Love Anya For X
Yellow Watermelon

Almost midnight Axton just returned to his apartment. Grocery items seem to have been cleaned up Anya, because there is not a single plastic bag of groceries seen on the dining table or kitchen table. In addition, plastic containing watermelon fruit that he had bought, just stooped on the floor right next to the refrigerator.

Axton took and took out the watermelon, then split it in half to make it easier for the watermelon to enter the refrigerator.

When finished, Axton then rushed to turn off all the lights and then went up to the second floor.

There's no one. He and Anya are still sleeping separately even though the relationship is no longer as bad as it used to be. So, it was highly unlikely that Anya was sleeping in her room today, plus they had just had a fight earlier.

Though he thought, his relationship with Anya had made little progress. He deliberately offered to accompany the woman shopping.

Honestly, seeing how excited Anya was as she surrounded the shopping mall, also seeing her expression change in annoyance as she left it far behind, became a separate pastime for Axton.

Especially when suddenly his wife was sobbing just because of a watermelon. Axton is pretty keen on that. Therefore, he took red watermelon as a replacement for yellow watermelon that Anya could not get.

After all, for him there was no meaningful difference between the red and yellow watermelon, other than the color of the flesh. The rest, all the same in Axton's eyes.

Axton breathed. The presence of Daffa completely broke his mood. It would have been nice of him to beat up that jerk if Ian hadn't threatened him. He also did not want to make Richard angry.

Axton has to hold back as best they can, what else they will work together for a full year.

The time was already showing at 2 am when Axton suddenly woke up due to a thirst that he could not bear.

Lazily, the man got up from the bed and went out of the room to the kitchen to fetch cold water.

His forehead wrinkled when he found the kitchen a little bright because the refrigerator door was open.

As the man remembered, he had already sealed the refrigerator door shut. Who is in the kitchen now?

Hunk? No way, the guard here is very strict. Let alone the 16th floor and above, even ordinary floors will be difficult to break in.

Anya? That woman must have been sleeping since.

Ian's? Delia's? Could be. But why would they come in the early hours without telling him first, and scramble the refrigerator?

In order to eliminate curiosity, Axton decided to walk quietly, so that the sound of his footsteps could not be heard by anyone in his kitchen now.

The man's eyes squinted, when he saw someone sitting while hugging his knees on the kitchen floor. Although his face is hidden between his legs and body, Axton can still guess that someone is Anya.

Axton approached Anya and touched her shoulder slowly.

Anya. The woman's face was already teary-eyed.

"Why crying?" axton asked, slightly forgetting the fact that they had just had a fight earlier.

Anya fell silent before finally pointing at the watermelon fruit in the refrigerator.

"Why the money?" ask Axton again. "You want to eat that? Let me cut it,"

Anya shakes. "It's not yellow."

Axton raised his eyebrows high. "We didn't buy the yellow watermelon." Hearing Axton's reply, Anya cried again. His cries sounded heart-wrenching, as if he was the saddest human on the Face of Earth.

Axton was a little surprised by Anya's behavior that seemed childish.

"Tomorrow, I'll buy you a yellow watermelon." He said promise.

Anya shakes her head back. "It feels like something else."

Axton again looked at Anya in astonishment. What makes a watermelon taste different if it buys it tomorrow? Want to buy next year, all the taste of yellow watermelon will be the same.

"Then?"

Anya was silent for a moment, seemingly thinking.

Seeing Anya's mood change, making Axton annoyed half to death. "What's wrong with that woman?" angry interior.

The next day, before Ian came to pick her up, Axton went to buy the yellow watermelon he had promised Anya. Luckily, the morning market was not too far from their residence.

But he could only be flabbergasted, when he reached home, the woman was even cool to chew red watermelon that he refused last night, while watching television.

"What's wrong?" asked Anya who was surprised to see Axton just quietly standing in front of him.

"I've bought the yellow watermelon you asked for" the man said.

"Just take it to the location, I'd rather have this watermelon." Without feeling sinful, Anya again ate the red watermelon calmly.

Axton feels like he's being fooled. That woman must be working on him. The man slammed the watermelon he bought onto the floor.

Anya was surprised by Axton's actions.

"Yesterday and last night you were sobbing just because of this damn fruit. But now, after I have taken pains to find this fruit, you have easily refused. How dare you prank me!"

"B–that's not what I meant," Anya refuted Axton's accusations.

"Then what, huh?" Axton stared at Anya sharply.

"I just don't want it anymore." Anya could only say those words in her heart. A drop of tear fell from Anya's eye.

Seeing Anya crying, Axton violently kicked the watermelon scattered and went to the second floor.

All women are the same! Always use tears as their weapon.

Without waiting for Ian and Delia to arrive, the man chose to go alone to the set.

Bi Rahmi who heard no noise rushed out of the laundry room and approached Anya who was crying on the floor. In front of the woman lay pieces of yellow watermelon that broke due to Axton's actions.

"Mom, Mother why? Why else, Mom?" asked Bi Rahmi while hugging Anya full of affection.

Anya shakes. "I'm wrong, Bi." Anya answered. The woman then broke away, trying to clean up the mess Axton made, but Bi Rahmi forbade it.

"Have it, let me clean it up." Bi Rahmi immediately darted the kitchen to pick up the plastic trash, having placed Anya on the sofa first.

Anya cried sobbing while curled up there.

"Sorry,"

"Sorry," he murmured slowly.

Axton's mood is really fucked up today. He had not completed a single take of the scene at all, making the director rampage as it happened.

"You think, just because you're Cameo, so you can do a scene as good as your head, huh!" hardik Rama, the director. "If you don't want to join the drama, say it! Then I'll find your replacement right now!" After saying this, Rama immediately interrupted the rest of the crew and other artists to rest for twenty minutes.

Ian walked into Axton's waiting room and asked everyone who was there to give them both a little privacy.

"What's wrong? You're not usually like this X" Ian said, giving Axton a can of cold drink.

"A fight with Anya again?" Ian was sure, the chaotic mood of his best friend must be related to the wife.

Axton, who can't hide everything from Ian, tells the cause of his fight with Anya. From the woman's meeting with Daffa, to the yellow watermelon problem.

Ian could only be stunned to hear all Axton's words, especially about the yellow watermelon.

To him, the matter was only a trivial matter, but why did the two of them even make it big.

Women are difficult creatures to understand.
