so that he buys it for you." Megan thrust a piece of paper at Naima.

" Thank you so much Doctor Megan."

" Same Naima, after this I will handle all your needs while you are pregnant and ready to give birth."

Naima just smiles in response to Megan's remarks then they both go out to meet Sekhu and Adhi Megan's husband.

Adhi stared at the arrival of Naima and Megan without blinking.

" That woman, wait a minute I'm like I know her but where.." Inner Adhi kept remembering Naima.

" Why are you quiet, there's no business you're talking about, right?" Chirps Megan looked at Sekhu and Adhi who were silent with their own thoughts.

" Of course there's business, you don't need to know what Dr. Megan is." Sekhu Seru.

" It's up to you, all the baby and mother are healthy and growing so well. I prescribe the best vitamins buy them for her and for you Sekhu, less to do with Naima." Megan was sitting next to Adhi.

"So I can't touch her?" Mumam Sekhu's.

Adhi laughed at Sekhu's facial expression and made the man stare at him sharply.

" Are you able to enjoy the others outside, or have you completely forgotten about your night activities?" Sindir Adhi made Naima feel confused.

" You..." Sekhu's speech came to a halt as Megan threw her with a soffa pillow.

" Stop talking about bad things, look at Naima's confused expression with your unqualified talk." Megan is upset.

" Your crazy husband started it, why am I the one you're mad at." Sunggut Sekhu is upset.

Naima only smiled at the behavior of 3 different people, occasionally her eyes met with Adhi's brown eyes and made her feel like she had seen the husband of Megan's doctor.
