Naya and Ardi step inside the hospital area while holding hands. Ardi was grateful that Naya was by his side. When Ardi wanted to step inside the hospital, his phone rang, and Aditya's name appeared on his screen. "Hello, is it Dit?" ardi said. "Hello, in.now you must take Anjani and Mila out of there, however you must take them away right now!." Aditya looked panicked from his voice. Ardi who heard it was still confused by the meaning of Aditya's words.

"Calm down, bro, you relax first. The cave doesn't understand what you mean?" ardi was confused.

"Get out of there take Anjani and Mila, right now! I've not much time for us to talk now.later cave call you again. And your cave message must be careful." said Aditya increasingly assertive so that Ardi brought his friends to go from there.

Ardi felt that something was strange, but it seemed that Aditya was not playing around. After hanging up his cell phone, Ardi told Naya to find ways and ideas to get Anjani and Mila out of the hospital without being caught,disguised as a nurse and a doctor appear so they can take Anjani and Mila out of there.

In a hurry Ardi and Naya entered the room to replace the Doctor and nurse after that they covered her face with a mask and Ardi added glasses to look more convincing as a Doctor.

They leisurely walked to Anjani's room, and there seemed to be a small commotion between the police and each other, but they ignored him in order to quickly rescue his friends.

"This case we have taken over, you should leave this place" said a police officer with a thick mustache.

"How is it possible? there was no notice from the office about this." said the other policeman.

As they were arguing, Ardi and Naya entered the room. "Mila, we have to get out of here" Ardi told Mila. "What's up?" Mila looks panicked. "Later let's talk, we don't have any more time now" Ardi said in a hurry. "Can you walk?" said Ardi again. "Yes, gua can." said Mila. Naya hands Mila the nurse's dress. Mila changed clothes and put on a mask to cover her face.

They also began to be busy moving Anjani along with the tools in his body. "Darling, you have to be strong. We gotta get out of here." Ardi whispered to Anjani who was still in a coma.

Outside, police assigned by Aditya look for reasons to divert the attention of the thick mustachioed police. When the police seem to be busy, Ardi, Naya and Mila take Anjani out by pushing her bed. When passing by the police, Ardi also covered Anjani's face. The policeman Aditya orders is seen watching until Ardi and his best friend get out of there.

Ardi's phone rang back, and it turned out to be a call from Aditya who was waiting for them with an ambulance at the back door of the hospital.

"Let's talk!." Aditya seemed to wave his hand at Ardi.

They also appear to run pushing Anjani's bed closer to Aditya. They quickly put Anjani in an ambulance. Mila and Naya also keep Anjani at the back, while Ardi in front with Aditya. The car drove out of the hospital.

Police are still arguing in front of Anjani's room. Suddenly Handoko and her entourage came. They went straight to Anjani's room. When the door opened the room was empty. Handoko was angry at the mustache police. He pulled the collar and said, "Where is the woman? why did it escape? Arenooh!." Handoko immediately hit the police face until he fell. Then Handoko ordered his men to search for the whereabouts of Anjani and Ardi.

All the rooms have been combed, the hallways to the top level have been checked, but they did not find the whereabouts of Anjani and Ardi. Handoko was getting angry and told them to keep looking anywhere.

Aditya was seriously driving an ambulance at high speed. Ardi beside him was also tense, because he saw blood still flowing on Aditya's face. "Lu's fine, right?" ardi said. Aditya simply nodded and remained focused staring at the highway. The car drove and entered a luxury house without having to horn the fence of the house was open and closed automatically. The car came in and stopped in front of the high-fenced mansion.

The door opened, and Siska stood at the door with her head wrapped in bandages. Ardi and Aditya were busy opening the ambulance door to get Anjani out of there. A woman and a man greeted them and brought Anjani into the house. They swiftly put the auxiliary tools on Anjani's body. After all, the beautiful woman immediately pulled Aditya's hand.

"Here you?finish first the face. Very messy." said the beautiful woman who was greeted by Aditya's crybaby. It appears that the woman deftly cleansed the blood flowing on Aditya's face and wrapped it with a bandage like Siska. Siska also seemed a little jealous when she saw their familiarity, because she did not know who the woman was.

Mila immediately hugged Siska alternately with Naya and they embraced each other. "Lu why Sis?" mila saw bandages on Siska's head and hands. Siska also seemed sad to remember the incident that had happened. "Later let brother Adit who told the story." said Siska glazed. They also gathered and sat in the guest room of the luxurious house.

After they finished, Aditya joined them. " Friends, meet me, this is my twin Andini" Aditya told his friends. Andini also smiled and shook hands to introduce themselves one by one with them. Siska who was jealous suddenly felt embarrassed because it turned out that the woman was Aditya's twin sister.

"Don't you hesitate? think of it as your own home." said Andini who was greeted with a smile by all of them.

"Andini this cave twin is an expert Doctor. It's just that he doesn't work here but abroad. It just so happens that he is here on vacation." Aditya said again.

"Thank you to both of you who have helped us all" said Ardi who was greeted with a nod from his friends.

"What happens until you get hurt like this?" ask Ardi again to Aditya and Siska.

Aditya let out a long sigh and clasped Siska's hand sitting beside him. "Hhhmm, so when the cave and Siska were on their way home, suddenly our car was hit, it seemed like they accidentally hit us, because the collision happened twice until the cave car was destroyed by fire. Fortunately, the cave and Siska survived. Then the cave called Andini to pick up the cave and Siska. That's when the cave called you earlier, because the cave is sure they will also target you all." said Aditya.

"Geez, they're so mean? what's the matter with that guy?" andini was confused.

Ardi then told the beginning of the problem. About Anjani and Edward who spread long until the events of the attack they received. Andini looked shocked to hear it.

Mila, Siska and Ardi were shocked. Because it was photographed it looked Aditya, Andini and another woman they were very familiar with.

"Cindy?" Mila and Siska also simultaneously mentioned Cindy's name and closed their mouths agape in shock.

"Yes. He's Cindy, the youngest sister of the cave." Aditya said sadly. Andini also seemed to wipe her tears that fell. Aditya then hugged Andini who was sitting next to him.

"So this has everything to do with Cindy?" said Ardi again.

"Yes, because the cave doesn't believe that the stubborn cave sister will commit suicide. Although he is always willing but he cannot do such a stupid thing" Aditya assures.

"When Cindy died the cave was doing a promotion exam, but upon hearing the cave sister died of cave suicide immediately went and canceled taking the exam. Andini flew immediately to ascertain the cause of death of the cave sister. When Cindy's autopsy was found to be pregnant. Andini also did a DNA test on Cindy's fetus and a positive result belongs to Edward." for a moment Aditya took a deep breath.

"When Edward was interrogated at the police station he admitted that he had a special relationship with Cindy. But she doesn't admit that she knows Cindy is pregnant. His alibi also confirmed that when Cindy died she was working out of town. So Cindy's death was considered pure suicide." Aditya is saddened by the tragic death of his sister Cindy.

"Are you doing all this just like your other secretaries? did you kill Cindy too?" said Ardi again.

Making Aditya's hands clench with anger when he heard the recording of Edward's voice.

"Suckers! really immoral men." said Aditya furious. Siska rubbed Aditya's shoulder to be calmer. Aditya was bowed to hold back his tears, Andini was immediately crying in his arms.

"Cindy.hu.hu.hu.." Andini's cry broke.
