Sekhu had told his parents the good news about Naiam's pregnancy and they connected him so happily.

They are all grateful that Sekhu prefers Naiam to Kirana not to mention that now Naiam is pregnant then the chance of Kirana seizing Sekhu again is very difficult.

Sekhu is now in his casino enjoying a drink prepared by Indra when he saw the look of his face that was so riled up.

Eldho patted the shoulder of his friend who had now finished two bottles of drinks unconsciously, Sekhu was very fond of alcohol when he was not good or tired.

" Mabok is a boy.." Indra seems to take the bottle of Sekhu quickly upset her.

The clock has set at 00.00 in the morning making the two good friends Sekhu immediately memapahnya to enter into one of the rooms in his Cassino.

Naiam's hospital was lying on his own quietly even though someone was watching him behind a glass door.

" Naiam.I miss you baby, Naiam..." Adam muttered with grief.

Adam looked around and then entered Naima's room, feeling all seemed safe for her.

Slowly Adam approached Naiam who was fast asleep.

" God is always unfair to us, but when you are with Sekhu you are pregnant with his child. Is love beginning to grow in your heart for her?"

Naima seemed to move as Adam's hand continued to stroke her cheek gently the touch that Adam used to give Naima.

Adam took care of the girl even when he wanted to kiss her, Adam would be really gentle and make Naiam so comfortable, Adam did not want to ruin the girl's future before they got married.

But as the beauty drew nearer Sekhu came and seized their long-awaited happiness, the grudge on Adam's chest was burning in his chest for Sekhu.

" For now I have not been able to open my senses, but believe me Naiam I still love you and will take you far away even though you are already owned by Sekhu.." Adam Mumbled.

Adam kissed Naiam's forehead gently and long enough to make Naiam feel the warmth he used to get from his lover, his eyes eager to open but feeling afraid if it was just a dream.

"Adam..." Mumbled Naiam softly.

Adam immediately regained his senses and looked into Naiam's tightly closed eyes and smiled.

" I know you feel, my presence on your side." Adam Mumbled.

" I have to go Naiam, take good care of yourself baby wait for me to come pick you back into my arms." Adam kissed a glimpse of Naiam's lips and left immediately.

Naima who was disturbed by her sleep shortly afterwards opened her eyes as Adam had passed away.

" Is this real, is it just a dream?" Naima muttered.

Not feeling his tears just dripping when he remembered Adam again.

" Did I miss him too much, to make me dream if there was Adam next to me. Adam.I miss you where you are now.." Naiam's cry broke out recalling their sweet memories long ago.

Adam stopped when again Naiam's voice appeared calling his name, now Adam is in the hospital basmane where his car is located.

" Naiama, are you re-aware of my existence..." Adam got into his car.

" Letahan be a little while, baby, I'll pay back every pain you receive and also what I feel for Maryam..." Adam clutched the wheel of his car.

Quickly Adam passed away leaving the deserted hospital basmane walking through the increasingly gripping and lonely night.
