LOVE SONG SINGLES

LOVE SONG SINGLES
The Part 152

In the Anang village, there is no such thing as waiting for the cock to crow, as a sign that it is morning.

The sound of a broomstick rubbing against the ground of the yard, the sound of crowded footsteps, while occasionally sounding like a person chatting, rumbling broke the silence.

Tejo said, now almost the harvest season, so farmers have to race with sparrows, which become pests for rice that has begun to bow, almost ready to be harvested.

It was still dark, but the people in the village, the majority of whom worked as farmers, were mostly on the way to the rice fields.

So too at Tejo's house.

Anang who intends to follow Tejo to the rice field, has also been awake since earlier, and helped Tejo prepare provisions for them below.

Understandably, no woman can wait to deliver them food, or drink, like other farmers.

"Actually you can catch up later." said Tejo, while putting some items in the basket.

"You remember our rice fields, don't you?" keep Tejo.

"Ah, then what am I doing at home? I come to your rice fields, and you will look at the land that is sold" said Anang.

Tejo finally made no comment.

"Let's go!" bring Tejo, who seems to be ready with his luggage.

When they arrived at Tejo's crater, the sun had just come out from the foothills.

Tejo took the goods out of the basket, while Anang lit a fire to boil the water.

After enjoying the hot tea, and the boiled cassava accompanied by the dried fish, Anang and Tejo, sat around looking at the rice fields, which stretched widely in front of them.

Tejo just keep the rice fields, because there are some Tejo neighbors who work in the rice fields, as daily energy, so Tejo is not too busy working.

At most at certain times, Tejo went down to help in the mud of his rice field.

Occasionally, Tejo pulls the rope that is installed across, cross-legged in the middle of the rice field, so that the can hanging on the rope makes a sound, to repel the approaching birds.

The location of the Tejo rice field which is located right adjacent to the land for sale, makes Anang able to see the place from the top of the Tejo cottage.

High shrubs filled the ground, along the reach of the eyes Anang could see.

Anang stared at the location to the point of almost daydreaming.

"You wanna look around there?" tejo asked, surprising Anang.

"Yes" said Anang and jumped down from the top of the cottage.

Tejo then followed Anang, then together with Anang, walked over the rice fields towards the eastern part of the Tejo rice field, which became the border with the land sold.

Anang tried to dig his soil a little, to check if it fit the characteristics of the soil contour suitable for acacia plants, as Setyo taught.

After observing for some time, Anang felt confident that the soil could indeed be for acacia plants.

"There the land is also sold!" chirp Tejo, pointing to the northern part of his rice field.

Anang then looked at the direction Tejo pointed to.

"But, that one over there, is still quite expensive... Hm... Not really, actually not too expensive, when compared to the size of the land," continued Tejo.

Anang who had been squatting since then, then stood up while looking at the land, which looked similar to the land where he was standing now.

"What size is it?" ask Anang.

"Fifty acres. Oh, get to the end!" sahut Tejo, pointing far west.

"It feels expensive because the money for the payment is quite large... Because those who have the land, want people who buy it at once, without being broken down...

When compared to the price and size of this land, it is still much cheaper, which is right there," Tejo continued.

Tejo also mentioned the price of the land to Anang.

It is cheap, if you have the money.

Anang shook his head.

The money that Anang has has not yet reached that much.

"Other than me!" tejo said, laughing softly.

"No, it's almost three o'clock! You're not hungry yet?" tejo asked, while looking at the screen of his phone at a glance.

"Yet. Still full of cassava earlier," said Anang.

"Let's go back to the cottage!" bring Tejo.

"But, what do you think of the land? Does it really fit into your plan to create an acacia plantation?" tejo asked, while walking slowly in the rice field, with Anang who followed him from behind.

"If what I saw earlier, his characteristics match what my acquaintances say," said Anang.

"How long have you been harvesting?" ask Tejo.

"At least seven years at the earliest" said Anang.

"That long... Then your plan will be while you wait, what will you do?" ask Tejo again.

They had reached Tejo's lodge, then sat there again, with their legs hanging.

"Don't know yet...!

Because in the meantime, I can't sing anymore. If the trial is over, then I can be free to work again with the recording studio, where I was at that time...

Right now, I'm still worried, because I'm out of contract at a recording studio overseas." said Anang.

"I just hope to get a good result, the trial.." continued Anang.

"Don't worry! 'And you said that if you believe that you are innocent, surely Santi's father and his friends can prove it later!" tejo.

Anang let out a long breath.

The shadow of Santi danced in Anang's mind.

It seems, Anang will indeed find it difficult to forget Santi as soon as possible, as long as he still has to attend the trial, with Santi's father who most likely will still often Anang meet.

Anang took out his phone from his shorts pocket.

Santi hasn't reported anything to Anang.

"Tejo! You can call the man who sold the land now... Or you just give the contact with me, then I'll talk directly," said Anang.

Tejo then pulled his phone out of his pants pocket, then turned on the screen.

Tejo's face, looking strange, seemed to surprise him with what he saw on his phone.

Before giving Anang the number of the land seller, Tejo seemed busy typing something on the screen of his phone, while occasionally glancing at Anang.

"Shortly, yeah! Someone is texting me" Tejo said.

Gelagat Tejo a bit suspicious, but Anang did not have time to think too far, because Tejo then mentioned the numbers, while Anang typed the number on his own phone.

"You say it, huh?! I'll talk to someone first!" tejo said, then jumped down from the cottage, and walked away from the cottage.

Tejo is seen receiving calls on his phone, and does not want Anang to listen to his talk.

Anang just looked at it, then contacted the contact Tejo had just given him.

With the negotiations that lasted not too long, Anang managed to convince the land seller, and could bid it at a fairly affordable price.

Anang can breathe a sigh of relief.

Just take care of the purchase agreement at the village office, then look for people who can work to help him clear the land, before Anang contacted Setyo to buy seeds.

When Anang finished talking to the person on his phone, Tejo also just returned to the cottage.

"Someone wants to buy some land there!" chirp Tejo while pointing at the land, which Anang could not afford.

Anang let out a long breath.

Fortunately, Anang quickly bid on the land that one, otherwise the land could also be grazed by others.
