The Night Wolf Bandit

The next day, Leon and the others again continued their journey northward by flying, occasionally stopping in small villages to fill their stomachs and energy.

A week passed but they still did not reach their destination, Xin Asta, and Guts were made very curious about the goals of their young master, no one dared to ask Leon.

"Sir, I'm sorry, but how far along are we?" Xin took the initiative to ask.

"Since the beginning I told you that my destination was just to the north and I didn't know where the end was, I'd stop if I wanted to stop, and I will reach my destination if my heart says that's where I'm going" Leon replied.

Leon's answer made the three of them smile wryly with a face that was very unpleasant to look at, in other words during this time they followed Leon without a definite purpose. However, the three of them remain patient and always accompany Leon they know that maybe Leon's true purpose can not be imagined.

"Young master down there seems to be a village, what if we stop by to fill the supplies?" ask Asta.

"Well let's stop there" Leon said.

The three of them immediately descended in front of the village gate but strangely the village was not guarded at all, Leon who felt the strange immediately entered the village and asked his three guards to investigate the village.

After the departure of the three guards Leon then walked to a tavern but again he felt strange because in the tavern he did not find anyone be it a customer, waiter or shop owner.

Leon then tried to search the tavern or other buildings in the village but still he still did not find anyone else in the village.

"What is this really about?" muttered Leon.

"Young master!!" greet Xin and the others in unison.

"You're done?, then who is he?" leon asked as he looked at the man in black clothes they were carrying.

"Sir, he is a night wolf bandit who worships demons, according to the information we get from him all these villagers will be sacrificed to demons that are on the brink of death" Guts replied.

"Is that true?!" ask Leon to be angry.

"True master" the bandit replied.

"The three of you investigate the headquarters who knows the villagers can still be saved" Leon ordered.

"Then your own master?" ask Asta.

"I will investigate the abyss, if it is true that there is a demon, then I must finish it immediately" Leon said.

"But sir, the abyss is the.." Xin's speech was interrupted because Leon suddenly disappeared from their sight.

"Damn it, if something bad happens to the young master, then all of you will I annihilate" Xin said angrily.

"Now show me the way to your base" Asta said, then the four of them disappeared from the village.

According to the story he had heard while still in his hometown the abyss of death was in the forest called Dark Forest which was in the north.

After an hour of flying at high speed Leon finally arrived at the Dark Forest forest marked by a thick fog that covered the forest, since it was impossible to search the abyss of death while flying Leon then descended inside the forest and continued on foot.

"The fog is very thick" muttered Leon.

Not yet an hour Leon walked he was already blocked by an enormous bear monster with a God stage, he said, but the monster had chosen the wrong opponent because for Leon the monster with God stage was nothing to him.

"Damn I have to finish this really fast" Leon muttered.

Leon took out the Sword of Darkness from his ring and immediately attacked the bear very quickly, the very large bear has difficulty avoiding Leon's attack because the movement is not too agile coupled with Leon's attack that is very difficult to avoid so that only in one attack Leon can already be cut off the bear's head.

"Based on an ugly monster just interrupted my journey" said Leon.

Leon then goes on a run, this time hiding his aura so that his existence is unknown to the other monsters. After many hours of running Leon could finally feel the existence of Aura which was very gripping and Leon was very sure that the Aura came from the abyss of death.

"It seems I'm getting closer" muttered Leon.

Leon sped up his steps so that he could get to the brink of death, but without Leon realizing it, there was a dark shadow following him from behind. The black shadow continued to dart from one tree to another as it continued to follow Leon.

After a few minutes of high speed, Leon finally reached the brink of death. A very strong death aura Leon could feel from within the abyss but that Aura could not suppress Leon's existence at all because within him there was a much stronger Life Energy.

As Leon was focusing on observing the abyss an attack shot rapidly towards him, but because Leon is too focused too late to realize there is an attack leading to him so that the attack hit Leon and made him fall into the abyss of death.

"Hahahaha feel that, you have dared to enter my territory then you will not be able to get out of this place" said the black shadow that had just attacked Leon.

Elsewhere far away from the Dark Forest forest. Xin, Asta and Guts were going on a rampage and were fiercely destroying the night wolf bandit headquarters. All the members of their night wolf bandits finished without rest so that in just one hour the headquarters of the night wolf bandits had been leveled with the ground complete with all its members who had died all.

The three of them only left one person they had previously arrested while in the village, this they did in order to find a place where the villagers were hidden, actually, the three of them can immediately find the residents by using their spiritual energy power but somehow the headquarters is covered by dark energy that is so strong that it makes their energy like it cannot be browse the place freely.

"Say where are you holding the villagers?" ask Guts.

"There sir, under the building" said the bandit pointing towards a destroyed building.

"Show me the way" Xin said.

The night wolf bandit then took them to the ruins of a building not far from them, when they reached there the bandit went to the corner of the room that was hit by ruins, which was not far from them, after removing the rubble of the building that hit the place then seen a door made of iron and leads underground.

"I can only get you here, sir, because this door is protected by a huge amount of dark energy so I don't have the strength to open it" the bandit said.

"Thank you very much, but still I have to exterminate all of you" Xin said then slashing the head of the last night's wolf bandit.
