A few days later. Riyan's relationship with Iqbal has begun to improve. But, Riyan still had to be wary of Iqbal and Acha. It's nothing but, the fear of losing Acha will always be there. Especially after feeling for yourself the day with Acha when Acha's heart is not for Riyan.

Especially after Riyan found out that Iqbal still had a taste for Acha. Ryan needs to be more vigilant. Riyan does not want to be helped anymore because if that happens, maybe Riyan can not manage his emotions. Ryan is human too. There is a limit to his patience.

Now Riyan and Acha are at the cafe. Earlier, Riyan's right hand who usually takes care of the cafe asked for leave and required Riyan to handle his own work at the cafe.

Riyan couldn't have left Acha alone at home. Acha doesn't want to stay alone either. If Riyan leaves, Acha must come and want to not want Riyan to invite Acha. Because Riyan didn't want him to go, something happened to Acha.

And now Acha is sleeping in Riyan's private room. More precisely on the third floor. While Riyan was taking care of the cashier on the first floor.

Acha feels sleepy. Playing hp and arriving to sleep alone.

Acha was walking down the complex. Didn't meet Iqbal on purpose. Then Iqbal invited Acha for breakfast. Because not far from where they met there was a chicken porridge seller. Iqbal invites Acha to have breakfast together.

Where's Riyan? someone must have asked where Riyan, why Acha alone way?.

"Cha, thank you for lo, my friendship and Riyan is not ruined. However I say thanks to you it may not be enough. Because for me and Riyan friendship is important, it's very important. So I'm really thankful for you"

"Yes, same brother. I'll do it because I see that your friendship is a true friendship. It's not like my friendship with Tiara. I thought of Tiara as my own sister. But Tiara doesn't think I'm her brother. I don't want my brother Iqbal's friendship with Riyan's cash ruined like my friendship and Tiara's, so Iqbal no longer need to say thank you to me"

"Cha" Iqbal and Acha turned to the source of the voice. The cry of the one who called the name Acha was no stranger to Acha and Iqbal. Riyans. Acha and Iqbal looked at Riyan who was waving his hand. Riyan is ordinary. Riyan just smiled. Because, in fact, Riyan knew that Acha was with Iqbal. Iqbal invited Acha to breakfast. Iqbal gives a message to Riyan that Iqbal and Acha have breakfast at a crossroad near the Riyan housing complex. Iqbal also said that Iqbal said thanks to Acha and promised to make Acha's friendship with Tiara good again. Riyan wasn't angry, not sprained but, happy. Because Riyan also wants the problem between Riyan's friendship and Acha's friendship. Then, Riyan immediately replied that Riyan would catch up with Acha and Iqbal.

Riyan wanted to cross the road but, there was a motor speeding. Acha and Iqbal who saw it immediately shouted, but, did not have time to avoid Riyan was first hit by a motorbike. Acha and Iqbal slenderly ran towards Riyan. There were also a lot of people who were swarming with Riyan. Someone called an ambulance but, Iqbal asked for help from people around to lift Riyan to the car next to him.

Acha could only cry calling out Riyan's name. Acha could not see Riyan's face filled with blood. Acha could not take it anymore, suddenly Acha felt dizzy. But, Acha hold. His consciousness was not full but, Acha could still hear that Iqbal was strengthening Riyan. Saying that Riyan is strong, Riyan is not weak. Riyan could.

Arriving at the hospital. Iqbal calls the nurse to pick up the gurney and asks the male nurse to help Iqbal lift Riyan. After Riyan fell asleep in the gurney. Iqbal got back in the car. Seeing that Acha is on a backrest.

"Cha" Iqbal patted Acha's cheek to resuscitate Acha. But, Acha did not open her eyes.

"Cha" Iqbal called Acha again. Acha responds by moving her head to the right which was originally on the left.

"Acha, you gapapa"

"Brush brother"

"Yes, sister call sister yes"

Acha is in the ward. Riyan is on IGD and is being treated by a doctor. Acha just needs a sedative and a break.

Then, outside the IGD there is Iqbal who is anxious to Riyan. Iqbal is more concerned with his best friend, Riyan. It's not that Iqbal isn't worried about Acha but that Riyan's condition is more important. Although Iqbal knew that Acha had heart disease.

The doctor who handled Riyan came out after about an hour of dealing with Riyan.

"Sorry sir. We are as good as we can be, but God wills another. Your friend was not there. The patient had realized and asked me to make a donor'in his heart for his wife"

Iqbal and the doctor turned to the source of the voice. Iqbal approached Acha who was sitting on the floor.

"I can't be a brother, the doctor must be kidding. Riyan couldn't have gone"

"Cha" Iqbal stroked Acha's back. Acha crying in Iqbal's arms.

Iqbal is crying because he lost his best friend. The tears of Iqbal and Acha cannot be contained. Each wiped his tears out on his own, even more profusely.

"Mas Riyan" Acha stood up and barged into the IGD room.

"Mas Riyan" Acha's breath gasps.The dream was just a dream.In the dream, Acha still cried over Riyan. Acha hasn't opened her eyes yet.

Riyan approached Acha who was in his private room. But, when Riyan wanted to open the door knob. Riyan heard Acha calling out Riyan's name.

Riyan was horrifying all that because Acha shouted. Riyan opened the door violently. Afraid something might happen to Acha.

Riyan woke up Acha. Looking at Acha now who is giving a thought to call out Riyan's name.

"Mas Riyan" Acha immediately embraced Riyan's body. Crying happens in Riyan's arms.

Acha doesn't know what Acha's dream is. Why dreams are real. Why in the dream did Riyan leave. Since when did Riyan know that Acha has heart disease?.

Riyan tried to calm Acha down. Riyan did not want to ask why Acha could be like gini. Dream what Acha really is. Let that question Riyan save. Later if Acha is calm, Riyan will ask Acha.
