Instinct

Rigel patted Maria's shoulder gently. Maria woke up and the motherly-faced woman immediately gasped. She reflexively sat down and froze when she found that her husband had woken her up. A husband who has turned into a person he does not know because of, the horrible facts he found in his secret room, a few hours ago

Rigel asked with a sad face and a voice filled with gentleness, "What's wrong? Why do you look like a ghost?"

Maria continued to stare at Rigel's two eyeballs with her face and body trembling. At once, he had no power to speak or move

Rigel swore in his heart, damn it! Maria has really entered into my secret room. He looked ordinary in front of me, but I could see his fear in me.

Rigel then sat down next to Maria and said with a smile and embraced Maria's shoulder, "Why is your body trembling? What did you see before?"

Mary tried hard and whispered softly to her heart not to hide her fear. He then tried to say, "I. Me .....I ....just had a bad dream and was shocked when you woke me up"

Rigel stroked Maria's shoulder, then said, "I need your help"

Maria immediately withdrew from Rigel's embrace to look at her husband's handsome face and asked, "What do you need help with, Mas?"

"I can't sleep and my basement needs to be cleaned. Would you mind working overtime with me to help me clean up my secret room in the basement?" Rigel reviewed the fake soft smile in front of his sweet wife.

The deg! Maria's palms were sweating. He was wracked with overwhelming fear and he quickly linked his hand which he placed on his lap to suppress his fear.

"Why? You don't want to? Didn't you always ask why the basement door is always closed, made of iron, and there's a safety lock? Aren't you curious about the contents? For that, let me take you there, you can help me clean the basement room" Rigel again commented on the smile full of false tenderness in front of his little wife.

Maria wanted to scream, "No!"then ran away from Rigel, but he was afraid that his actions would provoke Rigel's suspicion. He was sandwiched between a time and a situation that had absolutely nothing to benefit him. It is like eating Simalakama fruit. Maria had trouble swallowing her saliva, and then forcedly nodded her head and stood up without being able to make a sound.

Rigel smile. He then grabbed Mary by the shoulder and took her to the iron door on the east side of the dining room.

Mary walked in her arms Rigel with her hands clenched in front of her chest. Mary continued to pray along her steps, asking for her salvation as she stepped into her husband's secret room full of terrible collections. However, Maria could feel that her prayer had hit the wall, she could feel that in a moment, fate would have made her disappear from the frenzy of the World. However, Maria continued to pray and she felt her hands sweat more and more her heart was beating faster, her body started to shiver in coldness.

Rigel reflexes clenched his wife's shoulder as she felt her wife's body shivering with coldness. Rigel glanced at Maria's hand position and he let his wife's hand clench. In his heart, Rigel said, Lord you will not be able to save you from me tonight

Rigel released his embrace on Mary's shoulder to enter the code on the iron door leading to her secret room. He then opened the door wide and he went inside and extended his hand to Mary with the word, "I will hold your hand. Fear not! It's dark, but at the end of this wall there's a switch. I'll light the lights soon"

Mary clasped her husband's hand and whispered softly in her heart, I'm not afraid of the dark. But I'm afraid of you.

At the end of the stairs, Rigel pressed the switch and his secret room immediately appeared bright

Rigel let go of Maria's hand and took two steps back to observe his wife and she immediately smiled faintly with a word in her heart, your acting is so ugly, Maria. That way, you look even more suspicious. Your hands are sweaty, you're afraid of me, I can feel it, Maria.

Rigel said, "Do you like it? If you like, you can linger here" without letting go of a single second of her gaze from Maria.

Mary tried to smile naturally and clenched her hands in front of her chest to pray again.

"Sit down!" Rigel kept on observing Maria.

Maria shook her head and she tried to be calm and said, "What are all those electronic devices for, Mas?" Maria tried to make a relaxed sound even though her heart continued to beat fast and cold sweat increasingly pouring all over her body.

Rigel replied without taking his eyes off Maria, "That's just my hobby. I also like to tinker with electronics"

Maria muttered in her heart, why does Mas Rigel keep looking at me?" Then the woman paraded overtime trying to return to her voice in a relaxed tone, "This place is very clean. What do you want to fix, Mom?"

"Ice cabinets and freezers. I want to tidy up the fridge and freezer" Rigel said in a casual tone, but his eyes pierced Maria's two eyes

Deg, deg, deg, deg, deg, deg! Maria's heart was beating faster and she reflexively continued to slowly step back and raise both eyebrows upwards.

Rigel smirked, "Why did you step back and raise your eyebrows upwards when you heard I wanted to tidy up my fridge and freezer? Do you know what it is?"

Maria halted her retreat and she shook her head quickly as she said, "No! I don't know what it is. Ba....ba.......how can I know what the contents of the ice lemar and freezer, a....a...I, right, never get in here" Mary still kept clenching her hands in front of her chest.

Rigel stepped slowly towards Maria and Maria reflexively stepped back and continued to step back as Rigel continued to tread slowly towards her. Maria's back finally hit the refrigerator door and Rigel immediately restrained her body with a very frightening grin.

Maria lowered her face, closed her eyes and whispered softly with a trembling body and sobs, "Please, don't kill me, Mas!"

"Hahahahahaha" Rigel echoed his laughter in the air, then said, "My instructions are never wrong. You've been in this room and seen something"

Maria pushed Rigel hard and kicked Rigel's wand until Rigel complained and bowed. Maria then ran upstairs when she saw the iron door still wide open. He kept running, but before the poor woman reached the front yard, Rigel managed to chase after her and Rigel immediately rolled his arm around Maria's neck, he strangled Mary until she fell unconscious in his arms.

The White Mask, nicknames for doctor Rigel Altair on the part of the police, starting to grin and then he carried his wife's slender body to his secret room and he then closed the iron door and continued to grin as his mind filled with crazy ideas to incise his best art for the sake of his his wife.
