CHAPTER 86. AWAKE

After Lion donated his blood, he returned to the operating room and immediately sat himself in the chair there, the little boy was being put to sleep in the room that Lion had already rented for his son's resting place.

"Quiet, sir." A nurse tried to remove the Lion's hand grip from the white snelin worn by the Doctor.

From the back, Rey just came out of the toilet." What's the matter?" Ask Lion.

No one answered. Lion turned his body, clenched his hands, until his handbooks turned white. Before long he directly hit the glass box attached to the wall of the hospital. Blood flowed out from his fingers.

Seeing that, Rey then held onto Lion's back and then held the man's hand." What the hell is it? You don't be stupid." Rey said as Lion was about to hit the glass box.

Lion looked riled up, he pulled his hand which was currently blocked by Rey and sat his body in the waiting chair. He still hasn't answered Rey's question. His mind is currently in a state of turmoil. His heart was completely broken if he had to lose Iren, he had not apologized to the woman. 

Seeing the condition of the lion, Rey sat her body next to her mortal enemy. Suddenly Rey held her head up staring at the ceiling of the hospital." If you think only you feel broken, only you feel sad, you're wrong. But the difference is that I can still control it all and pray that Iren will be conscious." 

Lion looked to the side. Where is Rey currently leaning her body on a chair and staring at the hospital ceiling.

"Do you still love her?" Lion suddenly asked a question that he certainly knew the answer to.

Lion fell on his head and then returned to his voice." If you love her, why don't you just marry her."

Rey was silent for quite a while." He does not love me. There is another man who has filled his heart. He just thinks of me as a big brother, and up until now my status won't change."

Hearing that, lion immediately tensed up his seat and directly looked at Rey." Who's the guy? Tell me quickly." 

Rey smiled again and stood up from her chair." You find out for yourself, why I took so much trouble telling you." He glanced at the lion and immediately walked away leaving the Lion still glued in place.

"Sad." Lion clucked

The night is getting late. Cars in New York City are still busy, as evidenced by the number of cars driving from the opposite direction. The man with his black shirt and elbow-bound arms was standing in front of the window staring at the street that was filled with glittering street lights. It had been almost five hours the man waited. But the look has not changed. It's just that his right hand is visible on the bandage. He looked back at the clock on his wrist. The remaining 20 minutes, that means in 20 minutes the man will know if the mother of his son will be conscious or not.

Lion walked towards the gurney. Put his body in the chair there. Slowly his hand was holding Iren's hand. Instantly his mind wandered. He recalled the time he made Iren groan in pain and begged to be let go. 

Unknowingly, a clear liquid came out from both corners of his eyes, he was crying innocently while looking down. The regret he currently felt was a result because he was too concerned about his ego and ignored his love.

The end of the flickering Jemari began to move.making the awareness of the handsome man who was currently looking down raised his face. The corner of his lips lifted, a smile clearly visible there. He immediately got up from his seat and then removed the remaining traces of tears that were still stuck on his face and pressed the emergency button.
