The Bernade family residence.

"How can you not know such important info?" Cindy scolded the two people standing in front of her, two informants she worked with to find information about Agam Mateo and Baby Arbeto.

"Sorry Miss, but we really don't know," the two people lowered their heads.

Cindy grunted angrily while scolding her temple, she never thought the man she loved so much was married to Baby Arbeto. Really very sad, isn't it? Because Agam Mateo prefers to marry his own cousin rather than marry him.

"So we checked, and it turns out that Mr. Agam Mateo and Ms. Baby Arbeto are already legally registered as married couples."

"Damn!" curse Cindy with anger.

"We've also been informed that Mr. Agam Mateo and his entire extended family are leaving for Paris tonight, they're going to attend Mr. Richard's daughter's wedding."

"Good! Is there any other info?"

"No Miss."

"All right, you can go!" push Cindy.

After his two men left, Cindy who was angry and disappointed to know that the man she loved so much already belonged to another woman, vented all her emotions by crying. He cried all over the weight in his heart, after pretending to be tough in front of everyone, especially in front of his parents.

Maybe if another woman in her position would go crazy, or maybe kill herself when the man she loves most just leaves on their wedding day. But Cindy did not do that and tried to stay strong because she believed she could reclaim her man. But now that belief disappeared instantly after learning that Agam Mateo was married to Baby Arbeto, and that meant that there was no chance for him to get the man.

"Cindy darling..." Mrs Bernade, who had just entered the room, was shocked to see her beloved daughter crying bitterly. Cindy hugged him affectionately while rubbing his fragile back slowly.

"Mom.. A, he..." Cindy could not continue her words, all she did now was cry even though she knew by crying she would not be able to solve her heart problem.

"Stop Cindy! Forget that guy! Because he's not good for you" Mrs Bernade, who learned why her daughter was crying from two informants who had passed her, decided to go into the study to see her daughter's condition, and how surprised he was when he saw Cindy was crying bitterly. The heart of a mother who is not hurt looks at the daughter she grew up with love and affection, crying only because of an irresponsible man like Agam Mateo.

"But Mom, I love him."

"But he's married to another woman" Bernade rubbed his daughter's hair. "Forgot her, dear" she asked.

Cindy shook her head with increasingly loud sobs. "I can't forget him including this heart wound," he held onto his chest.

"Listen darling! Do you think Mom and Dad don't hurt to see you dumped like that? Mom and Dad even ventured against the Mateo family, for not accepting our beloved daughter being humiliated like that. Even though the stakes of our family business would be ruined because the Mateo Company would take their entire stake, and cancel the partnership but we don't care about any of it."
