Lay With The Devil's

Lay With The Devil's
Brother and Sister-in-law

Sarah got out of the car that took her to a simple house. At first glance he saw a woman was drying clothes next to the house.

The location of the house was a bit far from the other neighbors. Behind it is a hill that seems to be used as a farming land.

"Comedown. I will introduce. eem again, with your sister-in-law. Be nice."

The purple-coloured house really felt foreign.

Am I really living here? I don't remember at all...

"Love! Come here a minute..." The man called his wife.

A woman the same age as Sarah emerges from the kitchen door. The woman only used a negligee and her hair she rolled recklessly.

"Yes, bang?" the woman looked confused. He pulled Sarah, took her to sit in the living room.

The man left them both and went into his room.

"You're really missing a memory? Don't remember at all?"

The woman looked a little scared. But just like what her husband told her over the phone earlier, she had to act as Sarah's sister-in-law.

Sarah nodded.

"What is my name, brother?"

"Your name is Sarah... Sarah Andira's. You used to live with your cousin in town. But your brother said, you called him yesterday to pick you up. You said someone was trying to beat you up there, and you sure as hell don't remember..."

Not in vain he participated in acting during High School first. Just keep equating the story with her husband.

"Is that so? I remember nothing at all... What about our parents?" Sarah was still in curiosity.

"They've been dead a long time. You lived here before you finally moved to the city to work... My name is Sinta, by the way. You remember your brother's name, right?" The woman is lying more and more.

Sarah nodded sure. They did not talk to each other, let alone get acquainted.

"That's bang Aris. You're different brothers, mother. So don't ask me why there's no resemblance between you."

Sarah nodded. He received all that information. What else would you like?

Sinta then drove Sarah into the room she had prepared beforehand.

The room consisted of a small bed, a nightstand and a medium-sized wardrobe.

"It's only nine o'clock, you'd better take a break. Your journey is far away... Later in the afternoon, we go to the market in shock. We'll get you some clothes..." Sinta left Sarah alone.

Sarah was alone, she closed the door and locked it. He put his body on the bed...

As his brother-in-law said, he needed to rest. Just as he lay down, drowsiness had already mastered it. Sarah sleeping.

Jaka didn't go to the office this morning. He was tired all night looking for his wife.

After returning home from the Xaheed inn, they went straight to Debby's house. Jaka threatens to kill Debby if it really has anything to do with Sarah's disappearance. Even Jaka said it in front of Mr. Maulana.

"Go home. Or we'll call the police!" said Mr. Maulana at the time.

Paul took her home. They can't involve the police for now. Sarah could be dragged into a more severe case.

dddrrr...

Phone's vibrating. A call from Paul.

๐Ÿ“ž How?

๐Ÿ“ž Reza is on duty. But he'll try to come home tomorrow.

๐Ÿ“ž Is there anything else we can do again? What about the CCTV? Do they still not want to give access?

๐Ÿ“ž Maybe later in the day. I was very tired this morning.

Call ended.

Jaka sleepy. But his brain doesn't want to sleep. He imagined how his wife was doing right now. He hopes his wife is okay.

Jaka decided to contact his mother and tell her this news. Although he who will be scolded for his innocence received Debby's invitation. He knows his mother.

Sarah was already working at one of the grocery stores near her new brother's house.

Sarah, who has no identity, could not have chosen a better job.

He also felt he had to work because he was not good with his brother and sister-in-law.

"Remember, go home from work don't wander. Tau right, in this village is quite prone if the night.." bang Aris reminded. More precisely, he did not want Sarah to wander and socialize with others.

Basically, they know that Sarah's not a fool. It's just memory loss.

"Yes bang. Sarah doesn't know where to go either." Sarah finished her warm tea. Then he moved off the dining table.

Sarah thought about what her brother did. Because he never saw his brother go to work.

"Sister, Sarah go first..." Sarah told Sinta.

Jaka and Paul are still waiting for the latest news from Reza. Reza promises that his software can detect faces up to seventy percent.

The software he has been working on for the past year, only has never been used even by the agency where he works.

Jaka sipped his coffee. These three months his mind could not focus on work. Her own mother had mobilized her husband's people and acquaintances to come looking for Sarah.

Mr Ismail? He finally found out that his son was married to Sarah. At first he was angry. But when she found out Sarah was missing, she became compassionate with her own son.

โ˜Ž Chloe, to my room for a moment.

โ˜Ž Good Sir.

Yeah, after that incident Debby never set foot again in Emerald Auto. Chloe was immediately pulled back.

"Father called me..."

"What is my schedule today and tomorrow?"

"Today at eleven there was a meeting with PT. Abdi Karya and PT. Maximus. It's in Casablanka's restaurant."

"Tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow Mr. Tobias and Mr. Ervan would like to meet. He said it was an important matter."

"Then call Mr. Tobias and Mr. Ervan to come this afternoon. I have business outside tomorrow."

"But sir, if they refuse how?"

"If it cannot be today, it means the day after tomorrow. Just tell them that. That's all."

"Good Sir." Chloe retreat. The woman came out and immediately pulled out her phone.

Then he contacted Paul. His assistant was out of the office taking care of something.

๐Ÿ“ž If tomorrow Reza's tools can't find Sarah, I'll report to the police.

๐Ÿ“ž Alright. But you know the consequences, right?

๐Ÿ“ž Sarah caught? I don't give a shit. All I need now is to know that he's okay. Still breathing and nothing less.

I should have reported it from the beginning. Stupidly I believed I could find it myself...
