Eps 93 (Evan Destruction)

Serena was able to breathe a sigh of relief when they reached Rey's office, and her breathing was choked to the neck as many eyes continued to follow where her feet were

"No need to care about them" Rey said, giving drinks to his wife who looked a little pale

"Well!! I'm just not used to those people's gazes"

"Later you'll get used to bee, especially if they find out you're my wife, they'll definitely pay more attention to you"

"Hhhh.h just heard that it gave me goosebumps" Serena couldn't imagine what her days would be like when that day came when people would find out all about her

"No need to think about it, here I want to eat with you" Rey patted her on the thigh hinting that Serena would sit there

"Ckck, you're asking me to eat or asking me to make love" Serena said

"Of course make love" Rey cheered while peeping Serena's neck and leaving a sign of ownership there

"Ish.you here, quickly eat the food. I've been painstakingly cooking this meal for you" Serena placed the steak that was almost cold in front of Rey had it not been much of a distraction maybe the steak could still be eaten inside

things are still hot

"Steak?! you made this bee?!"

"Ya aku meminta chef untuk mengajari cara membuatnya tapi sampai disini steak ini sudah dingin" Serena menatap makanan itu dengan sedih

"It feels good, let alone you make it with all your heart" Rey said as she stuffed a large piece of steak into her mouth

"Of course it's delicious especially if you eat very hungry like this" kekeh Serena saw the food had moved into Rey's stomach in just an instant

Many things that Serena wanted to ask Rey about all the things that happened today because honestly she was still confused by all the words of her uncle earlier but she undid considering that her husband was still in the office and it shouldn't be a personal matter he's talking about here

After finishing accompanying Rey, Serena also returned home in between with Indra according to Rey's wishes for fear that Evan would return to act recklessly to his wife.

After his wife's return, Rey contacts Rebecca and asks her why she canceled her planned departure with Serena and how shocked she is to hear Rebecca's story about her father's plans to keep Rey and Serena apart

"I will make you accept Serena to be my wife no matter how" Rey murmured

Throughout the journey Evan relentlessly curses his frustration at Serena for refusing to help him maintain his company

Though only Serena is the only hope but instead his nephew was blindfolded to his distress even the worst he could not hold back his anger and almost hit Serena when if only he could a little softening does not rule out the possibility of Serena's heart will be touched so that her company can be saved

"Where are you going, sir?! not that our conversation is not finished" Evan held back the steps of one of his business partners who had worked with him for a long time

That's when Evan got to his office, he saw so many of his business associates coming out of there with files that he could make sure it was their stake in his company and that meant the destruction he feared would soon happen

Evan was like a madman who constantly begged and even shouted to call people who passed by there but there was not a single person who was compassionate to him. It's not that they didn't hear Evan's pleading speech, it's just that they didn't have the courage to go up against someone so influential as Rey that they would rather save themselves

"Aarrrghhh!!!!" shouts of annoyance Evan echoed in the room that is now only filled by him and some of his confidants

"What should we do now boss?!" asked his secretary hesitated but he also had to know what he could do considering his fate was now unclear

"Go you fool!!! my company's over, why else are you still standing here"

"But boss-"

"Go!!!!"

In a hurry the woman left her boss who looked very chaotic, although in fact she still heavily left the place that had long given her that life

Evan and his men who were still faithful to accompany him looked at the door where now stood some people in uniform and someone who was very familiar with him was standing staring at him

"Excuse me, Mr. Evan, we came here with your arrest warrant for a criminal offence charged with sabotaging a vehicle that resulted in death" said one of the police officers who stood to the right of Rey's assistant while showing evidence of his arrest to Evan

"You can't just be that way with me, the charges aren't right so get you out of here" Evan told the uninvited guest

"Sorry sir, if you want to defend yourself please explain in our office only" refuted the police who immediately gave orders to his subordinates to bring Evan out

"Let go!!! I'm going to sue you all for making a scene in my company" Evan is still trying to get his hands off the clutches of the officers

"You need to know Mr. Evan, from this moment on this company is not yours anymore because this company has been returned to the real owner and you also have to make up for your mistakes because you have falsified the ownership letter of this company" indra firmly while showing the letters he held

"Bedeb*h you all, this company is mine and will forever be mine"

"You can't evade you anymore, sir, because we have evidence that could incriminate you in court. So I hope you will follow us willingly" refuted the officer who was visibly upset by Evan's behavior

Evan clenched his teeth, he did not expect Rey would know all the rot that he had stored tightly and even made it a boomerang to attack him

Seeing no possibility of running, Evan stomped his hand held by the police until it was released and then put up a fight on those who were also helped by his men who were there until a fight could not be inevitable

Looking at the number of officers who are still outnumbered by Evan's men, Evan, Indra called the bodyguard he had brought to help paralyze Evan because he had expected this to happen so it did not take long finally Evan and his men were successfully paralysed and all of them he was taken to the police station to account for his actions
