Today Sekhu's parents come to visit Naiam with Maryam and Adam.

" Good morning, dear.." Maria said she saw Naiam being examined by a doctor.

" Mama, why are you here?" Naiam was surprised.

Maryam touching Naima's hand made her realize the situation now.

Naima was so shocked to hear Mary saying that Sekhu was ready to divorce Kirana for whatever Naima felt in disbelief, it was fitting that Sekhu asked her to keep his wife.

" You don't mind much dear Naima, said the doctor all is well and today you can go straight home." Renaldi.

" I'm going back to my house, pa, I feel better.." Naima looked at all her new family.

" No, papa has asked Sekhu's bodyguard to bring all your stuff to the new house that Sekhu has bought. Because Sekhu doesn't want his son and wife to live there." Renaldi.

Adam gazed at the happiness that radiated in Naiam's beautiful eyes making them if they all loved Naiam wholeheartedly.

" Our relationship is getting better, brother, just wait for me to finish college and Adam to rise to the company at work we might be able to talk about marriage." Say Maryam with passion.

10 Minutes later the room was silent with no sound, and Naima hesitated to talk to Adam.

" Do you have to talk to her, why is my tongue so twisted.." Naima looked at Adam who was talking to someone behind his cell phone.

After finishing talking Adam looked at Naima who had noticed her.

" Do you need anything?" Adam's murmured softly.

Naima shakes her head.

" Jean..." Naima.

" Hemz?" Adam cleared his throat while looking at Naima.

" Who are you?" Naima's words made Adam instantly shocked.

" I, I'm Adam..." Adam seems to be trying to cover up his shock when Naima asks who he is.

" Liar, I'm so familiar with your shady gaze and touch.." Naima sat up her sleeping dadi staring fixed Adam.

" What does Naima mean, I don't understand?"

" You're my Adam, right?" Naima shed her tears.

Adam looked at Naima desperately wanting her to hug the frail woman but her plan stayed a little more successful, if Naima recognized her sooner it would make the plan fail.

Adam passed by leaving Naima alone crying inside her inpatient room, somehow Naima was so confident that it was her lover Adam.
