"Here," Shine handed Junna an envelope with the logo of the hospital where she worked while enjoying lunch at one of the restaurants that were part of the hospital canteen.
"What's this?" Junna asked and stopped her eating. He tried to digest well Shine's speech considering the crowded atmosphere in the rest hours in the canteen.
"A letter of offer to extend your employment contract here and raise your status from apprentice doctor to regular doctor," Shine smiled proudly as she folded her hands and stuck them on her chest. In vain he persuaded Junna who is famous for his dedication in the world of medicine to contribute his energy and knowledge in this hospital.
"Sir Shine is serious?" Junna asked with an expression of trust and disbelief with Shine's words. He is happy with the good news because his efforts are recognized by the hospital and hopes he does not experience a long-distance relationship with the Rhine. He couldn't imagine if he could do it...
"Of course, since when have I never been serious about your abilities?" Shine gulped down the apple juice she had ordered. "But my advice, you should not be rash to make a decision, consider Papa's wishes that you want to be his successor in the hospital and also your relationship with the music producer."

"I'll finally find you Doctor Junna, or Junna Rhine's neighbor in Jakarta."
Not even Junna was able to calm herself down from digesting her half-brother's words, he is faced with one of the people who has kept him away from the Rhine all along and the biggest problem that has become a stumbling block to his relationship and Rhine, Ashiya, the mother of the man he loves.
"Doctor Junna, do you have time to talk to me?"
"Tante..," said Junna weakly. He immediately stood up and invited Ashiya who suddenly appeared in front of him to sit next to him. "Si.please sit Aunty."

“But Aunty...,” Junna tried to pause Ashiya's speech to ask if the woman did not know that Rhine had recalled his past back, but Ashiya did not give a chance to it.
“Therefore I beg of you Doctor Junna,” Ashiya's lips lay and his gaze pleaded with Junna while tightly grasping Junna's left hand which he did not put in the pocket of the doctor's suit. “I beg you to leave the Rhine for good, let him live happily with our little family. If need be I will kneel asking you until you let go of my only child it is because I am sure there will be a much better person for you.”.
Junna was unable to continue his words seeing Ashiya rest on him. His lips were muddled and could only vent on the letter he had received from Shine and he kept it in the right pocket of the doctor's coat he wore by squeezing it hard. His chest suddenly tightened like a large stone and felt pain simultaneously but tried to hold it. So what about his feelings? Is it not more valuable than a woman's feelings in front of her? Is it more meaningful than the woman's purpose in life to be happy? He and Ashiya both love Rhine in different ways, can't he stay with Rhine? Can't Ashiya think clearly that he's actually too afraid of the consequences of his selfish actions that might not be as bad as the woman thought? But this woman is a mother who wants the best for her child. Seeing Ashiya reminded her of her mother who tried to give her best as a child. Is it the heart? Would he have the heart to make Rhine an ungodly child out of wrath if today's events were told to him? It felt like he wanted to cry but tried to hold it so that it caused his head pain.
