In the morning Lia builds Kirana because it is time for Kirana to go to school, but Kirana does not answer Lia's call. Kirana continued to sleep without responding to the call from Lia.

Kirana was taken to the clinic for examination, Kirana was carried by Arif because Kirana's body was weak and her fever was quite high.
