Once the door in the air was opened the stuffy immediately greeted our sense of smell, including me. Soon we opened the living room window that was the size of a 3x3 meter cycle. There was a soft, light brown sofa complete with a table. After the living room, there is a family room whose floor surface is lower than the living room. There is still a television that when we tried to turn it on it still works. We have not asked in detail about the purple rented house to Nani or Ipah. But it looks like the stuff in the house is a lot of it still there.
I noticed the middle room that I started to feel strange. The walls are wet, the floor is too. Anyep, that's what my countrymen call it. The house has not been occupied for a long time. Then why not live? Isn't the house new? And why contract? Where's owner?
The black-covered living room is flanked by two rooms. One room is in front, which is parallel to the living room. And another one just behind the living room. Can you imagine how the inside of this house looks?
In the front room there is a closet and a bed. I'm sure the front room was the master room for the owner. While one other room is empty, call it the back room. There only contains one floor mattress that has been thinned, there is nothing else. But I prefer to sleep in the back room with some other friends. The female members of the day were also directly divided into two room dwellers.
From my room, there is an elongated window that if opened then the view that can be found is an empty garden. There are some big mango trees there. I opened the window letting the inside and outside air swap positions.
And the last room of this house is a kitchen that is parallel to the bathroom. Really minimalist. But enough to accommodate all our members. Male members, they are also packing their luggage in a rented house not far from this house.
I put my body on the floor mattress which has now become two layers, the other floor mattress belongs to Avri. It's comfortable now. I myself only brought a long and flat pillow doll. Multipurpose dolls that I can wear into pillows or bolsters.
"Here's a quick shower, change it!" Said Tika, one of my room members.
"Later on ah, still lazy," replied Nani who was still slipping her body beside me. He was in a room with me too. While Ipah is in the front room.
"Oh, you guys!!" Tukas Tika gaunty.
"Maha." Ipah laughs.
All KKN members are my friends. But I ended up getting closer to my roommate. How not? Every night we go together before going to bed. Even until the others have fallen asleep, we still talk even though whispering about many things.
The first day in our contract was spent to clean up our luggage and also clean up the contract. After the sublime, the male members all came to the female contract. They were asked to move the sofa in the living room to the living room. We sat down to watch TV later. While the living room is left empty for the motor park at night. This rented house is plain without a gate. For that we need room to secure our motors.
Later that night, we all gathered in the living room to discuss all the agenda that will be held for the next few days. Tomorrow we are free. Because tomorrow there is only the opening ceremony of the KKN implementation in the village hall which is directly led by the local village head.
That night was the first night of our union. The 7th semester students from various majors and various regions. The Sundanese and Javanese became one. For the next 40 days, we will sleep together, eat together, stay together.
There was one very coincidental coincidence in our KKN group, which was one of our members who was pregnant. The age is about 7-8 months. His stomach is big. Call him Meli, Meli tea. He was still my age at the time, but indeed we deliberately called each of us with frills "Teeth or Ang". Both calls mean "Mbak" yes π
"Here hold it, hold it fast!!" Meli tea asked us to hold her stomach.
I just kept quiet. I was horrified to see someone pregnant. Feels crumpled in my stomach so, hehe β
Some of us held the stomach of Meli tea.
"That's it, motion. Probably not?" Ask. The baby in the womb is kicking.
"Well yes, yes," answered one enthusiastically. I'm still quiet. I don't want to hold. Fearful.
"Waah exclaim yes, soon Meli tea has a baby grandpa," chanted one of us.

This morning was the first morning we woke up in the same place. Thank God we slept well that night, maybe because we were tired all day cleaning up the house. Oh yes, in that house we have also formed a daily picket team. So in one day there are two to three people who picket all day. The task is early in the morning must go to the market to buy the ingredients that will be cooked that day. The cook also the picket that day. Cooking a large menu, rice and side dishes for 20 people from breakfast until night. Me? I couldn't cook and happened to be paired with a doctor who couldn't cook either. When me and the picket doctor, what do you want to cook? Hahaha, geez.
Medical child students in each KKN group only 1 person. And in my group there is Yayu. Call it doctor ma'am yes make it easy β
Members who were picketed that day were released from all sorts of KKN agendas on the same day. He just has to focus on consumption that we will be greedy when we go home tired after carrying out the daily agenda. As for the task, that's what we call it.
That morning for the first time we lined up for the bathroom because the bathroom was only one. Coupled with tap water that pours very small. Long for one bathtub it was fully filled.
(This is a real photo of my KKN rented bathroom house)
After all the showers, all neat, we all went to the village hall to attend the opening event of KKN. Thank God the show went well and solemnly.

In the afternoon, we lined up again to use the bathroom. Until it will be before Maghrib, there are still members of ours who have not been to the bath. Forgiveness indeed.
TONG KEG TONG KEG!!
Mushola's clanging sound was struck. Signs soon adzan maghrib will reverberate. We immediately brought their respective prayer equipment and flocked to the mosque. Until there, we greet all pilgrims who are acquainted. They welcomed us friendly.
After that, I sat down at my chosen place while waiting for the priest to come. I sit on the right of a little boy in the 4th or 5th grade of SD. He looked at me and smiled. I reply to him with a smile.
"Any student who's KKN?" Tanya started greeting with her Indonesian language that was not. Their language is Javanese.
"Yes deck, right," I replied briefly. He's nodding.
"Sister in that house?" Ask again while pointing at the rented house with his eyes.
"Yes, deck. Later mess around. Later there will also be an event for SD children here," I said explaining a little from my KKN group agenda.
"Aren't you staying in that house?" He still asks.
"Yes deck, at home."
"Oh, thank goodness."
Thank goodness????
