Scythe

The sun finally sank and its task to illuminate living things was replaced by the moon and the beautiful night sky decorated by the stars, but the beauty of the night sky was not ignored by Leon and Ashley because since Leon's return from looking for firewood they have not spoken to make the atmosphere very awkward.

They were like two strangers who had just met and were just doing their respective duties, Leon was burning rabbit meat for their dinner while Ashley was just sitting quietly looking at the fireplace. After the rabbit meat is cooked they both then eat together but still in the same condition that does not talk to each other.

After finishing eating Ashley immediately sat under a tree not far from the fireplace, as well as Leon who was sitting a little far from Ashley, the awkward atmosphere ended because Leon ventured to approach Ashley.

"Take this, so you don't get cold" Leon said, handing Ashley a blanket.

"How's brother?" ask Ashley.

"Relax me it's okay, after all I'm used to sleeping without a blanket" Leon replied casually.

"Ashley am I your brother?" ask Leon.

"Of course why?" ask Ashley confused.

"There's nothing, I'm just asking" Leon replied.

"Don't lie" Ashley said.

"I'm not lying" Leon replied.

"No, you must be lying" Ashley said.

"I didn't lie to Ashley" Leon said, then walked away from Ashley.

"If you're not lying why you left" Ashley said, then stood up and followed Leon.

But the fate of Ashley even accidentally stepped on the blanket he was holding until it made him trip and hit Leon.

The startled Leon reflexively catches Ashley but is shocked that her balance disappears and they both fall to the ground with Ashley on top of Leon.

"Armhhh!!"

"Sorry brother, I didn't accidentally" Ashley said.

"It's okay" Leon replied with a warm smile.

They fell silent again as their eyes looked at each other, Leon realized how beautiful the woman he had always considered the sister and he also realized very well with the passage of time his love for Ashley was getting bigger.

Leon soon awakens from his daydream and tries to move Ashley's body from above but Ashley stops Leon and hugs him instead.

"Ashley why are you?" ask Leon.

"It's okay brother, I just feel a little cold" Ashley replied.

Leon knows that Ashley is not lying because Leon can feel Ashley's body is very cold and also slightly quivering, Leon then pulls the blanket not far from him to envelop their bodies both, afterwards Leon moved Ashley beside him and then hugged her with Erat.

"Sister, I'm cold" Ashley said.

Leon seems increasingly worried that even the blanket that covers their bodies is not able to eliminate the cold on Ashley's body, Leon runs out of sense until he finally channels life energy to Ashley and it turns out that way works because Leon can feel Ashley's body slowly starting to warm again, but that's not all Leon realized.

"It turns out you're not human" said Leon.

When Leon flows Ashley's body with life energy Leon accidentally feels the energy of the animal nation from inside Ashley's body, it's just that Leon still does not know what kind of animal it is.

Although Leon has come to realize that Ashley is not of the human race, Leon's feelings have not changed in the least, for Leon Ashley is his sister and now Ashley is the one he loves very much even though Ashley is unaware of it.

"Relax me to be here and everything will be fine" Leon said as he hugged Ashley tightly, until a few minutes later the two fell asleep under the night sky.

The next day, Ashley opened her eyes first but when she tried to get up she couldn't because Leon's hand was still holding her tightly. Not wanting to wake Leon up, Ashley did not move a bit and just remained silent while looking at Leon's sleeping face.

Long enough Ashley looked at Leon's face to make his heart beat quickly and his face slightly reddened, Ashley slowly brought her face closer and then ventured to kiss Leon's cheek.

Leon who was asleep finally woke up because he felt something soft touch his cheek, when Leon opened his eyes the first time he saw was the face of Ashley who was very close to him and was looking at him.

"It turns out you woke up first huh" said Leon slowly.

"Y-yes" Ashley replied.

Leon released his embrace to Ashley then stood up and went straight to the river to wash his face so as not to get sleepy again. Ashley breathed a sigh of relief after Leon's departure because almost the action was known by Leon.

"It's a good thing you didn't know that I kissed her, but.... Why did I kiss you?" inner Ashley.

"Ashley why is your face flushed?, are you sick?" ask Leon.

"That's okay, I'm okay brother" Ashley replied in shock, he immediately stood up and ran towards the river.

"He why?" muttered Leon.

"Ashley, I'm going to the woods for food" Leon shouted.

"Be careful" Ashley replied.

After informing Ashley that she was going to find food, she, Leon then entered the forest at high speed occasionally he turned left and right to look for fruits or animals that he could hunt.

Leon continued to search in the depths of the forest but he never found any fresh fruit or animals to hunt, since then, all he has encountered is the carcass of dead animals or fruits that have rotted..

"It's strange, all the way I just found a dead animal or fruit that has rotted, is this a monster?" muttered Leon.

Curious Leon continues to explore the forest to find the cause of rotting fruits or animal carcasses scattered throughout the forest. After a few minutes of walking around Leon could feel there was an extremely dense aura of darkness not far in front of him.

"I-this is the aura of darkness" Leon murmured, while speeding up his steps.

After advancing five hundred meters forward Leon was finally able to see a figure emitting such a dark aura, but the figure wears a worn black robe complete with a head covering so Leon so difficult to see the face of the figure.

"Actually who he is" muttered Leon.

The black-robed figure appeared to be crouching and holding something but I don't know what it is, after a long time the black-robed figure then stood up and Leon could see clearly in his right hand the figure was holding a staff with a long scythe at the end.

"That's it, it's Scythe!!!" leon was shocked.
