KIRANA (SUPERNATURAL JOURNEY)

KIRANA (SUPERNATURAL JOURNEY)
JATIASIH VILLAGE

The atmosphere of the countryside is very beautiful and still natural, the air feels very fresh when inhaled because it has not been so contaminated. Another thing with the place before, in a city full of frenzied vehicles. Along the way Kirana really enjoyed the view through the car glass window that he was riding, the vast expanse of rice fields, trees and green plantations are very refreshing to the eye, and the, things he rarely enjoyed while living and growing up in the city.

Kirana moves to a village where her father enjoyed childhood. Mr. Bahari is the father of Kirana, he decided to move to his hometown after retirement from his job in the big city. He wants to spend his old age by returning to where his childhood used to be, he brought his wife and two children.

Pak Bahari's wife named Bu Ratna, his first child named Bagas and the youngest named Kirana. At first both their sons and daughters refused to move from town to village, because Bagas and Kirana think really very comfortable living in urban areas especially Bagas who is still in college of course he most strongly rejects his father's decision. While Kirana who sat in the High School can still give up responding to his father's will, because refusing would not be able to. With little objection Kirana followed the will of the Father.

Finally inevitably Bagas or Kirana still have to move from city to village. Bagas can still go to college even though he has to go home or boarding in the city if the campus schedule does not allow him to go home.

Jatiasih Village is a developing village, not a abandoned village so it is not too bad if they move to the place.

"First Dad used to play at that time, fishing or swimming." Excited Pak Bahari while looking at the window and showing his index finger towards the river to the left of the road they passed. The river is quite large but the water is not so clear, making Bagas and Kirana look at each other. While Pak Bahari still carried his daydream to his childhood first.

"swimming? Ish...gatel is fine? The water is rich in chocolate milk." Cetus Bagas shuddered, occasionally looking to the left looking at the river, then back to the front focusing on driving. Kirana who was sitting next door gave the code to her Big Brother in order to keep her words, as their father in the back was enjoying the memory of his childhood.

"Yes not a gatel, the water was clear. Maybe now a lot of people throw garbage or what, so the water is not as clear as before. The situation was a little different, if this road was only land not asphalt, maybe only could pass one vehicle," explained Pak Bahari to his son.

Ms. Ratna who was sitting next to him just smiled looking at her husband, occasionally looking at the car window and enjoying the rustic atmosphere that he rarely met. Bu Ratna did not come from the village like Pak Bahari. Little Lady Ratna lived in the big city where they had previously lived. She was very enthusiastic when her husband invited to stay in the village, considering that Pak Bahari's parents had indeed died and left a house that of course had been empty for a long time no one occupied. Pak Bahari was an only child so he was the sole heir of the house, not only the house even some rice fields and gardens owned by Pak Bahari's parents.

During his stay in the city, the house in the village was entrusted to Mang Nur, a gardener who used to be trusted by Pak Bahari's parents. Although his age was dusk but he was still very strong to take care of the house, garden and rice fields Pak Bahari. With the help of his wife Bi Sari, he took care of an ancient house. While in the fields and plantations they are helped by some residents by being paid from the agricultural products or plantations. Pak Bahari entrusted all the business to Mang Nur.

After a long journey they finally arrived in front of an ancient building. Pak Bahari's parents' house still looks sturdy even though the design is very strange, such as models of colonial era houses, or a little similar to the design of European houses in the past. Like a Dutch heritage house, with two glass doors visible front, and glass windows almost full next to it. The outer gate of the house was very old, the ancient iron trellis model made Bagas and Kirana a little surprised.

They never came there, they never even knew their grandmother or grandfather. Pak Bahari's parents died before Pak Bahari had a family. Since his parents died, Bahari rarely returned to the village because he was busy with his work in the city, he was reluctant to go home because he was very sad if he came to the house where he was born. There were no relatives or relatives in the village. Some of the families of his parents have moved in other cities and some even live outside the island.

Therefore Pak Bahari gave full confidence to Mang Nur who has been since the time of Ki Demang (Dad Pak Bahari) working there and taking care of everything.

Mr. Bahari got out of the car after Bagas parked the vehicle in a large yard right in front of the antique house. His eyes glanced around the yard of the house, full of longing emanated even a little glazed. Ms. Ratna who noticed her husband immediately stroked her husband's arm with a smile.

"Don't be too late, Mom! It's sad, but don't drag on. Don't you want to come back here to enjoy our old age? Not even sad, Mas," said Bu Ratna disperse the daydream of Pak Bahari.

"Mixed, Den!!" A soft and gentle voice came from another direction, apparently Mang Nur just emerged from the back garden realizing his master had arrived.

"Rampes Mang Nur, how are you?"

" Alhamdulillah well, pangestu, said Mang Nur politely.

"Alhamdulillah me and my family are also healthy walafiat, Mang."

"Alhamdulillah."

"Thank you for helping me all this time, take care of this house. Nothing changes at all and it stays as clean as it's not an empty house."

"As Aden requested not to change anything in this house, I occasionally paint it if it is a little dull paint the walls, or repair if there is damage to the precarious, weathered wood, and so on, or water in this house. I also love sleeping here so that this house is touched by humans, Den."

"Why Mang Nur same wife does not live here only as long as I am in the city, rather than empty Mang."

"Thank you Den, I only occasionally stay if I happen to clean here and keep going home. The rest I just go back and forth turn on or turn off the lights."

"This who's hauling? How heavy would it be if I was alone?" shouts Bagas divert talks between Pak Bahari and Mang Nur.

"Oh this Den Bagas ya. Let the mamang pick up the goods, mending aden rest inside." Mang Nur immediately approached Bagas and their luggage.

Hearing the offer, Bagas immediately headed to the terrace of the house and sat on a rattan chair on the terrace. Kirana followed her sister while topping her small bag.

"Yes that's my first son Mang, sorry he's like his son."

"It's okay, his name is also young, Den." Then Mang Nur hauled some suitcases inside with Pak Bahari and his wife.
