Chapter 39 - At the House of Lord Abraham
Alex suddenly pressed the brake pedal. A roll royce sedan hit them in the middle of the highway.
"What else is this" murmured Alex.
A woman got out of the car holding a long gun in her hand. The woman pointed at Alex's car window. He aimed at Aliya's head to be the target of his shot.
"That's Miss Marie" Aliya said.
"Give yourself or this woman dies" Miss Marie threatened.
Alex turned to Aliya, then smiled before he got out of his car. The man raised both his hands and got out of the car.
"Please wait here" Alex told Aliya.
"But, Lex..."
"Look, everything's gonna be fine, I'm gonna take care of you, you know that, right?"
Aliya nodded weakly and observed Alex from inside the car.
Two of Miss Marie's men ambushed Alex, bringing the man to his knees. One bald-headed man slammed Alex's back and knocked the man to the ground unconscious.
"ALEX...!" peekkik Aliya who tried to approach Alex and wanted to help him but Miss Marie immediately filed a lawsuit against the asphalt road beside Aliya stopped her steps.
"Shut up there, or I'll finish you off!" threaten Miss Marie.
"It's me, I don't care!" yelled Aliya who was still trying to get close to Alex.
Dor's!
Miss Marie's patience began to run out and shed her frustration on Aliya by guessing at the woman's body. Aliya fell covered in blood and was left alone on the edge of the still deserted highway.
Two of Miss Marie's men then lifted Alex's body into the woman's car, then the luxury car drove towards the mansion Mr. Abraham.

In a room that is classic but full of expensive items, Alex woke up in a blue bed without a motive due to the reflection of the morning sunlight that hit his face. Miss Marie was standing by that window because she had opened the curtain.
"Where am I?" alex asked in a soft voice as he tried to get up from his sleep.
"In my father's house, you're with me now. I told you you were mine, so no one should be with you, I got rid of it anyway" Miss Marie said with a cynical smile answering Alex's question.
The woman stood looking at Alex and looked at each of Alex's body shapes with admiration.The mini dress she was wearing clearly showed the curves of her body. The woman deliberately wanted to show off her body to Alex. The woman approached and sat down beside Alex in a seductive position revealing both of her thighs that were starting to be spotless.
"What do you mean by the word get rid of him?" alex asked with both eyes squeakingly staring intently at Miss Marie.
"Aliya, that woman, I have. bamm..I had to send the bullet hit her body," said Miss Marie who made a hand gesture shooting towards Alex while smiling happily.
"What, you've —"
"You killed my Aliya?" alex asked with a firm grip on the woman's neck.
"Aaarrkk loose, aaarrkk..."
Miss Marie's two hands tried to get Alex's hands off her neck. However, the man's power was so strong that he could no longer withstand the pressure of Alex's hands on his neck.
"Marie are you here?"
Mr. Abraham, who was about to take Miss Marie for breakfast, went into the room and found her daughter being strangled by Alex.
He immediately fired a gun at his waist and shot Alex in the back.
"Dad, no! Stop that!" pinta Miss Marie when she saw Alex fall down with a gunshot wound to the back.
"Let Father finish off this man" said Mr. Abraham in a huff.
"Dad, I really like this guy, maybe even I already love him a lot" said Miss Marie.
"After what he did to you you're still defending him, realize Marie!" shouted Mr. Abraham.
"Dad I beg you, I can make it melt me and also can make him serve Father, believe me.." whine Miss Marie.
"You're as stubborn as your late mother, but if I ever see her hurting you again, then I'll kill her with my own hands," mr. Abraham said and left Miss Marie.
The woman immediately called the housekeepers to contact the family doctor and the appropriate medical equipment for Alex's recovery. Miss Marie chose to take care of Alex at home instead of going to the hospital.
