Adrian went to see Kevin to talk to each other after Kevin brought Rio back this afternoon. They sat at one of the tables in the restaurant. Mitha doesn't know if Adrian's seeing Kevin.

"What do you want from Mitha and Rio?" adrian asked firmly.

"You're not Aldi Ibrahim who has the right to ask me that"

"I am not Mitha's guardian, but I am a man who loves her and will marry her. So I want the darkest mass to close the book soon"

The two looked at each other cynically. Adrian was also annoyed for a long time with Kevin's attitude.

"Alright, I have no more business with Mitha. I just want to meet Rio to say goodbye"

"I'm not forbidding you to meet Rio, but unfortunately Mr. Aldi forbids you from seeing the boy. He even warned me to drag you in front of him if you were still reckless"

"I won't see the boy again Adrian, I'll get married and open a new chapter. I'm glad that Rio will have a father like you. I hope you can take better care of her"

Kevin stood up from his seat and tidied up his jacket. Adrian sat and looked at Kevin.

"If you become a father, can you one day tell him that I am his real father? teach him the game of men and teach him to be responsible and be a good man when he grows up. I'll thank you all my life"

"I will do it, not for you but for Rio and Mitha"

Kevin smiled at Adrian's reply. He knew Adrian was a good man who would look after and educate Rio with full responsibility.

"Adrian one more, apologize to Mitha. I know it can't be fixed, but at least I'm sorry for all the injuries I've done to her"

Kevin walked away leaving Adrian. There was relief in Adrian's heart after talking to Kevin. He kept the courage to step with Mitha.

That afternoon Adrian faced Aldi in his study. The meeting was over and it was time for lunch.

"You didn't have lunch?" Aldi saw Adrian who still did not move from his place. Adrian stood with confidence. If this time Aldi will beat him to the ground he is ready. Because he was shameless for something he would ask his boss.

"Sir Aldi.I want to talk to you about something personal"

"Speak"

"Sir Aldi I really love your sister Mitha bint Ibrahim Zaman. I promise with all my soul will take care of her and Rio. That's why I want to propose Mitha to you"

Silent for a while........

Aldi's face was flat with no expression he was still staring at Adrian. Adrian's heart was uncontrollable. Thumping fast and increasingly made it almost falter.

But he was steady and sure if he really had to propose to Mitha as soon as possible. He could not see Mitha single-handedly becoming an old man for Rio. Always restless and panicked alone when Rio was sick or disappeared.

Aldi tapped his fingers on the table. He rested his back on his comfortable chair. His gaze was still directed at Adrian who did not know what possessed his assistant until he dared to propose to the sister of his boss.

"Are you still sane Adrian?" Aldi's reply just made Adrian's heart shake. He almost retreated but he had already fallen in love with Mitha and could not possibly retreat again. He wouldn't be able to if Mitha had another man.

Aldi stood up and walked over to leave his room. Adrian suddenly knelt down pleading with Aldi.

"My brother please give Mitha to me, trust my father sister to me, for that my whole life will be very grateful to you "

"Bas an asshole why are you kneeling to me?! why are you begging like that?! didn't I teach you about self-worth? have you forgotten?!"

"I'm sorry sir, please allow me to propose to Mitha"

Aldi gripped the collar of Adrian's shirt until Adrian's suit button came off. Aldi raised his fist against Adrian's face until fresh blood flowed from the corner of Adrian's lips.

"I'm blessing you guys to be close but that doesn't mean I'm gonna let you marry my sister"

Aldi walked away while holding back his anger. Aldi also felt sad for rejecting a man as good as Adrian. But he was also worried about their relationship. Adrian can be trusted for marriage.

Aldi also thought of Adrian's work struggling with danger. It is the main shield of Zaman Group's business. His job is to keep his boss safe from business competitors and ensure the company runs safe and smoothly, of course the bet is Adrian himself.
