26. The Arrival of Brandon
"Gita wait!" brandon shouted as Gita took a few steps away.
Gita who had walked away from Brandon stopped her steps. Waiting for what Brandon will say.
"Can we meet outside of business hours?" ask Brandon.
"Tomorrow, after college. Later we meet at the cafe in front of it." replied Gita while pointing at the cafe which is right in front of the hospital, just crossing the street.
"alright. See you tomorrow!" brandon shouted with a fluffy smile as his offer was accepted by Gita. Gita simply nodded and immediately continued her footsteps, after hearing Brandon's request.
Brandon left the hospital with a smile that never faded. It made the taxi driver who took him to wonder.
"Are you okay, sir?" ask the driver.
"Oh, yes! I'm okay." Brandon nodded when asked by the taxi driver. He who continued to smile involuntarily finally pursed his lips tightly. Back with a cold face.
Once at the hotel, Brandon rushed into the room to clean up and went to bed. He wanted to sleep well because he had never slept well every night. He always dreamed of Rendy who was angry and disappointed in him, as if not willing to take Brandon's treatment on the little sister.
Brandon hopes tonight doesn't dream anything, he's really tired. Tired of body and soul. With a little self-imposed, Brandon finally fell asleep. But only two hours he sailed to the island of dreams. Suddenly his body trembled violently and sweat poured out. Rendy is back in control of her dreamland. Rendy's disappointment and annoyance were evident in his subconscious.
Brandon tries to run away from the late Rendy, his best friend. Wherever he runs to hide, Rendy finds herself.
Brandon awoke from his sleep with breathless breath, a sweaty grain as big as corn adorned his temples and forehead.
"The same dream again.. huftt!" brandon murmured while wiping his sweat.
Brandon got up and took a glass of water to relieve his throat.
Brandon walked towards the balcony of the room after downing a glass of water. On the balcony he breathes the night wind. Currently, the clock shows the clock one night local time. Brandon doesn't know where to go or how. His mind was confused because of Gita's attitude that seemed to not give him an apology.

The morning was bright, making Gita eager to live his activities today. Starting with the morning lecture, continue to meet with Brandon in the cafe in front of the hospital. Today he had his internship off, so it was more relaxing than usual.
"Hi! Have you been waiting a long time?" greet Gita to Brandon who had arrived at the cafe where they had made their appointment.
"It's only been half an hour."
"Ekhem... What message would you like?" brandon finally asked because Gita was silent.
"Oh, the cold capuccino is just as good as the cake fries." muttered Gita who could still be heard by Brandon.
Brandon finally ordered what he had heard.
"We haven't talked in a long time. Two years passed without any impression. I'm sorry for my attitude and what I did, we became tenuous. You want to apologize to me?" said Brandon holding his breath with a pounding heart.
"How many times do I have to answer, Bang? Gita has forgiven you. So you don't have to feel guilty. Think of that night as my fateful day, all of it has been outlined by God. To be avoided like anything, it will happen. If it's not your brother who takes it, it may be someone else who snatches it." Gita explained with a smile that expands, not seeming sadness or disappointment. Gita sincerely lives everything she has been through.
"Don't be like that! I feel more guilty. If you want to be angry, punish me. Please! Even if you and your family want to sue me, I accept that it's all my fault."
