Chapter 14: Job Held

Kinan moved his things by himself. Windi wanted to help her. However, Kinan insisted on wanting to work on it himself. Kinan did not want to interfere with Windi's work.

The room was very comfortable for Kinan to occupy. Lots of different things from the previous room.

After he finished putting together all his belongings he sat down in his work chair. Kinan picked up the book Kevin gave him. He breathed before he started reading it.

I don't feel like time has shown at half an hour in the afternoon. Kinan was too focused on reading to not notice it.

The phone ring distracted Kinan. Kinan grabbed the phone and checked it. It turned out that Windi was the one who gave the message to invite him to rest and have lunch together.

“I almost missed my lunch hour!”. Kinan closed the book he read and immediately walked out of the room. Kevin just came out of the room. Kinan immediately greeted her with a friendly smile. Of course, Kinan already knew what he had to do to his boss through the book he read earlier. Now Kinan is trying to devote it to Kevin.

“Happy Day sir.” Greet Kinan by bowing his body slightly.

“Siang!” kevin replied flat while passing through Kinan and into the elevator. Kinan immediately ran after him because he also wanted to head towards the same floor. Due to being too hasty, Kinan accidentally tripped on his own leg.

Kinan fell on the floor in a prone position.

“Gosh how is this! what I do. How humiliating. Did he see it,”.

Kinan cursed his stupidity in front of Kevin. Kinan glanced at Kevin. As usual, Kevin did not show any expression.

“Sial! He won't even help me!” batin Kinan was upset.

“You want to enter no? don't waste my time!” kevin said he made Kinan stand up immediately. With a slight flick of Kinan getting into the elevator.

None of them opened the conversation. Compared to the pain because his leg was slightly sprained, Kinan was more difficult to withstand the embarrassment about the incident. How not, he fell right in front of the stone-hearted Boss. Kinan was really embarrassed. He felt that today was the unluckiest day of his life

“Emmm, Do you want lunch pack?” ask Kinan. He tried to be professional by diluting the atmosphere that he felt a little gripping.

“Hm,” replied Kevin sekenannya.

“You want to have lunch in the company cafeteria? I guess during my time here I never once saw you eating in the cafeteria,”.

Actually Kinan doesn't care where Kevin wants to go and where to eat. Kinan just tried to do his job well and build a good cooperative relationship with his boss. Because according to the book he read. The first thing to do to deal with the temperament of the boss is to maintain good communication.

“Not your business!” kevin replied along with the elevator door that opened. Kevin went out and left Kinan alone.

“Galak really. I'm just asking!” muttered Kinan while clenching his hands. He got out of the elevator slowly because his leg was still hurting.

“Kinan, you why!?” Windi ran in a hurry as he saw Kinan walking a little limp.

“No papa Win, just a little sprain just kok,”

“Hat habit of you. Never be careful if anything else. Remember Nan, your room is now next to the director's room. Don't let you get outin the nature of your bars in front of him,”

Cih, I've even embarrassed myself in front of that strange Director.

“Nan, how are you silent anyway?”

“Already ah Win, do not need to discuss. I have this really laper,” said Kinan while stroking his stomach.

“Ya already, kuy lah.” Windi helped Kinan walk.

Lunch time is over. Kinan had already returned to his room with a glass of ice coffe moca in his hand. He reopened the guidebook and began reading it.

A few hours had passed and Kinan had already finished his reading. He got out of his chair and headed for Kevin's room to return the book.

Does Kinan understand the whole book?. Of course not. Who could understand the contents of that thick book in one read. There may be but not Kinan. He doesn't care about that. After all, Kinan had tried to practice the contents of his book earlier. But Kevin pissed him off to death.

Kinan knocked on Kevin's door a few times. However, there was no answer from within.

“I'm sure he's not inside. I better get back to my room before she crowns me a stalker,”gumam Kinan. He went back into the room and put the book on his desk. Then walk towards the sofa and lie on it. Kinan straightened his slightly achy body from sitting for too long.

“Hmm...The pleasure.rebahan is second to none,” said Kinan. He pulled out his phone and opened social media.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door from the outside.

“Who the hell! New also break,” grouse Kinan.

Kinan got up from his comfortable fall and walked over to open the door.

“Good afternoon sir. Turns out you've come.” Kinan said pleasantries to a person who was none other than Kevin.

“Have finished reading the book?” ask Kevin

“Already sir, just now I will return it,” replied Kinan at his smile.

“Good! Prepare yourself. Tomorrow I have a meeting in town B and you have to come!” kevin's words shocked Kinan to death.

“What?! Isn't this too sudden sir. I just finished reading the book. I do not understand everything,” said Kinan.

“How would you understand if you never tried to do it!”

“T-but sir, I'm not ready,” great-grandson Kinan.

“I don't want to know. Tomorrow we leave for the airport at half past seven. Make sure you are not late!” kevin said he left Kinan and went into his own room.
