CHAPTER 66 (NOT RESISTANT)

“Gibran realized I beg you.” said Karren who is getting resigned because Gibran just kept walking closer to him.

Gibran continued to approach Karren's face, but suddenly Gibran put his head on Karren's shoulder and his hands began to circle around Karren's waist.

“I can't stand Karren.” anymore Gibran said.

Karren was already speechless, his tongue was twisted and stiff until he could no longer speak.

Karren looked at Gibran's face, a wounded look emanating in his eyes, as Karren attempted to neutralize his beating heart as it came close to Gibran.

“I can't stand it anymore if you have to stay away from you.” Gibran.

Karren's mouth opened, his forehead wrinkled as he heard the words coming out of Gibran's mouth.

“You're not a macem-macem to me?” ask Karren.

“I'm sorry.” Reply Gibran while shaking his head and keeping his body away from Karren's body.

“You should apologize to Kevin not to me.” Karren.

“Not about the previous Karren, but about yesterday-yesterday I have stayed away from you.” Gibran.

Karren looked at Gibran with a disappointed look, he thought Gibran away was just his feeling, but it turns out Gibran did intend to stay away from him.

“Why did you stay away from me? Because of Sarah, right?” karren.

Gibran shook his head, then he wanted to open his voice but before his voice came out Karren had already pressed his index finger to Gibran's lips which made Gibran not talk.

“We're sitting there, I'm tired.” Karren's words with a face made Gibran anxious to him.

Finally Gibran and Karren sat on the sofa that was there, both of them both taking a breath trying to neutralize their feelings.

“So, what do you want to clear? Why are you staying away from me?” ask Karren.

“Because I am afraid, I often hear students and lecturers often talk about you, I am afraid that they will think more and more if we both continue to look together, I am afraid, I don't want them to think you're getting good grades because you're close to me.” Gibran.

“But now that I have given up, I can't afford to keep far away from you and see you close to other men.” Further.

Karren did not believe Gibran's words, he could only chuckle and confuse Gibran to see them.

“You know what? Before you come to my college, already many people who talk to me, you stay away will not affect anything with me, they will still talk to me and find my fault.” Karren.

“I prefer not to care about anything they think about me, I will keep doing what I want without bothering to think about the views of people who will like it or not because I live not to impress them.” Further.

Hearing Karren's words made Gibran speech silent to his own stupidity who prefers to stay away from Karren without talking about it first, for the affairs of haters it seems Karren is more experienced than him.

“I'm sorry because I've hurt you with all the power rejection yesterday-yesterday.” Gibran said with regret.

“Originally you did not reject me for preferring other girls only I will definitely forgive you kok.” Karren said with a faint smile.

Gibran nodded his head, he was silent for quite a while like thinking about something, it felt like talking but it felt nervous to make his voice out.

“There's still someone you want to talk to?” ask Karren who is aware of Gibran's nervousness.

“Ehem.” Gibran cleared his throat to overcome his nervousness.

“Karren..” call Gibran.

“Can you come back to call me ‘mas’ like before? I don't like to hear you call ‘bapak’ to me.” Gibran Protest.

“Loh, it's you yourself who told me to call so.” Karren.

Actually Karren wanted to laugh to see the annoyed face of Gibran, the man in front of him was indeed seemed to have just experienced puberty so unstable like this, he told Karren not to call him ‘mas’ but he himself told Karren to call him ‘mas’ like before.

“Iya mas, anyone want to talk again?” ask Karren.

“Emm, you... You want to be my girlfriend?” gibran asked and immediately turned his face the other way covering his embarrassment.

Karren was sculpting, his mouth and eyes were wide open no matter if there was an animal that would enter his mouth, he could not believe what he had just heard.

Karren did not reply immediately, he only fell silent while looking at Gibran, Karren hesitated with Gibran's feelings for him.

Karren was afraid that Gibran would say it out of emotion after seeing him and Kevin almost kiss.

Gibran who never heard the answer from Karren immediately understood that Karren needed time to answer his feelings.

“If indeed you can not answer now it is okay, I can wait.” Gibran.

Karren nodded with a smile, finally Karren could breathe a sigh of relief as Gibran gave him time to think first.

“Can I get out now?’ asked Karren who was nodding back by Gibran.

Eventually the two of them immediately got off the sofa and out of Agra's room together, Gibran also opened the door that he had originally locked.

“Karren..” call Gibran back to make Karren turn towards him.

“Iya mas?” ask Karren.

“Can you not be too close to other men? I don't like to see it.” Gibran.

Karren smiled, then he nodded his head to convince Gibran that he would not be close to another man.

Karren was already convinced by his feelings for Gibran, only he was not sure of Gibran's feelings for him. A few days ago Gibran preferred Sarah over him, perhaps Gibran would choose Sarah again and leave her.

Karren returned to the table where his friends were, his forehead wrinkled as he looked at the person who was not normally in that place being on their bench.

“Trisna?” karren muttered as he saw Trisna crouching in front of Kevin who was sitting.

“Sini brother let me take medicine.” Said Trisna who was already carrying cloth and ice cubes in her hands.

Trisna's body had advanced slowly, but Kevin instead distanced his body, he looked at Trisna with a look of shock and fear like seeing a demon.

“Lo what the hell is here? You should be bobo at home, you're still a kid!” ketus Kevin's.

“It was going to sleep, but said my sister fought so I came here.” Trisna.

“Yaudah mendingan lo to temen lo aja sono ga do not poky me deh!”

“Engga, I just want to ngobatin aja kok not to my friend.” Trisna.

An annoyed Kevin can only shout slowly while ruffling his hair, it could be his hair falling out if he continues to face Trisna.
