Part 15 Aldi's Feelings

Aldi sat quietly while drinking alone. His handsome face looks bruised because Fani hit him earlier this afternoon.

Aldi pressed his cold drinking glass against his bruise. He closed his eyes to see Claries' face. The girl was like a paddler to him. He himself did not expect to be able to be as close as possible by proposing Claries to his brother. It is only fitting that Fani hit him, it is still a good thing that Fani did not kill him because of the lack of his teachings. Aldi is self-conscious, he is a married man and now he is proposing to a girl, beautiful, from the upper class, a surgeon, a bright future and he will make the girl his second wife.

Aldi laughed with his unthinkable courage. Adrian who had been sitting not far from Aldi was concerned for his boss. He never saw Aldi as he is now.

Adrian knows Aldi's marriage to Liza wasn't out of love. And Adrian also knows who Aldi's monkey love is that makes him like this.

"Sorry sir it's late at night" Adrian reminded Aldi.

"All right, let's go home"

Adrian took Aldi to the car.

"Adrian don't tell the Claries anything. I don't want him to know about this beating. I'm sure Fani will keep her mouth shut and not tell her sister"

"Good sir"

Adrian stared at his boss from the rearview mirror making sure he was still in his sane state and fine.

Aldi was seen looking at the streets that were starting to quiet. His mind drifted back to childhood, the time when he met Claries first and secretly liked her.

The car arrived at Aldi's mansion courtyard. Claries opens the door and finds Aldi looking unusual.

"What's wrong?" ask Claries.

"Adrian take me to my room"

"Okay sir, excuse me doctor"

Adrian took Aldi up the stairs to his room. Before long Adrian came down and was going home. Claries confronted him in the living room.

"Is Mr Aldi drunk again? why is his face bruised?"

"Sorry doctor I can not explain, you should ask yourself tomorrow to Mr. Aldi"

"Oh okay..."

Claris walked up the stairs, standing at Aldi's doorstep. Claries knocked on the door but there was no answer.

"I'm just making sure you're okay?"

"Go away" Aldi's voice sounded from behind the tightly shut door.

"But your face is hurt, wash your wounds and rest. Tomorrow there's Liza's checkup. Doctor Frederick will be here"

"Hmmm.."

Aldi took off his shirt and walked towards the bathroom. He flushed his body with warm water from the shower.

Fani came home and looked tired. Tasya gave him information about the girl named Liona.

Fani knows the girl isn't lying. Everything he told Fani was true.

Fani sent a short message to her secretary.

To : Tasya

All right, Tasya, tell him to come tomorrow morning to my house. I accept him as my driver and trial for a month.Send-Send

Fani put her phone on the table and sat on the floor of her room leaning against the window sills that were still open.

Fani recalled Aldi's words earlier this afternoon. Fani was furious that he was not in the company of people Aldi must have been beaten to pieces. Moreover, their company is in a big tender. And Zaman Group has full authority as it funds the tender.

If he is not bound by a contract, the cooperation with the company Aldi has been canceled.

Damnit damnit! he seems to have planned this. I'm trapped now!

Fani cleans up and goes to sleep. His encounter with Aldi drained his energy and mind.
