This morning, Fyla's house is blown away by Arka's wish to enter school. Although the condition of the man was better than last night, still Fyla was worried about the state of Arka.
“Submitted at home, really ngeyel,” grumbled Fyla in the middle of his activities putting on shoes.
“Guenya bosen if here alone. Mending school, get useful knowledge,” reply Arka smart ass, who managed to invite a squeak on Fyla's forehead.
“Dapet science what, you are often truant,” pout Fyla ketus.
“Dih, how do you know? Stalking me, yeah?” goda Arka while pulling Fyla's left cheek.
Fyla shrieked softly, as she felt a shock as well as a pain that ran through her cheek area. He swerved towards Arka and patted Arka's hands, still pulling her cheek.
“Arka! Whatan, anyway? Pain, tau. Lepasin,” strangled Fyla while trying to keep Arka's hand away from her cheek which currently feels very sore.
Arka laughed softly after taking off her hand which was on Fyla's left cheek. Fyla's cheeks are currently red because they are exposed to the Arka pull that can be said not to play games.
Fyla rubbed her cheeks with teary eyes. He stared intently at Arka, before finally standing up and scolding Arka.
“Sick, tau. You think that pulling a kayak is good? My cheeks are sore, yes. Whether you want to enter or not. I don't care. If I get sick again, I don't have to go to my house. Don't bother,” furious Fyla. After being satisfied to take out her junk, Fyla immediately rushed to take her bag and out of her house to ride the angkot.
Arka was silent hearing the words that were thrown from Fyla's lips. Well, Fyla's right. He can only trouble everyone, and again by not knowing the shame he even makes people who voluntarily take care of him when sick become upset.
Arka went upstairs. His purpose was the guest room he used to put his things. He took out a paper and a bolpoint, and immediately he wrote down something that was either read or not by, Fyla. But, most importantly, he had already told the girl through this paper.
Finished with his activities, Arka immediately went down to the floor of the dasae with the school bag on his back and the car keys in his grasp. He passed Bi Inah, immediately he said goodbye to the middle-aged woman.
“Bi, Arka go home first, yeah. Assalamualaikum,” said Arka while kissing the back of Bi Inah's hand.
“Loh, Den? Just rest. Non Fyla said, Aden was told to rest. Let's recover,” said Bi Inah who also felt worried about the condition of Arka, especially Arka's face that looks still pale at this time.
“No papa, Bi. Arka go home, Arka can take care, kok.” Arka commented a thin smile seeing the worry in Bi Inah's eyes.
Bi Inah felt uneasy, between allowing Arka to go home and still holding her back. But, judging from its nature, Arka is typical of stubborn people. So, Bi Inah decided to let Arka go home.
“Yes, be careful on the road, Den. Stop by sometime, Dad. Let Non Fyla have the theme,” said Bi Inah.
“Iya, Bi.” Arka answered yes, but her heart refused to come here again. Because he doesn't want to trouble a girl as good as Fyla.
'Sorry, Bi. This is the first and last time I'm here. Sorry to lie to my aunt,'
Arka walked towards the main door and found Fyla who was about to run inside. He was surprised by Fyla. He even thought that this girl had arrived at school and started lessons as usual. But this girl came back home. I don't know what's left.
Arka just fell silent while looking at Fyla's face, as well as Fyla. He just stayed in front of Arka while looking at the pale face of Arka.
“Loh, Non? How did you get home?” tanya Bi Inah was confused.
“Fyla permission, Bi. Take care of Arka,” replied Fyla by turning her gaze towards Bi Inah.
“Oh, so. Yes already, Aunty to the market first, Non.”
Fyla simply responded with a nod of Bi Inah's words. His gaze returned to Arka who was still at home looking at her face.
“Where are you?” ask Fyla flat.
“Rome,” replied Arka slowly.
“Not go home. Here alone,” firmly Fyla while stepping her feet to enter her house.
But just a few steps, it stopped and without turning back the body said, “nurut, and do not ngerepotin,” ketus Fyla. Then the girl resumed her steps to go to the room to change clothes.
Arka was silent hearing the words thrown by Fyla. He chose to obey and set his feet toward the family room, just to sit and rest his body that again felt weak.
Fyla came down wearing a gray t-shirt combined with black cloth pants and scattered hair. He approached Arka and sat down beside Arka.
His hands stretched out to check Arka's body temperature. His forehead frowned in confusion as he felt Arka's body temperature rise again. Fyla looked at the annoyed Arka who was closing her eyes. Sighing to lower her ego, Fyla shook Arka's body slowly.
Arka opened her eyes slowly and shook her head slowly. Fyla sighed seeing that.
“Why?” ask Fyla.
“Mau go home, do not want to ngerepotin,” lirih Arka who returned in the senses of dizziness that ruled his head.
Fyla sighed hearing the reply thrown by Arka. In his heart he cursed his words that came out without being filtered and hurt someone like now. Especially to get into memory.
“Neveryone is feeling and feeling in repotin. Move, well?” take the unyielding Fyla.
Feeling that there was no other choice, Arka nodded in agreement to Fyla's words. Fyla smiled happy to see that, he immediately stood up and reached Arka's body to go to the guest room on the ground floor.
“Sleep first. I want to cook porridge, later if I'm awake,” said Fyla while patting slowly Arka's head.
In the kitchen, Fyla deftly cooks chicken porridge for Arka. He also prepared warm water to compress the forehead of the Ark. Half an hour struggling with kitchen utensils, finally chicken porridge and milk that he made is finished. He put it all in one tray and led it to the room occupied by Arka.
Seen Arka who was sleeping uncomfortably, Arka's legs sometimes look like a person who is kicking lightly and also his body that looks like a hot snake.
“Arka. Wake up, the porridge is finished,” call Fyla slowly while shaking Arka's body slowly.
Arka slowly blinked her eyes and stared straight at Fyla. Fyla helps Arka to sit up and lean on the bed. Then he took a bowl of porridge and began to feed Arka.
Arka just kept quiet and kept opening her mouth, because the taste of the porridge was delicious, not bland like porridge in general. Fyla chuckled softly at that. Because just a mouthful of porridge entered into the mouth of Arka, the man had opened his mouth again.
“Pelan-pelan. No one asked for the porridge, kok.” Fyla smiled faintly looking at Arka's embarrassed face, accompanied by a soft chew in her mouth. Not like it was just once chewed.
There was a mouthful of it, but Arka rubbed her already full stomach. However, the look in his eyes continued to stare at the spoonful of porridge in Fyla's hand, as if it could not bear if the porridge did not enter his stomach.
“Why? Are you full?” ask Fyla.
Arka nodded slowly, but her mouth opened as if asking Fyla to put the porridge in her mouth.
“If you are full do not be forced to make up,” reprimand Fyla while keeping the bowl out of reach Arka.
“But, the porridge is delicious. Unfortunately if you are not at eat all,” protest Arka.
“When I make it again, which is justin aja, rather than later vomiting,” said Fyla while taking any drugs that should be taken Arka.
“Nih, take the medicine.” Fyla offered two kinds of drugs with a size that was not too large, Arka quickly took them and swallowed the medicine.
Fyla smiled with satisfaction as her work was done. Now he can do his duty.
“Now, sleep. Do not be stubborn if you say. Later if it is time to pray dhuhur I wake up,” said Fyla and only responded with a nod by Arka.
Fyla helps lay Arka's body on the bed, also enveloping her body. Not to forget, he compresses Arka's forehead with warm water that he has prepared.
Feeling that Arka was comfortable with her position, Fyla came out of Arka's room to pick up her laptop, mobile phone and textbook. Then he went back to Arka's room and sat on the sofa which was not far from the bed occupied by Arka.
He started to run professionally as he should. Although there are no working hours for him, he still has to be professional in working. If it can be done now, why delay. That's one of the principles.
Occasionally his eyes looked towards Arka's bed, making sure that the man had fallen asleep comfortably.
Too late in his world, he did not realize that it was almost lunchtime. He smiled as his work was almost done in just five hours. After everything was completely finished, he immediately sent his work to the superiors who had long worked with him.
He waited for a reply first, after getting it he immediately turned off his laptop and cleaned up all the items he had brought. When he was about to wake Arka, he was surprised by the sound of a cell phone next to his phone.
'Who called Arka? Ah, maybe her mama.'
Tanga Fyla was outstretched to pick up Arka's phone, and sure enough that the phone was Arka's mom. Soon he picked up the phone, because it was not good to make others wait, let alone this old man.
