Episode 54

Leonard nodded his head looking at Lika expectantly.

"Whatever it is, you will still have a special place in my heart."

Lika got up from her seat and stood at the edge of the pool filled with floating candles.

'Is this a sign that I should forget Adi. I have buried all my memories for five years in Yogyakarta and I never even set foot in the city, but never thought Adi's position would be replaced. Is this God's path to my new life?'

"Come?" lika started.

"Cila" Leonard stood right behind Lika.

"Do I deserve it?"

"I never thought of that girl, my love came for no reason. Never ask that question!"

Lika turned her body towards Leonard, She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. Lika closed her eyes, praying to God for her present life.

'Lord...If Adi is not my soul mate, then I am ready to accept Leonard' Lika's innate.

Lika took both of Leonard's hands, staring at the man inside. Lika noticed her eyeballs and really looked sincere there. Once again Lika took her breath and,

"I want to be with you."

"Are you sure?" Leonard spontaneously jumped up in excitement. The silent atmosphere while waiting for the answer from Lika turned boisterous applause from the servants.

Leonard took the ring box and placed the ring on Lika's ring finger. The ring made of white gold crowned with Ruby stone is very beautiful enthroned in the sweet Lika.

Lika was moved by this atmosphere. I don't know what the girl thought, happy because she was engaged to Leonard or even flashback massalu when her engagement with Adi. What is clear is that Lika is crying while hugging Leonard, a figure who for the last five years adorned Lika's life both when Lika was difficult and happy.

"Thanks Iyo, I might not be the current Lika if I don't see you first." Lika looked at Leonard's handsome face carefully. The genetic blend between Indonesia and France makes the man in front of him very handsome. His sharp nose, white skin with thin lips made Leonard look perfect.

A suit jacket with a white shirt and a brown tie looked epic to him. The position without distance made Leonard's masculine body scent smell by Lika's nose.

"Until when are you going to hug me like this Iyo?"

"For a moment I want to hug and look at your beautiful face Cila before the spirit of the Sumatran tiger returns to your soul!"

"Hey!!!" Lika hits Leonard's chest, "let go of me! You're disgusting!!!"

Instead of letting go, Leonard even tightened his embrace on Lika's waist.

"Don't nag girl, there will be wrinkles on your pretty face if you keep getting angry."

"I just found out you're so perverted Iyo, let go of me or I'm your ear jeweler" Lika threatened.

Leonard stretched his arms slowly, "As you want Miss".

They sat back and enjoyed the dishes at the restaurant. Leonard was really sweet tonight, starting from the more soft manner of speech, his loving gaze and the gentle touch he gave in treating Lika.

At eleven o'clock in the evening French time, they had finished eating and talking. Not a few Leonard issued a fight to seduce the woman of his tribe. They stepped out of the restaurant and with Leonard's car they passed away leaving the place.

"Come, can we stop by the supermarket? I want to buy something."

"As you want Miss" said Leonard.

"Stop! Stop Iyo!"

Leonard pressed the brakes suddenly due to Lika's shrill scream asking to stop.

"What happened?"

Lika got out of the car without poking Leonard's question. Leonard was confused and immediately came out following Lika.

"Cila? Cila what's wrong?" Leonard approached Lika. Lika's hair seemed to be filled with snow that began to fall.

"Wait for a minute, are you seriously? We don't know whose kid this is!"

"But he could die if we don't bring Iyo!"

"Cila, we can be suspected of being the kidnapper for taking her away. We better call the cops, let the cops take him."

"If you don't want to, I'll take it myself without you!" Highlight Lika's eyes looked terrible, disappointed at Leonard's attitude. How can Leonard still think about it while the condition of this child is almost critical.

"OK, okay. As you want. Let me take you two." Leonard took the boy and took him to the mobi.

Since the car could only carry two people, Lika entered first and carried the child during the trip.

"Where are we?" Leonard glanced at Lika asking for an answer.

"My apartment" ketus Lika.

Lika was busy with the toddler on her lap, she started to open her blazer and put it on the boy. Lika also tightly grasped her hand as if transferring heat into the child's body.

"Faster Iyo!" lika was impatient. Lika's face was really worried because of the toddler even though she did not know who the child was in her lap.

Arriving inside her private apartment, Lika immediately turned on the heating because the city's temperature had begun to decline.

Lika asks her boutique clerk to return to the boutique and deliver some child clothes for toddlers. Leonard was also busy, he heated the water and put it in a water bag and put it on the boy's foot.

Not long after, a girl knocked on the door and gave away several pairs of child clothes. Lika painstakingly replaced the clothes of the child and took care of it well.

"Do we have to take her to Iyo's hospital? I'm afraid this poor boy's got hypothermia." The look of worry still emanated from Lika's pretty face because the boy had not been conscious as well until now.

"It's so cold outside, Cila, she could've been getting cold if we took her out."

Lika nodded in understanding but still the girl was worried. After changing her clothes, Lika sat on her bedside. He held the boy's hand, though,

"It's warm Iyo, it looks like he's starting to be okay."

Leonard was just a mangosteen listening to Lika's worry chatter. He got up from his seat and walked towards the door.

"I'll go home, take good care of yourself. I'll be here tomorrow."

"Are you sure you're going home? It's so cold outside Iyo, sleep here."

"Are you sure?" A sneaky smile emanated from his face.

"No, next door! Basic pervert! Get out of my room!" Lika pushed Leonard's body and locked the door of her room even twice.

"Cila, you just got to know the boy and went straight to bed with him, while I've known you for five years and got kicked out like a dog."

"One more time you'll talk I'll shave in the bathroom!" threaten Lika and sure enough Leonard immediately silenced and no sound was heard anymore.
