First Patient
"HEEYYY!!," said Naava standing at the door of Gale's room. Gale who was reading a book in the room just kept quiet, not answering anything.
"Hey!! You hear me????" cried Naava annoyed
"Hmm.. why?," Gale replied casually as he continued reading
"Galee!! We're home, not in the hospital anymore! So you don't have to be so smart don't know me!!," Naava said closing the book that Gale was reading
"Ah, yes, I forgot! Haha sorry, I really enjoy the role we do not reprimand each other, more cool, you are very noisy about it," said Gale with a small laugh
"Ih, it's really you!," said Naava frowning
"Now why?" asked Gale as he spread his body onto the bed
"Today what do you mean I said I have a low IQ? am I having trouble communicating? You want to say I'm an idiot, huh?!,"

The next morning, Naava and his apprentice group friend were ready to check on the arriving patients. There are some waiting in the emergency room (RGD), some are waiting in Poli.
"Where was yesterday the one that was taken home? Cieeee Seneng dong yes," Naava said to disturb Gina
"Si Harry mah, he didn't just drive home, Naa. Follow him, until Gina's dream!!," said Alia laughing
"Ihhh. kepo really you guys!! Haha. Anyway, I was really happy last night with Harry," said Gina with a smile.
"What???? Lo diager Harry? It's so amazing that you're a girl!," said Naura who suddenly came with Faraah, directly hit Gina
"What the hell lo, Ra?? Just came screaming!," Naava said in defense of Gina
"For this temen lo, the adeptness of asking Harry!,"
"Eh, wait a minute! Who the hell is Harry, Ra? Boyfriend, isn't he so busy? Want him anter who is his right!!," said Alia standing directly opposite Naura
"Gue and Harry are dating! So bother him again!," Naura told Gina
"God! Gatel woman! Who do I like to be close to?? Gausah kepedean deh you will be Harry's girlfriend!! Halu really lo!," replied Gina angrily
"Eh, why are you guys fighting?" Andri suddenly went into Poli, and saw them all.
"Huh? Dock, this is us again a discussion of drugs for hypertension only," replied Naava cover the quarrel
"Oh, hypertension. That's why talking like someone else is up in blood, huh? Hehe," Andri said with a laugh
"Yes, doc, hehe,"
"Oh yeah, your team, what, his name?,"
"I? Naura, and Farrah dok,"
"Yes, Naura and Farrah, your team should be in the Emergency Room, right? Why is it here?,"

As they were chatting, suddenly a nurse came panting into the heart poly.
"Dok, please, get to the RGD, there's a heart failure patient like him," said Santi, one of the nurses there.
"Okay, I went there. You're coming with me" Andri told Naava, Gina and Alia
In the RGD room, there was an old Grandma lying with her eyes closed in bed.
"Tolooong, please, help my grandmother doc!!," suddenly a thirteen-year-old boy walked into the poly room crying.
"Yes, you calm down, wait outside yeah," Andri told him. He immediately checked on the condition of the grandmother
"Love, please prepare the operating room! We have to do heart surgery by pass immediately, he's heart failure" Andri said hurriedly
"But doc, doctor Gale has not arrived yet, how to anesthetize?," asked Sinta again
"Naava, you're an anesthesiologist, right? This is your first patient! We don't have much time, quick!," Andri told Naava as he walked quickly into the operating room
"Ready, doc," replied Naava quickly

In the operating room, Naava was present as an anesthesiologist in charge of anesthetizing patients who will be operated on, because there is a possibility, the patient will be aware in the middle of the operation if not sedated.
"You ready? I'll keep an eye on. Do the best you can" Andri told Naava
"Okay doc," Naava said, taking a syringe containing anesthetic drugs, and immediately injecting it into the grandmother's body.
His heart is racing, though,
'This is my first patient, his life is in our hands, ' Naava said.
He slowly injected the anesthetic into the grandmother's body, as long as he did his job he prayed in the heart. He continued to pray until the medicine ran out.
Finished injecting anesthesia, Andri immediately took over to perform heart surgery.
"Strike!," he yelled at the nurse there
"Edit!," Andri said again, the whole nurse worked quickly, because there was not much time for this grandmother to survive.
Naava, who was watching the operation, continued to look at the heart monitor screen, praying. I hope my grandmother's heart is back to normal.
'Let's go, grandma can'
'Your granddaughter's waiting outside, Grandma!
'Fight, grandma!'
*Naava speech continues in the heart.
Unconsciously, tears came out of his cheeks
