The guy just put his bike in front of the hospital lobby. Stopping the motor and Riyan immediately ran to the IGD room, because previously Riyan used the person's phone to contact Aryan.

Suddenly hp Danial rang a sign of a phone coming in. Riyan is surprised to see a Danial wallpaper showing a photo of Danial and Acha as Danial wants to snatch something from Acha's hand.

Danial picked up the phone from someone that Riyan didn't know who it was. Because Riyan's focus on Danial's wallpaper isn't who called Danial.

When he finished, Danial saw Riyan's expression. Danial only realized that Riyan had seen his wallpaper.

"Sorry brother. You don't have to misunderstand. This photo is a memorable photo of me and Acha before Acha came back here. This photo of me and Acha one day where it was Acha's last day in London.
