"So you did that to her?" ask Renata.

Later that day Alan meets his old friend Renata. The two have been friends since they first attended school. Although they have a different education, it does not make their friendship distant.

Alan works as a doctor while Renata is an artist. He paints, sings, plays instruments such as the piano and violin.

Renata comes from an upper-class family like Alan. Their parents knew each other and had betrothed but were rejected by Alan and Renata because they were only purely friendly.

Alan met Renata at their restaurant. He used to tell Renata a lot of things.

"What's the girl like? I'm being curious"

"It's special Ren" Alan's gaze laughed at remembering someone's face.

"Didn't you hate him so much?"

"I'm confused sometimes I hate him but sometimes I also feel like there's something to him"

"I've never seen you plan the way you are now, which means the girl is so great she can make you confused" Renata laughed at Alan's increasingly confused expression.

"Did that girl like you?" ask Renata again.

"He hates me so much after what I did to him"

"Then what if she's pregnant with your child?"

"I'll take responsibility"

"the way? you said he hated you meant he wouldn't marry you"

"I'll take the child if it's born, I don't have to marry Ivana if she doesn't accept me"

"So her name is Ivana?"

"Hmmm, Ivana's doctor" Alan said with a small smile.

"Tell me what he's like?"

"She has a pair of beautiful round eyes, sensual lips and a very sweet smile"

"You're in love with Alan?"

"Here you go" Alan gulped down his drink and prepared to leave.

"Wait for Alan, the day after I have your piano performance coming up?"

"Of course I'll come"

Alan and Renata parted ways and returned to their respective activities. Alan looked briefly into Ivana's practice room as soon as he set foot in the hospital.

Where did Ivana go? it's been two days and the cut will be over tomorrow. I hope that girl doesn't run away from me.

"Would I ask Dinda about Ivana's whereabouts. But Dinda must have refused to tell" Alan murmured.

Alan walked into his study. He put on his white coat and began to check his patient data.

Ivana looked at the distance with eyes of annoyance and disappointment. He saw someone he knew was joking with a beautiful woman. Yes, he's Alan, the man appears to be with a woman.

Ivana happened to be enjoying the afternoon by shopping in a shopping mall. He went to a restaurant near the mall. He accidentally sees Alan there with the women, they look familiar and like they have a relationship.

Tomorrow Ivana's leave is coming to an end, she'll go back to the hospital and meet Alan there. It felt like he did not have the strength to look at Alan's face.

Every time he saw that face he remembered the fateful incident that the man had done to him.

Ivana walks down the sidewalk in the city center. He holds a grocery bag and walks alone while daydreaming.

Ivana's phone reads she sees Gerald's name on her phone screen.

"Hello .."

"Where are you?"

"Don't bother me Ger please go please"

"Iva I'm going to divorce Mery in the near future"

"Then don't ever see me or call me!"

Ivana turns off her cell phone and is fed up with Gerald and Mery's housewives who have dragged her into danger.
