The Birthday Day

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, happy birthday! Happy birthday to you!!" a man sings in front of Naava's room at twelve midnight. Today is the thirty-first day of May, it is on this date that Naava was born into the world. Naava opened his eyes slowly, He felt still very sleepy that night. He opened the door to his room, and Voila! There was Oma and Danang standing in front of Naava's room holding a cake with candles still burning.

"Haha, Thank you, yes Nang, Oma..," Naava said smiling as he rubbed his eyes.

"Happy birthday, Naa..," said Danang while kissing Naava's forehead.

Suddenly Gale who heard a midnight noise like this, came out of his room and saw Oma and Danang who were giving Naava a suprise. He sees with his own eyes Danang kissing Naava's forehead to wish him a happy birthday.

The blood on his head seemed to boil, wanting to feel he immediately pulled Danang's collar and punched him in the face right then and there. His eyes were glaring and his hands were full, impatiently landing him immediately on Danang's cheeks. But there's Oma there, she really appreciates Oma. Gale didn't want to make a fuss.

"Gale, here. Greetings Naava first, today is his birthday," said Oma calling Gale who was still standing at the door of his room opposite Naava's room.

"Sorry, I'm sleepy, Oma. I sleep first," Gale said as he closed the door loudly.

"Basic strange man! Why didn't he move out of here, Oma? No manners!," said Danang furiously looking at Gale's behavior

"Maybe he's a soybean, you should also go straight home, Nang. It's late at night, I'm also still sapping because of last night's show and need to rest" Naava told Danang. He clearly knew what the reason Gale was behaving like that was. He immediately quickly told Danang to go home, so as not to cause jealousy in the heart of Gale that was getting smoldering.

"You don't have to be afraid of that guy! If he bothers you, just call me" said Danang annoyed.

"Yes, thank you for coming here. You better get home soon, it's late at night, Nang" Naava said.

After that, Danang immediately went home from Naava's house. Naava reasoned to want to rest because his body was soybean, so Danang immediately obeyed.

Naava lay down on his bed, his eyes could not be closed anymore.

Naava saw Gale being absorbed at the breakfast table that morning. He plans to take Gale out to dinner to celebrate his birthday. Naava thought Gale would wish him a happy birthday.

"Good morning," Naava said with a smile. But only answered silently by Gale. Gale with his cold face, continued eating like he had heard nothing.

"Gale, what the hell are you doing? How quiet?"

"I know you're angry, but you can talk about it all right?"

"I don't care, even if you go with him even if it's none of my business..," Gale said coldly

"You are really weird!! I'm annoyed with you!! Last night, you said you loved me, now you don't care if I go with Danang?! You are a weirdo!! I don't understand you!!," Naava said annoyedly

"Please, just celebrate with him!!," said Gale

"The soul is sick!! I hate you, Gale!," said Naava leaving Gale. He was very upset with Gale that morning. He wanted to celebrate his birthday with a special person like Gale.

Naava was feeling chaotic that morning, he wanted to leave the house to let go of the fatigue due to his quarrel with Gale.

Not long after..

Naava's room was knocked over by someone. He opened the door and there was Gale standing there.

"I'm sorry, honestly, I didn't like to see you with Danang last night" Gale said coldly

"Yes, I know, Gale. For that I want to apologize, I did not expect Danang to come, and do that," Naava said

"You should tell him right away, that we're getting married, Naa. So he knows himself, and doesn't bother you anymore. Before I hit him head on." Gale told Naava

"Married? But you said, we have nothing to do, right? Why else would I tell Danang?" replied Naava annoyed

"Yes.. I'm sorry, don't snack too long, please?,"

"Let's just say we have nothing to do. Let Danang keep coming after me!,"

"Then, let my parents come to propose to you next week, so you can bond with me immediately" Gale said with a smile

"Oh!! How you! Cheating!," said Naava holding back his laughter.

"Yes.. Happy Birthday to you. I'm sorry.. In the years that followed, I should be the first to wish you a happy birthday" Gale said and kissed Naava on the forehead

"Thank you my fierce fiancee candidate" Naava replied with a smile

"Oiya, today, I would like to take you to a special place on your birthday. I'm sure you'll be happy,"

"Yes, I forced you" replied Gale
