Poster Looks Like a Hater
Meanwhile, Caca's one-handed hand slowly moves into her bag trying to tap the phone's screen. He really did not know what to do when the phone screen could not be seen.
When the car he was driving stopped, Caca found himself fine until he felt a little relieved, because the bodyguards or Harlan, did not physically abuse him.
He followed the guards who had opened the door for him. They walked hand in hand towards an old building and continued towards the long passageway, all the movements of the small group following Harlan.
At the end of the hallway, there was a wooden chair and Harlan pointed with a finger for the girl to sit there.
“Sit!” harlan's voice was loud and tight as he spoke, seeing Caca who was not following his orders. The girl simply shook with trembling legs, as she stared at the chair before her filled with fear.
The typical face of the teenager was immediately as pale as a corpse, sweat seemed to wet his hair and skin. Everyone who was there could see the girl's body shaking violently overpowered by fear.
“Are you scared?” asked Harlan slightly lowered her head to be level, to look at the girl's face.
So innocent Caca, that he nodded.
“How about now your position is replaced by your father, would you be willing?”
Caca shook his head.
All the men who were there didn't really understand why Harlan was acting this way to Caca. However, they could do nothing but follow the wishes of their employer.
Caca knelt down before Harlan, he was so limp and cried again. He begged for forgiveness, clenching his palms together in front of his chest. All the stuff he was carrying, he left it lying on the dirty floor.
“I'm sorry, Sir!” said.
“What's your fault until you apologize?”
“Because I am your father, I cannot take his life and I did not ask him to help me at that time!” caca said in a voice full of regret. He was right, all the fate that happened to him and Harlan, was not his desire at all.
So, now everyone finally knows why Harlan had to stop the car for the girl, but those who were there also knew that the fate of death would not be able to change it.
Harlan knew about it without being explained by Caca, but he was angry not because of that problem alone but the girl was like a stalker to him. He had long since allowed the girl to act like a spy. However, once he found out if Caca was a child who was helped by his father, so the father died, then he was eager to end it.
“Listen! Until whenever I will still hate you and will not be able to forgive you ...! You think it's easy to lose dad? Imagine if it was you! Because my father left, I took on a heavy burden and bore everything myself! It's all because of you!”
Harlan shouted big he punched the wall on the side because his mind was still sane he couldn't possibly hit the children. If only the one in front of him was a grown man, perhaps that powerful fist would have struck him.
“So what should I do, so that I can make amends for it and also eliminate your hatred for me, Sir?”
“No!” Harlan looked away while snorting in annoyance.
“You just need to get out of my life, no more stalking me or investigating where I'm going, or whatever you've been doing all this time, stop! Don't expect to get sorry from me because it will never happen!”
Harlan took a heavy breath then, again saying, “Remember! I'll hate you for a lifetime and go far away, Don't show up in front of me, do you understand?”
Harlan wanted to leave after saying, but accidentally, he saw a cross-section of a cartoon character poster that Caca had brought. At once he widened his eyes, for it was as if he had seen a picture of his face there.
Harlan shifted the poster with the shiny end of her shoe so she could see it more clearly.
“What is your painting?” asked Harlan with a slightly serious face. He usually ignores small things like that, but he wondered why there was a cartoon character poster whose face was really like him.
Caca was silent, he glanced at the poster and Harlan's face in turn. Then it was realized that the poster was indeed a face very similar to the man who hated it. The heart beat that had not died down, is now beating even faster. The girl was worried that her image would create even greater anger.
“Not!” the answer was stern, Caca was honest.
It was a poster that he bought to be an example of his painting today. A work by his favorite idol and comic writer. One of his most famous works. In fact, the posters bearing the name and signature with the comic book maker's gold ink, are very expensive. He already had it and the image in the largest size he attached filled one part of the wall in his room.
“If not you, then who made it?” ask Harlan.
