Chapter 24

After traveling for approximately thirty minutes, the entire Arbeto family arrived at the hotel where Agam and Cindy's engagement was held. They get down one by one from the car, then into the ballroom that has been magic so fancy.

"Baby you're okay, aren't you?" lea whispered as they were not far from where Agam and Cindy were standing.

"Of course I'm fine." Baby smiled and put his lips closer to Lea's ears. "They're newly engaged, there's still a chance for me to make the north pole melt."

"North Pole?" Lea knitted her two eyebrows.

"That!" Baby pointed at Agam.

Lea stared at the direction that Baby pointed at. "It seems like he feels like he's being talked about." He laughed when he saw Agam rubbing his ears.

Baby who also saw what the man was doing laughed along, and they both instantly fell silent as Agam's cold face stared intently at the two.

"Gruesome," whispered Lea as she held back her laughter.

"More terrible than a lion." Sahut Baby's.

The two women of different ages were laughing again without caring Agam who was still looking at them sharply.

"Congratulations on your engagement." Lea congratulates Agam and Cindy, though deep down she disagrees with her cousin getting engaged to another woman and not Baby.

"Thank you." Answer Cindy.

"Good A." Baby congratulated by extending his hand.

Agam welcomes Baby's hand and squeezes it very strongly, Baby also does not want to lose by participating in replying to the actions of Agam. Making the two of them stare at each other intently, without anyone willing to budge on removing the link of their hands.

Lea and Cindy saw the attitude of the two, so looked at each other with different faces. If Cindy looks confused, Lea just almost laughed out loud at the behavior of Baby and Agam.

"But you should not repay him, just consider it Agam's act to vent his anger because of your actions the other day that have embarrassed him." Lea sighed harshly.

Baby was silent when the incident was brought back.

"Forgot that earlier! We'd better go around, who knows if there's a handsome guest." Lea pulled Baby's hand.

Lea and Baby's footsteps stopped when they heard someone calling Lea's name.

"That could be Sky's voice." Baby muttered inwardly without daring to look back.

"Sorry you called me?" lea asked as she looked at a handsome man standing before her.

"Not You! But I called Lea." Sky looked at Baby's back.

"But I'm Le. ah sick!" lea shouted as her feet were stepped on by Baby.

"Sky are you here?" Baby pretends to be surprised after turning his body.

"Yes" Sky looked at Lea and the woman before him in confusion, as she suddenly cried out in pain.
