Chapter Eight. LOVE WITHOUT WORDS

Diandra woke up and smiled looking at Galen who was looking at him. Diandra sat facing Galen and boldly kissed Galen on the cheek.

Galen, who had never expected Diandra to peek at her cheek, looked at Diandra in surprise.

Diandra put his hands together, apologetic and embarrassed. Diandra spontaneously kissed Galen because the man was looking after her.

Galen turns his seat to Diandra and holds Diandra's shoulder. Galen raised Diandra's chin and peeked Diandra's cheek, making Diandra who became shocked this time.

"Will you marry me Diandra? So that I can protect you every day."

"Are you not going to regret loving me?"

"Would your family accept me? What else when they find out I'm a victim of abuse."

Diandra was still crying hearing Galen's words. Diandra never thought if the man she loved so much also had the same feelings as him.

"I'll talk to my parents in a minute. If they can't come back from Singapore, I'll take my brother as a witness to our marriage representing the family. I'd trust Papa and Mama if you were the right choice for me" Galen said. Galen cupped Diandra's cheeks with both hands.

"From today I promise to make you smile again. I don't want any more tears on your cheeks."

Galen kissed Diandra's forehead, wiping away the tears that fell down the cheeks of the woman he loved so much.

"I love you too." Diandra wrote while shedding tears. I don't know why her tears can't be blocked. At the moment he is happy.

"I'm not the best, but I promise to love you with all my heart. Hold my hand, my heart, and my soul because it is meant for you. I love you with all my heart and I will do anything to make you happy."

"I'm not a perfect woman, I beg you to teach me to be the woman you want me to be. I want to be the woman you've always loved." Diandra wrote it with trembling hands.

"It may be our imperfections that make us so perfect for each other. Love is space and time measured by the heart. Love consists of one soul inhabiting two bodies. You may hold my hand for a while, but you hold my heart forever."

Galen hugged Diandra, bringing the girl into her breaststrokes. Diandra's back crying broke in Galen's chest.
