Chapter 18's

Eiden was trying to take Atreya away from the place, and he also had to face the bloodthirsty undead who kept chasing them.

'Still don't know who's behind all this, I hope Mark can get it done quickly.' They arrived outside the villa. Unknowingly someone followed them after coming out of the villa.

"Revelation!" A silver arrow shot out, Eiden hugged Atrya to protect her and the arrow hit Eiden's right chest instead. The perpetrator was shot dead, but strangely the vampire zombies stopped chasing them.

"What's this, why don't they move again?" Atreya breaks away from Eiden's embrace, though she looks like she wants to protect him but still.

"It looks like their controllers are already disabled,"

"It's good that you can still survive" Jonathan appeared with a few people.

Eiden and Atreya were both shocked.

"You must be wondering why I'm here, right?" Jonathan sat on the living room couch, "It just so happened that we passed by and felt an unusual aura around here, he said, so we checked it out but you don't have to thank me because you definitely know more about what I want! older sister.. " Jonathan looked at Eiden and vice versa.

"I'm guessing you didn't tell me your situation because you were worried about her," she let out a smile, but Eiden remained calm.

"You don't have to worry about me, even if you don't come I can handle it all" he said very casually. Jonathan glanced at Atreya at a glance, his eyes widening as if finding something, "How come, isn't she the girl,"

Realizing Jonathan was watching Atreya so deeply, Eiden immediately turned him away.

"If you've got nothing else to do, you better go back," this time his words emitted a gripping cold aura. Actually Atreya wanted to thank Jonathan but seeing Eiden like that made him undo his intentions.

'What's wrong with him, instead of thanking him and the brothers, right? It seems like their relationship is not very good, maybe next time can thank him.'

His facial expression instantly changed, "Indeed, I have no business anymore," Jonathan turned around and walked out while putting both of his hands into his pants pocket, "Then we continue again later!" he waved his hand.

After Jonathan's departure,

"Why, did you throw me out? you should be thanking me!" Eiden folded his hands in front of his chest.

"What your confidence is that high, I think you're better suited to the nickname narcissistic vampire than the god of war" Eiden said sharply,

"You haven't even seen me in a fight" he replied.

"I've seen it before," Atreya even seemed to underestimate him.

"You..." Eiden began to growl, "Here you go! this time I forgive you, next time you'll know the consequences of offending me," Eiden approached locking Atreya with both arms and inhaling Atreya's scent deeply.

"Maybe next time I have to drink blood from you, you're even more rebellious" Eiden approached Atreya's neck.

Atreya shuddered in horror, he forgot who he was changing for. Could it be because of this that he always thought about it? but he always denied other possibilities.

Like, maybe he's in love with Eiden.

Atreya tried to hold her breath, for some reason it was hard to breathe when meeting this person.

"Unfortunately I still have some unfinished business, so you have to wait for me until I come to you, you understand?" Eiden stroked Atreya's cheek gently.

As bewitched with him Atreya just kept quiet with a difficult-to-understand look.

"But the current situation I don't know anything about, other than staying at home there's nothing I can do," Atreya walked out into the back garden, looking at the grounds filled with black roses.

"May they all be fine, if I am alone again somehow encounter black roses before they bloom, even winter is also nearing," she stroked the still budding roses, "I hope in that moment I didn't feel the cold as before, well, now only you can accompany me at this time,"

Atreya glared away as she lived alone, whether it was summer or cold she still felt cold.
