Paris, December Seventh
He pulled his suitcase out of the airport. The long and very sudden journey made Adi have to hurry and not have time to rest tonight.
'The 'Wellcome in Paris Adi. I used to want to set foot here with you Lika, but fate says something else. I even came here with friends and your brother' murmured Adi while staring at the beauty offered by the city from inside earlier to the private apartment owned by the Hermawan family.
"Gue miss Lika!" The sentence suddenly came out of Adi's mouth to make a couple sitting in the back seat staring at each other.
"Bring in prayer, brother" said Ana very carefully. How heartbreaking to hear Adi's words after five years Lika died.
Adi just smiled wryly. It has become a habit for him to miss the figure of Lika but do not know how to meet. For five years Adi only treated his longing through his encounters in dreams and pilgrimages to Lika's tomb.
After arriving at the apartment Adi chose to sleep all day because the weather in the city was very cold and the condition was still lacking rest all night.

A bright morning was greeted by a timid sun that showed itself behind the clouds.
Adi wriggled lazily on the bed and woke up forced. He opened a window staring at the mist-shrouded city of Paris.
He hurried to clean himself up and get out of the room. Adi plans to run away from the annoying couple ala Andri and Ana. How not, he was always hit by the stone when the couple was fighting and even fateful he himself fell into trouble for example as it is today.
"Where is Adi going?" reprimand Ana when she finds Adi is neat with a Korean oppa-oppa-style suit in winter.
"Today I'm not with you guys yeah, have fun" said Adi and passed away from the apartment.
"It feels free from them yes, it feels free from the colony" muttered Adi continues to walk the streets around the apartment.
Bruckkk...
Because too engrossed with the camera and did not pay attention to the way Adi hit a woman who was walking in the opposite direction.
"I'm sorry Miss, I didn't mean it" Adi said and collected the woman's papers and belongings.
"It's okay sir, I'm less careful" he said.
Adi looked at the woman's face and it was like being torn apart by a storm. The world immediately stopped over the scenery presented in front of Adi's eyes.
"They?" adi's voice was bitter and almost gone.
Hearing his name mentioned the woman turned to see who the man in front of her was. Instantly Lika's face turned pale, her breathing was breathless and her heart was racing fast.
"They...This is you, isn't it Lika?" Adi shook Lika's body until Lika realized.
"Sorry sir, I'm not the person you mean" Lika replied and passed away leaving Adi. He ran as fast as he could to avoid Adi because Adi was chasing him. Because of losing track Adi returned to the place where they met earlier and took the papers belonging to Lika who was scattered.
He chose to go straight home and happened to Andri and Ana had left the apartment so that he could go straight into the room without serving their babble again. He sat on the bed and looked at the woman's papers.
"It's a dress design. As I remember Andri once told me that Lika likes pictures like this. Was that really Lika? Then who was buried five years ago if that woman was Lika?" Adi kept thinking and thinking back to the woman he met today.
The woman's face was exactly like Lika but her appearance was not the Lika she used to be. The woman he had met had light brown hair and the length was just a boat unlike Lika who had thick black hair and long until her waist covered her back.
The style of clothes she wore also contrasted greatly with Lika, who was, the woman was wearing a blazer and kulot pants combined with black high heels ala career women in general while Lika prefers to use a knee-length skirt or casual dress combined with high heels ala girls Koreanas. What a contrast the difference.
Adi stared at Lika's tiny face in her phone, the beautiful girl who was always a tadpole and plan.
"If that was really you, why did you run away from me? What happened five years ago is still in your heart? If not you, what does this mean?"
"Loe why look at Lika's photos?" Andri suddenly appears and is already sitting next to Adi. He glanced at the drawing paper in Adi's hand. "Since when did you like to draw gini?" he added.
"Gue just met Lika" said Adi plain.
"Loe thought I was lying? Since when do I like pictures of kayak dresses huh?" Adi rolled his eyes puffed. He had expected that no one would believe if He really met Lika, even himself was still confused about the figure of the woman he met earlier.
After the meeting Lika ran as fast as possible avoiding Adi. Lika never expected, after five years of hiding he would meet again with Adi.
"Miss Lika's? What happened Miss? Why is Miss running around like she's being chased by a ghost?" An employee at Lika's boutique looked confused by her boss.
"Water, water. I need water!"
The girl immediately got Lika a glass of water. The curiosity was still there and the bigger it was to see Lika's sweat pouring violently from her forehead.
"Please call Leonard, I want to go back to the apartment." Lika gave her things to the other officers and set her breath back.
Lika seems not ready to meet with Adi after all this time. Five years ago Siska sent her to Singapore to recover from the fatal accident and after six months Lika was transferred to Paris to continue her studies as a designer.
A year Lika was in Paris suddenly Siska never contacted her again and all the facilities were cut off to make Lika economically difficult. Lucky Lika lives in a private apartment owned by Siska so she does not need to rent a place to live anymore.
Since then there has never been a relationship between Lika and the Hermawan family because only Siska has had contact with Lika. Lika also works part-time to earn money for her daily needs and for her college expenses.
Along with the loss of Siska's contact, Lili returns to her homeland due to getting married. Lika is alone in Paris to meet a new life. All the savings were used by Lika to pay for the administration to complete the Masters in the country so that Lika could continue her studies.
Lika has been through those difficult years alone and even Lika always reassures her biological parents that she is doing well. Many times Lika fell both physically and psychically and the only person who existed at that time was Leonard. Leonard became the only family when Lika was in Paris.
Now he has gone through that difficult time. He is now a famous designer with a large boutique in Paris. All struggles bear sweet fruit and with the help of Leonard of course.
"Cila...You're all right? What's going on?" Leonard came in a hurry after hearing from Lika's employees.
"I'm going home, please take me to the apartment."
"All right, let's go home."
Arriving at Lika's apartment, Leonard makes two cups of coffee and sits in front of Lika. Leonard noticed Lika's confused and worried look on her face.
"Cila, what exactly are you? What happened cila?" Yep. Leonard calls Lika Cila, while Lika calls Leonard Iyo.
"My betrothed found me."
"really? How could he be in this town Cila? How did you meet?" Leonard shook Lika's body violently as if carried away and was even more worried than Lika.
"I also don't understand anything Iyo. I haven't seen him in five years, he's getting good-looking, too."
Leonard pulled Lika's nose so tightly that it made her grimace in pain.
"Your basket-eye never goes away when the condition is precarious like this."
Lika laughed crisply, Leonard really restores Lika's mood. That's how Leonard makes Lika still feel to have someone who shows and cares for Lika even though sometimes Leonard looks like an adorable figure.
"How did you laugh, Cila?" Leonard put on a sulky face like a child.
"OK I give up. I'm sorry Mr. Leonard Davincent."
"Then what's the next fate of you crazy? I'm sure your fiancee must have been looking for you all over this town."
"That's it, it's okay. He'll be tired himself too."
"Cila, look me in the eye! You still love that guy?"
"Come... I'm not like that." Lika turned her face away from Leonard's gaze. He walked to a glass wall that featured views of Paris.
'I know you still love her Miss Lika Mey' Inner Leonard.
