Briptu Aditya was still standing waiting in front of the gate to be opened. The guard ran and reported the police arrival to his employer. "Master, sir?" the guard ran and called his master.

"What are you yelling at?" Handoko held off the guard's steps. "Sorry sir, outside there are police looking for Mr. Edward" the guard said.

"Police? why are the police here looking for me?" suddenly Edward was at the guard and Handoko was standing.

Edward immediately looked at Handoko who was immediately bowed a little afraid to see the face of her boss who looked flushed holding back anger.

"Yes, tell him to come in!" Edward told his guard.

Briptu Aditya also stepped into the luxurious and magnificent house. He also looked around the house in Pagari with high walls, flower gardens and shady trees adorned the yard of the house.

A guard was seen opening the door of the house allowing Briptu Aditya to enter the house.

"Welcome, please sit down!" said Edward pretending to welcome Aditya at home.

Aditya also sat in the very spacious guest room. Fountains appear to decorate a small garden in the room.

"Happy afternoon Mr. Edward Collin?" said Aditya directly sitting face to face with Edward and Handoko and some of his guards. The bald man and the beard were standing behind his boss.

"Please, Mr. Police? there seems to be something important so you bother coming to my simple residence" said Edward insinuated Aditya.

"Hahaha, there's no need to humble Mr. Edward. It is my job to come here. And I came here to ask if you know Anjani? aah, how stupid of me how could Mr. Edward not know his personal secretary.hahaha." Aditya laughed insinuatingly.

"Surely you also know his current condition, right?" aditya said without further ado to Edward.

"Oooh, yes Anjani is indeed my personal secretary. And I just got word from my men that Anjani is dead. I am so sorry! but what does this have to do with your coming here?" said Edward.

Aditya looked a little surprised to hear Edward mention that Anjani was dead, he began to look at the faces in front of him one by one. Who among them had committed the persecution of Anjani and Mila.

"Oooh, you seem to know how Anjani is. Well then, do you also know who has committed the murder of Anjani?" aditya looked hard at Edward.

"Homicide? hahaha, the murder how do you mean? didn't Anjani die because he was trying to kill himself?" edward laughed and covered his lies.

"A suicide? why did Anjani want to kill herself? do you know anything?" Aditya.

"Don't the police know better? why did Anjani kill herself?" edward asked Aditya, shrugging his shoulders as if he knew nothing.

"Ooh, you mean Anjani killed herself because of her pregnancy?" aditya said probing.

"Pregnant? is Anjani pregnant? waah, it could be. Maybe she's embarrassed about getting pregnant out of wedlock" said Edward pretended to be surprised to hear Anjani's pregnancy.

"It's possible, but did Anjani really kill herself because of her pregnancy? or maybe Anjani was killed because the fetus that grew in the future jeopardized someone's position?" aditya said back to insinuate Edward.

"What do you mean?" Edward began to get angry.

"As far as I know, Anjani has been attacked twice by unknown people. The first puts Anjani in a coma, and the last assault leaves Anjani dead and her best friend Mila injured. And Ardi the key witness who knows all about Anjani suddenly disappeared after coming here looking for you. Isn't that so, Mr Edward?" Aditya further cornered Edward.

"What do you mean? are you accusing me of killing Anjani? do you have any evidence?" edward said again.

"Ooh, no. I'm not accusing you. Everything will be revealed when I find Ardi. Whether Ardi did or Ardi knew who the real culprit was." Aditya said looking intently at Edward.

"Hahaha, if you think I'm hiding Ardi, you're wasting my time. Why are you looking for Ardi in my house? aren't you at the wrong address?" edward said cynically.

"No.no. Mr. Edward Collin. I have not the wrong address. I just look for the existence of Ardi with the right address. Because according to my trusted witnesses and informants. Ardi disappeared after coming to see you here. Do you deny it, Mr Edward?" aditya said out loud.

"I don't know what you're talking about. If you come to accuse me without proof, you're wasting your time. Please find Ardi all over the corner of my house. After that you can go." Edward stood up and let Aditya go.

"Well, whoa, whoa, just relax, Mr. Edward. I cannot accuse without evidence, if Ardi is not here then fine. I'll go for now. But if the evidence comes back to you, maybe we'll see each other again." Aditya stood looking at Edward.

"Please come when you have found the evidence you are looking for." Said Edward cynically.

"Of course Mr. Edward. I make sure Anjani's case won't be like Cindy's case back then. I'll catch the culprit. Because I'm sure Anjani couldn't have killed himself. Just like Cindy." said Aditya who immediately passed out of Edward's mansion.

Edward was furious after Aditya left. "Fuck, who's that cop? how dare he threaten me? Cindy's? why did he mention Cindy? find out who he is! and also make sure that he won't find Ardi. Find Ardi and finish them all." Edward wrathfully slammed and destroyed the things around him.

Handoko immediately moved and shared the task of all his men to find information about the police and also look for the whereabouts of Ardi that they had dumped outside the city at that time.

The bald man and the beardy returned to ride the Jeep with his accomplice, they drove to find Ardi where they had left him.

Naya sits by the fish pond where she used to spend time with Ardi. Now Ardi seems completely healed and may soon leave. His face looked glum looking at the expanse of rice fields in front of him. His mind floated imagining if Ardi went how with him. I don't know why his heart seems not to let Ardi go.

"Heey, don't daydream. Later satan lho.." said Ardi who suddenly came to surprise Naya.

"Don't, what the hell? who is daydreaming? I'm not daydreaming." said Naya lying without looking at Ardi's face.

Ardi sat down beside Naya's body. "Then what are you doing here? is it because I want to go? aren't you sincere if I go?" said Ardi jokingly teasing Naya by touching her shoulder to Naya's shoulder.

"Iiish, what the hell? geer you mah." said Naya hit Ardi's shoulder who pretended to dodge Naya's punch.

They laughed and then went back to silence while staring at the expanse of rice fields that were so soothing to the soul. Ardi seemed to take a deep breath and sat leaning back with his arms crossed over his head. Ardi was enjoying the view in front of him.

"Can I just?" Naya looked at Ardi who was sitting next to her.

"Come, you mah. Seriously know!." said Naya pretended to sulk.

"Hehehe, yes, yes, just ask, what the hell?" replied Ardi laughing cutely looking at the manyuning Naya.

"Hmmm, are you really in love with Anjani?" Naya asked while looking down to cover her curiosity.

Ardi then took off the hand that supported his head. Then sit a little tilted facing towards Naya. "Why are you asking that?" ardi said.

"No, it's nothing. Just curious." said Naya still bowed.

"Anjani was my best friend, yes.I used to love her very much. But it was just a one-sided feeling because he preferred Edward the jerk who had impregnated him and was now trying to finish him off" Ardi said staring straight at the rice field.

"Have you? do you still love him?" said Naya curiously then looked at Ardi beside her.

"Yes, that was. I still love him as a friend. And I feel responsible for saving his life" Ardi said.

"Just love as a friend? sure as just a friend?" said Naya smilingly covering up her jealousy.

"Of course, why not? because now I have found another love. And may my love this time not only one-sided love as before." said Ardi smiled at Naya.

"other love? who's that?" naya said pounding as if she wished that Ardi loved her.

"Goup." Ardi immediately kissed Naya's lips which immediately fell silent because Ardi suddenly kissed her without permission.

Ardi held Naya's chin, their faces very close. Ardi and Naya's eyes stared at each other. "You, that person is you. And I hope that this feeling is not only my own, but yours as well." said Ardi then kissed Naya's lips gently again. Naya replies to Ardi's kiss and closes her eyes, enjoying the touch of Ardi's lips.

Naya's heart was very happy, her heart was pounding very hard. Because she also felt the same way to Ardi, but did not dare to express it because she felt she was just a village girl. But now her raving feelings disappear as Ardi expresses her feelings and kisses her lips at this moment. As they dissolved into the beautiful kiss, there was a sound of people calling Naya's name.

"Naya,, Naya. hurry up and go!." Ardi and Naya were shocked to hear someone shouting his name from a distance. Ardi and Naya turned to look at the voice and they saw Mia running towards them.

"Yes naon teteh?(what's up, brother?)" naya said to her sister. Mia looks panicked and bored from running.

"You guys get out of here! I told you to give provisions to you. Quickly leave this place. Take Ardi out of our village!." said Mia then handed over a bundle of money to Naya.

"Why tea? why were we told to leave?" Naya did not understand her brother's intentions. Naya was crying when she saw her sister crying.

Ardi and Naya stared at each other. "Do you mean someone is looking for me?" ardi said.

Hearing that the old man was dealing with people who were looking for him, Ardi also tried to go to the front of the house but was detained by Mia. After they looked away Mia was running back to the front of the house, it looks like a bunch of thugs were already in the yard of her house. "Mia, asup ka Imah(get into the house)." The old man told Mia to go inside the house. Mia ran into her house, only daring to peek at her father from behind the window curtain.

"Where have you hidden the old man? don't make us do something you'll regret." the beard seemed to challenge the old man.

"There's nobody you're looking for here. You have the wrong address. Go before you regret." The old man chimed in by installing horses facing the beard.

"Hahahaha, you are also parents?" said the beggot. Hit him and tear this house apart! find Ardi in all corners of this village!. he again gave orders to the hordes of thugs he had been carried.

After they left, the villagers huddled and tried to help Mia to be taken to the hospital.

Ardi and Naya still run through the rice fields and now they are in the next village. They also ran towards the highway. Not how long a bus headed for Jakarta also seemed to be approaching them. Ardi waved his hand to stop the bus. The bus stopped and they boarded the bus.

Naya immediately hugged Ardi's body sitting next to her. Naya cries in Ardi's arms. Ardi looked at him with pity. I can't imagine what's going on with old man and Mia. Ardi also hugged Naya who was crying in his arms, his hands rubbed Naya's head. Shortly after that they fell asleep because of the fatigue of running from those who were looking for him.
