Doctor Helena, a young doctor who replaces the doctor Bianca practices traveling around to visit her patients. Doctor Helen was sent to the small town since doctor Bianca got married and left the town.

Helena also occupies the house that was once occupied by Bianca. He begins his regular visit tomorrow on Monday in a jeep inherited by Bianca.

Helen may not be as beautiful as Doctor Bianca but she has a sweet face and a pleasant smile. His eyeballs are dark brown and always look sparkling. The skin is not white but brownish and looks exotic.

That morning Helena was ready with her work equipment. He put a briefcase in a black Jeep in his office yard.

Helena checked the list of patients she would visit first. Cecilia was a young woman who became pregnant and worked as a wheat farmer.

Helena immediately gas-fired towards Cecilia's house which was quite far away. He had to go through the rocky road. After a half-hour trip, Helena finally arrived in front of Cecilia's slightly messy house.

Helena was wearing black boots that morning. He walked towards the patient's house.

"Hai Cecil." said Helena when she saw Cecilia pulling a scroll skamp for the wheat harvest.

"Hi beautiful..., doctor are you here? why not report?" Cecilia immediately left her job and approached Helena.

"I told you two days ago, did you forget?"

"Oh sorry doctor I forgot, if I remember you'll come here I'll cook you a nice meal"

"Well next time I'll tell you again so you can cook good for me. Now I'll check your health first"

"Let's go in, Tim is going to the wheat field to wait for our harvest" Tim is Sumi Cecilia.

"Okay, it's okay to say hello to Tim. Now sit down I'll check your blood pressure first"

Helena's doctor examined Cecilia's tension and the results were quite high.

"Your small tension is high I hope you get plenty of rest"

"Okay, doctor, I've been tired lately".

"I'll give you vitamins and you should rest and eat healthy food. Look at your feet are swollen because of your high tension. Soon you'll be in labor so take care of your pregnancy"

"Okay, doctor, but is that dangerous?"

"Yes, it'd be dangerous if your tension didn't come down"

"Calm down, follow my words, rest and don't think too much"

"Good doctor"

"I go first Cecil" Helena hugged Cecilia before leaving, after saying goodbye Helena walked to her car and rushed to Felix's house.

Helena had read Mr. Felix's medical records from Bianca's doctors who handled them before Helena.

Mr. Felix has a history of acute asthma. And frequent relapses if fatigue or seasonal changes. Helena drove her car to Mr. Felix's house.

He parked his car in a large yard owned by Mr. Felix. There is also a jeep parked. Helena grabbed her briefcase and walked towards the door of Felix's house which happened to be wide open.

"Hi tun Felix.." said Helena.

"Oh hey baby come in. You just happened to come"

"Did I bother you, Mr Felix?"

"Absolutely not a doctor, I have a guest but he's already like a brother to me"

Mr. Felix pointed at someone sitting leaning against the sofa. Mr. Felix's guest is a man.

"Adam come here.." The man stood up from his seat and walked over to Felix and Helena.

"Include him as the best doctor here and he's also very beautiful" Felix said. Adam and Helena knew each other. Adam is a handsome guy even very handsome. It's like he has no physical flaws.

Helena immediately checked Felix's condition he did not pay attention to Adam who had just looked at him.
