Eps 92 (Self Defending)

Serena's plan to take Rebecca shopping back failed when Rebecca said she already had an appointment to meet her friend.

Because the plan had failed, Serena finally decided to deliver food to her husband who had not had time to eat breakfast this morning

After he finished preparing the food he would bring, he, she began to prepare then by being escorted by her personal driver and two bodyguards who did not miss each time she traveled Serena also left to go to her husband's office

"Excuse me...I want to go to Mr Rey's room, can you show me the way?!" serena asked the two beautiful girls in front of her

"Do you have an appointment with Mr Rey?!" asked the short-haired girl without answering Serena's question earlier

"I haven't made an appointment yet, but could you tell her I'm coming to bring lunch"

"Sorry lady, we only allow people who already have an appointment with Mr. Rey to meet him" reject the girl while continuing to look serena from top to bottom because it felt strange to see a woman coming to deliver food for her boss

"Can't you help me just this time?! I promise I'll just give this food to your boss and then I'll go"

"Can't miss, we don't want to be fired just for helping you. Besides not necessarily also Mr. Rey would accept food from random people"sengit girls who have slightly longer hair

Serena walked out of the building but her steps stopped when she heard someone call her name

"Pa-uncle!!" serena was shocked

"Rena finally we meet too, Uncle misses you very much" Evan was about to hug Serena but her movements were held back because Serena who immediately avoided

"What's uncle here?!" ask serena to investigate

"Paman ingin bertanya kabar tentangmu pada Rey karena selama ini sangat susah untuk bisa bertemu denganmu"

"What does uncle want?! there's no way uncle would suddenly say he missed me when he never cared about me"

"Buck!!! turns out you can't be tricked, well actually uncle wants to talk to you about something. So do you have time?!"

Serena was silent as she continued to look suspiciously at her uncle, wanting her to refuse but she was also curious about something that her uncle would talk about

"I gave uncle ten minutes"

"It doesn't matter, where are we going to talk?!"

"We just go to the front cafe, I don't want Rey to see me alone with a man even though that man is an uncle" they walk to the front cafe of Rey's office while Serena's bodyguard watches over her mistress from a distance as Serena requests

"Actually the uncle wants to ask for your help to persuade Rey to help the company of uncle in crisis" said Evan when the two had been at the cafe

"Why didn't uncle tell Rey himself?!"

"It was but he didn't want to, so uncle asked you for help because uncle was sure Rey would follow all your words"

"If he doesn't want to, I can't do anything either"

"It's not that the company belongs to my uncle, but why is it now that my uncle says it belongs to my father"

"The company belonged to your father but before he died he gave it to me thinking you didn't survive the accident" Evan grinned at the sight of Serena starting to believe his words

Serena turned back her memory, recalling the fragments of the memory she had tried to forget in order to find the truth of every word her uncle said

"You lied uncle, I can't give his company to a brengs*k guy like you"

"But that's the truth, if you don't believe Uncle can give you proof as long as you want to help your uncle persuade your husband"

"Ti-dak, I don't believe in uncle and I would never persuade Rey to help someone like uncle"

Evan kicked the table and Serena's footsteps came to a halt. Serena turned to look at her uncle's face which looked flushed red and was staring hard at her

"Don't be arrogant just because you're married to a Rainer, you have to be aware that your place isn't here because you won't be on par with them at all times"

"Equivalent or not it's not uncle's business, from now on I hope uncle no longer comes and interferes with our lives"

"Curtain!!! girls don't know in profit like you can't be talked to properly, though, it should have been since your parents died I let you live on the streets but it turns out I was too stupid to raise an ungrateful child like you"

"I don't need to be raised by uncle, instead I am grateful if I have to leave the house that is already like hell" Shouted Serena defending herself, saying, it was enough that his uncle had always been troublesome even to do as good as his heart

Serena sat on the floor, her legs feeling powerless. "You okay bee?!" ask Rey while helping her to stand up, just after Evan's departure he immediately attended a meeting with his business partners but upon hearing the news that Serena was talking alone with Evan made him stop the ongoing meeting and then as fast as possible ran there because he was afraid that his wife would be hurt by Evan

"I'm okay, baby"

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming here?!"

"I want to drop you lunch because you didn't eat breakfast this morning" Serena replied as she lifted the lunch box

"Thank you, bee, but next time you have to tell me wherever you go because I don't want it to happen again"

"yes, my dear" kekeh Serena while holding Rey's hand entered his office and of course the arrival of Serena made a scene in the office that never saw her handsome boss treat a woman so gently even the look of her eyes as if very adore the woman who now walks beside him

The cynical look that seemed envious did not escape accompanying Serena's footsteps when she set foot in the office made her feel a little uncomfortable but Rey's handgrip seemed to convince her that it was time she straightened her head which he always submits to
