Loving You in My Way

Loving You in My Way
CHAPTER 17

Tonight was so peaceful after the triplets went to sleep. The simple house was so calm after a day in ravaged by the baby.

Some of the lights are turned off. The large room was now dark on the bed three 2-year-old boys had been lying.

But in a room next to the main room there is one lamp that is still brightly lit. A woman in a mini nightgown, shorts and a loose top with a spaghetti strap was sitting at a table.

Her hair that was clamped carelessly occasionally fell on the side of her face, her eyes that were focused on the clear glasses.

The woman was busy flipping sheets of\-sheets of paper in a book and occasionally moving her finger over a pc keyboard or sometimes scraping pen ink onto a small book.

Now Neera is preparing materials to teach tomorrow. Actually he wants to work in the room while accompanying the sleeping triplets.

But he was afraid of disturbing their sleep with the light of the lamp. So he decided to work in the room next to theirs.

Raising three children on her own then she had to work an extra threefold as well. But his happiness is many times over as well. The young mother never complained about every situation she faced.

Neera believed that when she was given the necessity by God to look after the three little angels, it meant that she was capable and therefore she had to take responsibility for the opportunities that had been given.

In addition, he is also responsible for his students, giving the best is his life motto. Although this is a time of rest but at this time Neera's opportunity to work.

The Ring...Ring....

The sound of a cell phone at the table distracts Neera from her busy life. An unknown number was written on that flat screen.

Once twice Neera let it go, but the phone didn't stop. With a little annoyance Neera picked up the phone.

"Hello ?" greet Neera.

"Who's speaking ? it's to late, don't you know ?"

neera added because there was no reply from across.

"Zaneera Khalisha" voice across.

For a moment Neera was silent, she knew the sound was even more than tau. He was Ayyub Ghaliz Emperor someone who used to accompany his\-day.

"Honey, I miss you, really miss you" returned the voice across.

Neera was still silent, while tears had already dripped from the tip of the eye. His hand covered his own mouth withstanding the shrinking sound in his exit.

"Darling, I know it's you" the voice from across.

Neera knew the man across there was crying, how could she not know. Everything that was in that man was still lingering in his mind.

How the sound of laughter, whining, disappointment and sadness all he knew. No one knew the man better than him. Someone he loved with all his heart.

"Speak dear" the voice from across pleaded.

Neera is still loyal to her silence.

"Is there no more love in your heart for me ?"

Just then also his cry escaped, letting out a heartbreaking shrill voice.

How could there be no love in his heart, all this time never even though he did not miss the man let alone see their baby who looks like his father.

How could the man say there is no love when he swallows himself the bitterness of disappointment for the sake of his male happiness.

How can there be no love when he chooses to go for the good and happiness of the man.

It was only the cry that was spoken to each other in the silence of the night.

"I'm sorry, I have to go" Neera finally opened her voice after a slight calm.

"Please baby, can't we meet ?" pinta Ayyub across.

"I'm sorry" Neera said with tears still streaming down her white cheeks.

"I'm going to Edinburgh to see you"

"Why are you going to Edinburgh ?"

"Didn't you teach there ?"

Neera tried to catch her breath, whatever she had to make the triplets safe first. Know this guy only met to take care of their divorce, so Neera tried to calm down.

"Yes, but it's only been a few days, I've also taught elsewhere. I'm not there right now"

He did not lie, indeed he only taught until Thursday and again he also taught at several other universities.

"It's okay, I'll see you while you're there. I'll wait there"

"I wasn't there for a while, I had a schedule at another university"

Neera no longer cared if she had to lie, she simply did not want the existence of triplets to be known.

"Then where can I find you, baby ?" question from across.

"London" was the only word Neera could think of.

"Alright, then I'll meet you there tomorrow"

How could he go to London tomorrow while his schedule was full and there was an afternoon surgery.

"Tomorrow I can't, the day after tomorrow"

"Okay baby, I hope you don't run away and pretend you don't know me" replied the person across the street.

At that moment Neera's body cooled.

"Did he say ? Pretending not to know ? Run ? Is there something I missed ?" inner Neera.

"Yes baby, I know the person who hit me this morning is you. You're smart but you're a little careless" explained the man.

"What do you mean ?" neera reflex questions.

"Honey don't you know that fate can't be resisted, even you left your card behind even if you act like you don't know me" a crisp laugh on the phone.

At that instant Neera's face instantly flushed like a boiled crab, how embarrassed she was. He was damning the stupidity he was doing. He hit his head with his hands

"Darling don't beat your head, it's not your stupidity just the hand of God working to get us to meet" the man's voice instantly stopped Neera's activities.

"How could he know ?" inner Neera.

"Honey believe that none of you escape my sight, even if I'm not by your side" the man said.

Now Neera's raging heart was deafening the chest cavity even Neera herself could hear it. His face was red, this was not healthy for his heart.

"Sorry" that's the only word that comes out of his mouth. Suddenly she became stupid even her doctorate degree was not helpful at all.

"Okay, baby, it's late. Take a break and I'll keep calling you. Don't block my number, or I'll make a fuss in front of your university" replied the voice across.

"Alright, Assalamu'alaikum" Neera said.

"I love you, Wa'alaikumsalaam" the man replied.

The connection was cut off, just then Neera was dumb, her brain this time was really\-completely weak. The word is even smoothed but can still be caught by the senses of the listener.

"Did he just say the word love, wasn't he with the woman. Why did the man do this to her, What does that mean ?" neera's question didn't get an answer.
