Ken And Alyssa: Forced Married

A week after Rain's departure, Ken was still drowning in grief. He doesn't even get out of the room if there's no interest.

Unlike Alyssa who has started her activities as usual. He did not want to drag on in grief. Especially now that she is a wife. She was trying to serve her husband.

"Yes!!! Breakfast is ready. Do you want to eat in your room or in the dining room?" ask Alyssa. There was no response from Ken.

Alyssa let out a long breath. He was getting used to Ken's attitude. But as a wife, she had to make sure Ken was okay.

"Ken!!" Alyssa opened Ken's room door. He sees Ken's messy room added to the pungent smell of cigarettes and alcohol.

"Ken!!" call again. He looked at Ken who was sitting on the floor leaning against the edge of the bed.

Alyssa approached and squatted in front of Ken. "Let's eat!! I've cooked for you." cried Alyssa

"I'm not hungry" Ken replied briefly

"Ken, how long are you going to be like this? If brother rain knew, he would...

"Don't say that name again!!" shout Ken. "I hate him, so don't you ever say that name again." Ken went up and went into the bathroom.

Alyssa again sighed. She knew Ken was very sad about losing his brother. She must have felt that her brother did not love her.

But how else? It's already destiny. He's angry too. I think he wants to scream. But that doesn't change anything.

"Come Alyssa!! Don't cry anymore!!" Alyssa wiped her tears and started cleaning Ken's room.

Yes, even though they're officially married, but they sleep separately. Other than them being forcibly married, they were still saddened to lose their loved ones.

After finishing cleaning Ken's room, Alyssa knocks on the bathroom door to make sure Ken doesn't act desperate.

Alyssa smiled and walked out of Ken's room. He's waiting for Ken in the dining room. And not for long, the man came.

For a moment, Alyssa was stunned to see the handsome looking Ken. But he immediately shifted his eyes.

Ken sat down beside Alyssa and deftly, the woman served her husband.

"Today, may I visit the parlor? It's been a week since....

"That's none of my business. It's up to you to do what." Ken interrupted.

Alyssa could only be silent. Ever since Rain died, Ken turned cold on her. From the beginning he knew that Ken didn't like him. But now that they are married, they are husband and wife. And Ken's attitude made his heart throb pain.

While enjoying their breakfast, suddenly a bell rang. Alyssa immediately moved and opened the door. "Sorry, who are you looking for?" ask Alyssa

"With Miss Alyssa?" ask the guy

"I'm Mr. Rain's lawyer."

"I will read you a will written by Mr. Rain. It says here that all his wealth falls to Mrs Alyssa." exclaimed the lawyer

After the lawyer's departure, Ken leaves but is arrested by Alyssa. "Ken!!"

"What's? You want to mock me? Are you satisfied now, huh?" yell Ken

"From the beginning I didn't like you. You not only snatched Brother Rain from me but now, you also snatched away my rights. You're satisfied now, huh?" yell at Ken again

Ken only stared at Alyssa at a glance and left just like that after discarding the map.

Alyssa closed her eyes since. From the beginning Ken did not like it, and now because of the inheritance, Ken actually hated it more and more.

Alyssa took the map and opened it. He read carefully the contents of the inheritance letter. "My God, Brother Rain, why are you doing this?" muttered monologues.

There, many employees greeted Alyssa. They know that Alyssa is the owner of the new RK Corp company replacing Mr. Rain.

"Morning too." replied Alyssa. He walked towards the elevator but suddenly a man stopped him.

Alyssa, who wanted to press the elevator button, stopped and turned to the source of the sound. "Sister Alvin!!"

"How are you?" ask Alvin

"As you can see. I'm fine."

"Thank you for calling me. And thank you for taking Rain's place. I'll try to help you take care of this company." exclaimed Alvin

Alyssa smiled and nodded. "We'll talk later in Rain's room." Alyssa got into the elevator following Alvin who was trailing behind her.

"There's something I want to talk to you about. It's about Rain's company." exclaimed Alvin

"Is there a serious problem?" ask Alyssa

"it looks like it." Alvin allows Alyssa to get out first after the elevator door opens. Alvin behaved like he did when he was with Rain. He walked behind Alyssa.

"Well, well, look, who is this?"

Their steps came to a halt as a middle-aged man stood before them.

"He was Mr. Raymond, the uncle of Mr. Rain. He's the one who handled the company when Mr. Rain was in a coma." exclaimed Alvin

"Oh.. Good morning uncle." hello Alyssa

Raymond just smiled cynically. He showed his dislike for Alyssa. "You were just a kid yesterday afternoon. But you've made a big decision by accepting the offer to be a leader in Rain's company. You should have been in the right school. Just taking care of the company." Raymond sneered

"Heh.. I don't know Rain's way of thinking. He could have handed the company over to his sister-in-law. Ah no.. But his ex-girlfriend married his sister." Raymond laughed out loud. He was content to embarrass Ken's wife.

But none of that made Alyssa angry. He smiled and said, "You're right uncle. I can't take care of the company. But I will try to carry out the trust of Brother Rain well. So please help him. "Why brother?" ask Alyssa. He looked through the room Rain used to work in. He closed his eyes and felt the smell of the lover there.

Seeing Alyssa makes Alvin know that she misses Rain. "We can talk later. You can rest and adjust in this room." exclaimed Alvin

"No need for brother." Alyssa sat on Rain's oversized chair and asked Alvin to sit down as well. "Say it now!! From what you said, I feel like something's not right in this company."

"So after Rain was declared in a coma, Mr. Raymond took over the company. He even transferred me to a branch company. And not long after that I got word from the employee here if anything went wrong with Mr. Raymond. And strangely the employee was just fired by Mr. Raymond." explained Alvin

"So does Alvin suspect that Ray's uncle committed sabotage or corruption?"

"I also feel like if Mr. Ray is trying to take over this company in other words he wants to take control of this company and make it his own" Alvin continued

Alvin smiled and nodded. Rain is his best friend. Rain has been very successful in his life. For that he will do anything to keep Rain's legacy company by helping Alyssa.
